Azur One Eleven Hotel Alamein

Très bel hôtel, agréable et très plaisant visuellement, notamment grâce à ses jolies couleurs et son ambiance chaleureuse. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les différentes piscines, avec notamment une piscine aménagée comme une petite plage, avec du sable et des transats, ce qui apporte une ambiance très agréable et dépaysante. Un endroit vraiment agréable pour profiter et se détendre.

Malheureusement, plusieurs points nous ont déçus. Tout d’abord, le check-in a été extrêmement long et l’attente à notre arrivée était vraiment excessive. Une fois dans la chambre, nous avons constaté la présence de plusieurs mouches ainsi que de petits vers dans la salle de bain. Nous avons demandé à ce que quelqu’un vienne nettoyer, mais malheureusement, personne ne s’est déplacé. Nous voyageons régulièrement et avons séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels dans différents pays. C’est la première fois que nous rencontrons autant de difficultés pour joindre la réception : à chaque fois que nous avons essayé de les contacter, nous avons attendu plus de 10 minutes au téléphone avant que quelqu’un ne décroche. Enfin, l’entrée principale de l’hôtel est très éloignée de l’entrée contrôlée par la sécurité, ce qui compliquait l’accès pour les Uber venus nous récupérer.

The Beach is far and there's a part of the road on the beach itself so it's very difficult if you are going by your own car. (Shuttle Bus is available every 1 hour).

Pools are good, the room was big and clean, locations was good

They gave me a room far away from the restaurant and i had to take my car every time inside the hotel. Breakfast was really below average and always crowded specially last 1-2 hrs and its very hard to find a table inside.. No Animation team and most of days only we watches the world cup match nothing before nothing after.

The room itself was acceptable and clean.

The main facilities were extremely disappointing. The beach was closed, and the swimming pool was in an unacceptable condition, with visible algae, a very dirty appearance, and a green pool floor. I have photos and videos documenting the condition. I immediately reported the issue to the manager, Mr. Mohamed, and showed him the condition of the pool. His response was that he “didn’t see anything” and he did not acknowledge the obvious condition of the pool. No proper solution or compensation was offered. I could not return to Cairo on the same day, so I decided to stay for one night only to avoid traveling at night. In reality, I paid for that one night simply to have a place to sleep and did not use the hotel’s facilities because of their condition. I did not continue my stay for the remaining nights.

Prime Location: The hotel is well-located near top restaurants, attractions, and key services in the North Coast. Atmosphere & Nightlife: The surrounding area was clean, beautiful, and vibrant, making the nightlife during our stay fantastic.

Note: Stayed in the old section—completely isolated from activities hosted in the new section without any prior notice. Reception & Service: No signage or maps. Conflicting check-out instructions. No welcome drinks. Staff offered only casual apologies for complaints without resolving anything. Access & Parking: Uncovered parking with blocked reception driveway, forcing long walks for all guests (including elderly). Room & Amenities: 2-bedroom suite had only 1 bathroom (no master bedroom). Squeaky bed, empty mini-bar, no bathrobes, iron, ironing board, or shoe rack. Slippers/kits provided only upon request. Cleanliness & Facilities: Poor housekeeping and dirty bathrooms. Adult pool smelled bad (lagoon was better). Sauna and Jacuzzi are paid extra inside the spa. Food & Drinks: Low-quality breakfast and cheap cheese. No barista (poor Nescafe machine ONLY), and cold drinks were artificial (NOT FRESH JUICES). Beach Shuttle & Info: Beach shuttle takes +22 mins despite completely clear traffic. Staff also failed to notify me when the closed beach reopened as requested.

- I liked being a new hotel and not crowded. - Breakfast buffet was not bad.

Air condition was not working so they replaced the suite where the AC was not good also. In general, maintenance needs a lot of attention. Staff were not friendly and need long time to respond any request. Cleaning was not that good.. we found cement residues in our suite and corridors. Although pools are big and nice but we found a lot of dead insects are floating on the surface.

حبيت المكان من ناحية تصميم المبنى و نظافه المكان بشكل عام و حتى مكان البوفيه كبير و في تنوع في الاكل و نظافه الPool و جمال الشاطئ و مافي صخور ولكن شوفو حاله البحر و الرياح قبل الحجز افضل لكم . اللي ساعدنا في الاستقبال موظف طارق اهو نسى يعطينا البريسليت 😹و لكن يعطيه العافيه ما قصر في تعامله و تعاونه معانا 🧃✨

الصراحه في اكتر من شي ما عجبني منهم التالي: 1- البلسم غير متوفر ( عطونا بس شامبو و شور جيل و صابونه) 2- الغرفه ما كانت نظيفه بشكل كبير و لاحظنا وجود شعر بالارض بس اول لما طلبنا احد ينظف الصراحه ما قصرو و شكرا ل الموظف مهند اللي جه نظف. 3- المكان ماشاءاالله كبير يعني اذا بتروحون البوفيه من مكان غرفتكم لازم تركبين سياره و خصوصا اذا معاكم شخص كبير بالعمر - و للعلم موفرين جولف كار و لكن مو دايم متاح . و خصوصا من المكان اللي كانت غرفتنا فيه. 4- حسيت ان بعد الساعه 7 مساءا مافي فعليات مشوقه. 5- احنا كنا نطلع من الفندق و لكن الشئ السيئ ان كل ما ندخل لازم يسال موظف الامن احنا واين رايحين - لو توفرون جهاز ياخد صوره من رقم السياره و ندخل دايركت يكون افضل. 6- الشاطئ شويه بعيد يعني تقريبا 7 دقايق .

كان يوجد رائحة كريهه فى الغرفة من فتحة التكييف .مرتبة السرير كانت غير مريحة فى النوم . عدم وجود اطباق فى المطبخ للاستخدام فى الميكرويف

large multiple pools so great for families with kids to spend time there all day with large salt water pool and multiple smaller ones as well. the room size was large and enough for multiple people to stay at.

The room wasn't that clean and i could see that it was cleaned up in a rush with the floors still wet when we checked in and arrived to the room. the air conditioning is cold when on and room gets awfully hot when it's off, couldn't get it to the right balanced setting. the hotel is far from key facilities and attractions in Al Alamein.

Reception staff was very Rod and not helpful at all, especially Reception supervisor Mr. OSAMA was really unprofessional and very tuff to the guest. Mr Osama really spoiled our vacation.

A very clean suite with an amazing view of the pool and lagoon set in a fantastic location very close to Rixos, surrounding restaurants, Marina and most importantly Carrefour and Chillout for any emergencies. Right in the middle between new Sahel and old Sahel. The staff is very decent, and the housekeeping service is excellent. They even left beautiful towel art on the beds that the kids found extremely exciting! The suite itself is very spacious with new furniture & very clean bathrooms

The fact that the beach is a bit far from the hotel was a bit inconvenient for us as I prefer beaches within walking distance. We had to take a bus (you can also take your car) that takes approximately 12-15 minutes to reach the beach, which itself was very nice (though a bit rocky in some places). One concern was the bus traffic right in front of the reception with kids running around, it felt a bit worrying at times as some drivers got a bit too close to the entrance. As for breakfast, there was a very good variety though the overall quality was average to good

The location is wonderful, room service is also great, and the rooms are very clean. However, the lagoon had pebbles which caused me some pain for a while, as well as empty biscuit packets, cigarette butts, and empty water bottles. This caused me concern: is the water we swam in clean or polluted?

Le point fort de cet hôtel est sans aucun doute la propreté : rien à redire sur ce point. Le personnel est également très agréable, disponible et au top.

En revanche, l’hôtel souffre malheureusement d’un manque important d’organisation et d’information. Au petit-déjeuner, il faut souvent s’armer de patience : il faut faire la queue pour avoir une table, puis parfois encore attendre pour le café ou les omelettes. Certains matins, nous avons même dû attendre devant le restaurant qu’une table se libère. Une fois à l’intérieur, il faut encore faire la queue pour les machines à café et pour se servir. Cela rend le petit-déjeuner assez stressant et manque vraiment de fluidité. Le manque d’informations est également un gros point négatif. À notre arrivée, aucune indication claire pour trouver le restaurant, le spa ou les différentes piscines. Il faut pratiquement tout découvrir par soi-même. Même pour les animations et les soirées, l’information est insuffisante. Nous avons découvert par hasard qu’une soirée était organisée le vendredi, et nous ne l’avons appris qu’après qu’elle soit déjà terminée. Il n’y avait pas d’affichage clair ni de communication auprès des clients. C’est vraiment dommage, car avec une meilleure communication, l’expérience pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable. Concernant l’emplacement, l’hôtel est assez éloigné des commodités et une voiture est quasiment indispensable pour se déplacer. L’hôtel manque également d’animation en soirée. Pour les adolescents, cela peut être particulièrement ennuyeux : la journée, il y a la plage et la piscine, mais le soir, il y a très peu de choses à faire. Il faut donc prévoir soi-même des sorties à l’extérieur. Enfin, un autre point important concerne la navette pour la plage. L’hôtel prévoit normalement un bus toutes les 30 minutes, mais les horaires ne sont malheureusement pas toujours respectés. Au retour, en fin de journée, il faut parfois beaucoup de patience pour réussir à monter dans le bus. Il y a souvent beaucoup de monde et pas suffisamment de places, ce qui crée des situations assez désagréables où les gens se bousculent pour pouvoir rentrer.

شكرا جزيلا على اليومين الحلوين اللي قضيتهم في ازور الحمد لله كتير انبسطنا .فندق انيق وشيك جديد وكأنه مبني امبارح مفروش بعناية وفيه كل ما تحتاج .حمامات سباحة كبيرة الحجم ونضيفه جدا وبحيرات صناعية استاف مهذب ومحترم وكلهم من اول الامن على الباب لغاية اكبر موظفيهم كلهم على درجة عالية من الاحترافيه شكر خاص للأستاذ سعد من الريسبشن عمل check in في خمس دقايق الفندق فيه مطعمين والاكل متنوع ولذيذ وبما ان المكان كبير جدا فيه جولف كار بتنقل النزلاء لأي مكان وباص يودي البحر لان لهم شاطي خاص وبرضة نضيف ومخدوم كويس

It was really nice to stay at Azure One Eleven, staff are really amazing and polite. Front desk team are very cooperative and helpful. Security guards are super polite and doing an amazing job. Spa team are incredibly professional. Hotel facilities are super clean and well maintained.

The suites are nice and big but only one bathroom. Also, the beach is 15 min away . Buses to the beach were sometimes late for pickup.

Lovely resort with lots of space, great pools and friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and adults-only pool. Bus to the beach is easy and the water is nice, with enough to do to keep us happy and occupied for a few days.

Resort does not pause music during adhan. Prayer mats were not available. Food availability in the nearby highway is somewhat shaky. Beach is not very spacious and the jet-ski's were going full speed extremely close to the swimming crowd.

I really like every thing , staf , food , cleanliness, pool an lagoon.. Although you need transfer to reach beach .. but the hotel afford bus every 20 - 30 minutes.. i will stay here again sure.

للأسف دي مش أول مرة أزور المكان، لكن المفروض إني أستلم الغرفة الساعة 3 العصر حسب تعليمات الفندق. للأسف استلمتها الساعة 6 المغرب، مع إني كنت متعمد أوصل متأخر عشان أتجنب أي تأخير أو مشاكل في الاستلام. وصلت الفندق حوالي الساعة 4 العصر، وبرضه فضلت مستني لحد الساعة 6. ولما سألت في الريسبشن عن سبب التأخير، قالوا إن الغرف لسه مش جاهزة من ناحية النظافة. والأغرب من كده إني لما استلمت الغرفة ودخلت الحمام لقيته مش نضيف، رغم كل الوقت اللي اتأخرته في الانتظار. بجد المرة دي كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا ومحبطة، ومش بالمستوى اللي كنت متوقعه من المكان.

The beach is not within the hotel premises, so you have to take a bus to get there, which was quite inconvenient. Also, the drinks served at the beach were extremely poor in quality and unfortunately not enjoyable at all.

I had an excellent experience at this resort. Everything was outstanding, from the warm welcome at reception to the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The staff were professional, courteous, and always willing to help. I would give this hotel the highest rating for cleanliness, service, and overall value for money.

The only suggestion I have is to offer lunch and dinner at more affordable prices, as there are no nearby restaurants within convenient distance of the resort.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I would expect from a five-star property. My check-in time was 3:00 PM, yet I didn’t arrive until 11:00 PM. Despite the eight-hour gap, my room was still not ready. I was asked to wait because I was told the air conditioning had failed during an inspection. Frankly, this explanation did not seem credible and felt more like an excuse for the room not being prepared. When I was finally given a room, it was in an unacceptable condition. It appeared to have been barely cleaned, and the overall standard was far below what any guest should expect. Had the booking been refundable, I would have left immediately and stayed elsewhere. The staff were poorly trained and demonstrated a lack of basic customer service and guest handling throughout the experience. I am formally requesting a refund for this stay, as the service and accommodation provided did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. I also ask that Booking.com carefully review whether this hotel truly meets the standards required to be listed as a five-star property on your platform. Finally, I do not wish to be contacted by the hotel regarding this review. I would appreciate having my refund request handled through the appropriate channel instead.
