خدمة الغرف سيئه ، واذا ما نبهتهم سحبوا عليك الغرف اللي تكون مطله على الشارع اخر الليل والصباح تحس بالازعاج ( لازم تلبس سدادة الاذن )

Good location

The shower faucet in my room was broken and couldn't regulate the water temperature. I reported this to the front desk twice and asked them to send an engineer to check it. However, the issue remained unresolved even by the next evening. The shower felt like a sauna — unbearably hot with no way to cool it down. Very disappointing experience.

The room was horribley smelly. We told reception who got housekeeping to spray . The next day it was still bad . We complained again and they said they would spray again . Dont no if they did or didnt but it was still bad. On entering the room the first whiff nearly made you thow up . Terrible We were om 8th floor but the noise from hotted up cars from midnight to 5am was blasting . impossible to sleep No fresh towels after room was cleaned . Complained prior to going out for evening and they said they would deliver some to room . Got back , wanted a shower bit still no fresh towels . Frustrating ! Shower was either very cold or very hot . Difficult to get it to a decent temp

Aircon didn’t work as efficiently as it could have, but we were cool enough

Front row view of Merdeka fireworks and drone lightshow from our room on 27th floor. Friendly staff that are helpful. Was also celebrating a loved one birthday on Merdeka eve, the hotel arranged a gift which was so warmly welcoming. Clean room with complete facilities. Breakfast buffet at Tatto was delicious. Parking at RM10 per entry but you need to validate vs the mentioned RM10 per hour.

Nothing in particular, it was great.

Perfect location for access to the KLCC convention centre, the room itself was huge and very comfortable. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great breakfast served next door at the Tatto restaurant. The air conditioning was particularly good - if you've been to Malaysia you'll know how important that is!! I stayed here for a business trip but would happily come back for a holiday.

The traffic outside can be a little noisy at night time but I imagine this is the case no matter where you stay in the city. Bring some ear plugs and you'll be fine!

I like everything. From the room, to the staff, to the location, to the breakfast, to the facilities and all.

I just don't like that i've got the lower level of the room. Maybe i forgot to request.

Location is perfect! Loads of shopping options and restaurant close by. The breakfast was fine with enough variety. The suits were very spacious and, in general, comfortable.

The airconditioning is old and the conditioned air had a smokey smell throughout the suite. Probably time to sort out the HVAC system as this seems to be an issue with many clients

Die Lage war ein Wahnsinn! Sehr zentral! Die drei Pools waren spitze für die Kids und auch das Gym war sehr gut ausgestattet 💪🏻

Bei uns am Floor gab es ein andauerndes extrem lautes Geräuach dass leider nicht behoben werden konnte.

Came here for event in KLCC , the location is superb , walkable distance to KLCC and perfect for family stay.

The breakfast spread is too simple in my opinion. Nothing special and not much choices.

Initially I was given rooms on 8th floor where AC smelled of sewer, real bad and pungent smell in both rooms. But staff was very helpful and the rooms were changed the following day in different floors. Although we had to sleep in those rooms the first night.

Clean and comfortable premier suite. Friendly and helpful staff who were most hospitable.

No lounge for drinks and a place to chill after dinner.

Le petit déjeuné est pas mal il y a une petite épicerie juste en bas de l’hôtel il y a une laverie aussi donc c était top pour nous.

What stood out for my family was the friendly and Professional staff. Especially Mrs AQMAR. She was Very Professional and set a excellent first impression! We requested a upgrade and she was extremely efficient in organising this as well as offering excellent advice which made our stay all the more relaxing - Please forward our gratitude to her for making us feel welcome! She is a REAL Asset to Ascott!

Really hard to say as Ascott really does everything so well!

Too noisy at night, you could literally feel the traffic inside your room, unfortunately Kuala Lumpur has become a very noisy city at night. It felt to me like there’s F1 Race outside my room. So I should recommend sound proof installations for the room. I couldn’t sleep quietly at night.

The room was noisy with traffic and windows didn’t close properly, the view wasn’t great and the kitchen area wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The bed was large and pillows were good but the mattress was pretty comfortable but a little lumpy.

الفندق بالغالب استوديوهات وسكنت باستديو كان جيد جداً مناسب جداً للعائلات موقع مميز يوجد بقاله في الاسفل 24 ساعه قريب من الابراج ومن ماك ومن مطعم صمد العراقي بالقرب منه جسر يؤدي الى بافليون مول

المناديل في دورة المياه فقط وطلبت اضافة مناديل في الغرفة نفسها لايقومون بوضع علب مياه لانهم قد وضعوا فلتر مياه بجانب المغسلة في قسم المطبخ يحتاج تجديد لادوات الطبخ كالقدور

The Location

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to the excessive noise. The room was not properly soundproofed or isolated, and traffic noise from passing cars could be heard throughout the day and night. It made it very difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep for me and my family. I expected much better noise insulation for a hotel of this standard. I hope the management takes steps to improve the soundproofing, as it significantly affected the overall guest experience.

They were very nice to my toddler.

My room had ANTS!!! And the water sprayer in the washroom was broken from the minute we checked in. I informed the reception they sent someone and in about an hour it broke again. The food is all Chinese food with no consideration to other ethnic people. The service was also very slow as I had to call multiple times. I gave them 3 out of 10 because they were nice to my toddler, else I would’ve given them -10.

2ème séjour en famille avec notre enfant qui a maintenant 2 ans. Nous avons apprécié tout notre séjour dans votre hôtel, propre, personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. Hébergement bien aménagé et équipé pour une famille. Emplacement pratique et facile d’accès.

Le seul point négatif était qu’il n’y avait plus de lit bébé de disponible pour nous alors que nous en avions fait la demande bien avant d’arriver.

البوفيه ما فيه تنوع كثير في الاطباق، الغرف ما مافيهن غساله ملابس، والفندق يوفر خدمة الغسيل لكنها غالية

The hotel gave us a free upgrade during our stay. The room is nice and spacious, walkable to KLCC.

I arrived at 3:00pm and informed in advance. When I arrived, they told me the room not ready and even didn’t know when can be finished. After complaint, they can fix in 15 mins. Hotel is very old and the cup in the room with stain.

I booked 10 months ahead but on arrival (approx 7pm), check in took extra time because they were trying to find me a "clean room". That seemed unorganised.

All good except breakfast as it was clear to be for east asian and western. No Middle East or Mediterranean food, but it is not big issue. I had a fried chicken with noodles for breakfast.

The premises are a bit outdated. The buffet breakfast was crowded with limited options. For example no milk options other than cow's. There was a continuous humming noise on level 23 which made it hard to sleep. We didn't expect to be charged to use shared washing machines in a high end apartment hotel.

I had horrible experience while checkin as after taking money for early checkin, they informed about power cut from morning 10am till 7pm. They have no power back up. Their front desk staff was super rude. While Waiting for resolution from their manger who Asked us to Wait in lobby, she wanted to have room Keys returned. Kitchen had plumbing issue and was stinking which only got corrected on 3rd day after several Reminders.

It is clean and neat and the air conditioning system is very effective. It is also spacious and the WiFi connection is good.

It is abit strange that there are balcony doors but they are not able to be opened due to being locked. It would improve the environment if the balcony was accessible so that guests could enjoy the fresh air. It would also be more convenient to have a microwave present as guests would more likely heat up food than cook or bake using the oven. The television could also be upgraded to at least have HD quality screens which some of the rooms did not seem to have. The TV’s technology and features could also be updated to have smart TV functions and apps such as YouTube and Netflix which most other accommodation or hotel businesses have on their property.

The ambience of the hotel and our apartment

The breakfast were at the other buildings and the variety of the food choice are quite limited. For wheelchair bound, toilet have no support for disabled people to shower. Should have seat available to support during shower.

Pros: -very convenient walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion - large spacious rooms, great for families

Cons: - we were given a room with a possible sewage problem in the bathroom, the whole apartment smelt horrible even with housekeeping which made the stay very uncomfortable - assigned a room that was not made up, following which had to wait till past 4pm for check-in - breakfast buffet was supposed to be open from 6.30am until 10.30am. However by 10am most of the food are finished and weren’t topped up. The management should have ensured a full buffet is available and provided for guests until the end of breakfast time, as breakfast is paid for.

Best location & very close to twin tower and lot of other attractions. share my feedback about the wonderful service during our stay. staff were exceptional and made the experience truly enjoyable. Specially the front desk team — MAISARAH and RABEKA — for their professionalism, warm welcome, and outstanding assistance. also want to highlight the breakfast team — ANNI and YENTI — for their friendly service and great hospitality each morning. They all contributed to a very positive stay, and I wanted to make sure their efforts are recognized.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the housekeeping services during my stay. While the overall experience was good, I believe a few areas could benefit from extra attention. The housekeeping service needs a bit more focus to ensure rooms are consistently well-maintained. Additionally, the curtains in the room appear quite old and may need replacement to improve the overall comfort and appearance. I hope this feedback helps enhance the guest experience.
