The apartment is very nice, clean and in a central location, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The only negative would be that the staff are very noisy in the morning so if you have a late night and want to sleep in a little it is difficult to do so. Also, stuff does not know how to knock on the door.

Prima verblijf. Bij aankomst bleek dat we in een ander gebouw moesten zijn, het was fijn geweest als we dat meteen hadden geweten. Maar dat is goed gekomen. Het parkeren van de auto was ook even gedoe omdat de parkeergarage 10 minuten verder op is en iemand je auto komt halen en je erna weer afzet bij het hotel. In de tussentijd kun je niet bij je auto. Verder was de kamer schoon en het personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt stelt weinig voor.

Desayuno y ubicación correctos, nos movimos en metro con facilidad ya que a tres cuadras hay una estación que utilizamos mucho.

Todo resultó muy bueno de las puertas del complejo hacia adentro. Otra cosa es las condiciones de higiene desde la salida del mismo hasta la puerta de calle donde la falta de higiene es muy notoria, sobre todo cuando se compara con las instalaciones antes descritas. También llama la atención que para usar el ascensor era necesario colocar una moneda, y aunque el complejo se encuentra en el primer piso, subir o bajar con maletas y/o mochilas es molesto.

Quello che mi è piaciuto di più dell’hotel è sicuramente la posizione, perché si trova vicino alle principali zone turistiche di Napoli. La camera era ben sistemata, pulita e ordinata. La colazione era inclusa ed era semplice, con brioche, macchina per il caffè con capsule, latte e acqua. Il servizio era praticamente fai-da-te, ma comunque comodo.

La cosa che invece mi ha lasciato più deluso è stata l’esperienza con il parcheggio. È un parcheggio indicato dall’hotel e, per quanto ho capito, si tratta di un servizio di terzi. Abbiamo pagato 40 € e la nostra auto era una Ford Puma. Prima di scendere dalla macchina avevo lasciato 2 € nel portaoggetti centrale, pensando di controllare al nostro ritorno se fossero ancora lì. Quando siamo tornati a prendere la macchina, però, i 2 € non c’erano più. Non lo dico per i 2 €, perché ovviamente non è il loro valore il problema. In altre occasioni mi è già capitato di lasciare dei soldi nel portaoggetti dell’auto e non mi era mai successo che mancassero. Quello che mi ha fatto riflettere è la questione della fiducia. Se lascio 2 € e al mio ritorno non li trovo più, mi viene spontaneo chiedermi: se avessi lasciato qualcosa di valore maggiore, l’avrei ritrovato oppure no? È proprio questo il punto che mi ha lasciato perplesso, non certo i 2 € in sé. Ho voluto raccontare questa esperienza perché penso sia giusto condividere sia le cose positive sia quelle negative. Se un giorno qualcuno mi chiedesse un consiglio, voglio poter raccontare esattamente la mia esperienza. Nel complesso, l’hotel mi è piaciuto, soprattutto per la posizione, la pulizia e la camera, ma questa esperienza con il parcheggio è stata sicuramente la parte che mi ha lasciato più deluso.

Ηταν παρα πολυ καθαρό! Κάθε μερα μας βάζανε προϊόντα μπάνιου!! Βάζανε τα παντα απο την αρχή στο ψυγείο!! Γαλα νερα χυμούς!!! Πολυ κεντρικό διπλα στο μετρό duomo !! Μας καλέσανε ταξι για τις 4 το πρωι και ηταν απο κατω !!! Ειχε μεσα τζακούζι!!! Γενικά τέλειο

Η καθαριότητα στους κοινοχρηστους χώρους!!!!! Φυσικά αυτο προφανώς δεν εχει να κανει με τα δωμάτια αλλα ηταν πολυ χαλια !!.

La cama y la bañera fueron un lujo. Muy agradable la estancia.

El desayuno me pareció bastante básico a pesar del precio que cuesta la habitación. El día que llegamos fue imposible que funcionase el wifi y a pesar de contactar con el alojamiento, no ayudaban a poner soluciones. En ningún momento vimos a ningún trabajador. Para ser un alojamiento de lujo podrían cuidar más algunas cosas.

A nice and clean room with We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great bed, free toiletries, and a convenient self check-in system. The location is also excellent—within walking distance of both the port and Napoli Centrale station, making it a great base for exploring Naples.

El servicio, la aplicación muy intuitiva que te da libertad de entrada y salida. La limpieza es de categoría y las instalaciones recién reformadas.

El desayuno quizá añadiría algo más fresco y se puede utilizar la nevera para disponerlo para el día siguiente.

Апартаменти компактні, дуже чисто, щодня змінювали рушники і прибирали номер. Локалізація супер! Кліматизація добре працювала.

Сніданки. Я вважаю що в назві bed&breakfast, має бути свіжий сніданок, де в тебе є вибір позицій. Насправді обʼєкт пропонує «ланчбокс» 3 тістечка, мюслі та вода з соком, кава та джем.

Great spot - the rooms were clean, spacious with free coffee pods/baked goods in the mood. We didn't use the jacuzzi but it was clean with no mold stains, etc. and would've bene nice for a longer (cooler) stay!

The check-in/digital key process is not my favourite. First, we asked and were approved for an early check in which were told "didn't exist" when we arrived although we had a Booking confirmation. Thankfully (after some back and forth), they were able to clean our room quickly and we were able to check-in within 20 or so minutes. Second (and most stressfully), all the locks to the building etc. are digital and after 5 PM, there is no one on site to help you get back into the B&B. Our initial code was not activated and so we were essentially locked out after hours which was VERY stressful, but the site was fast to respond on Booking.com when we reached out. Although there was a language barrier with the individual on call, they were able to fix things quickly. Also note that the B&B is up 2-3 small flights of stairs and the elevator requires an exact 20 cent coin to use.

The apartment is close to the port and to a metro station. The staff was very nice and the apartment was clean.

The common area for the apartment is in a state of neglect and the first impression was scary.

The balcony, the aircon,the size of room, the lovely huge jaccuzi bath, the coffee maker with lots of options, lots of nice breakfast treats, the shower.... Everything was spotless and very comfortable.

Helps to know that a 20cent coin is needed for lift.

A little confusing to access building owner has 2 floors and one we stayed at was Lunar floor not Sole. Once that was cleared up all ok. For use of lift you need 20 cent coin every time.

Breakfast was a little disappointing.

We booked Sole bed and breakfast and were sent the address of Mare bed and breakfast which is on the same street but further along. The property was clean and safe. The kettle and coffee makers were good. See Mare apartments for room we got.

Would have liked a warning that we needed 10cent piece to work the lift or have been given some 10cent pieces. We walked up 5 flights with our luggage the 1st time. The breakfast is disappointing. Sweet sugary carbs in packets. Plus carton of juice and tea or coffee. A voucher to a cafe would have been better

À notre arrivé la chambre n’était pas prête l’entrée était sensé se faire à 15 h la concierge nous a dit de revenir dans une demi-heure puis dans une heure sachant qu on a fait un vol très long on était fatigué mais sans gêne le jour du départ même pas 10h du matin elle toque ??? Elle avait juste de la chance on devait partir tôt mais sinon je serais rester dormir sans gêne moi aussi , il faut apprendre à parler à la clientèle.

Ubicado en una avenida muy ruidosa en un barrio un poco peligroso por la noche. Decía que incluía desayuno y eran un par de capsulas de café y unas galletas de bolsa en la habitación. ¡Una noche por 145€...en Abril! Un robo a mano armada. La habitación pequeña, el baño oscuro, el edificio ruinoso. Nada recomendable.

Tolle Ausgangslage um die Stadt zu erkunden und Ausflüge zu machen (Abholpunkte für Touren waren immer direkt vor der Haustüre). Das Personal war super lieb und zuvorkommend und die Zimmer immer top sauber!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nahe der Eingangstüre und haben somit das Türschloss, welches sehr laut war, sehr oft nachts gehört. Beim Frühstück sollte man wissen, dass es sich auf abgepackte süße italienische Snacks, Wasser und 2 Saftvarianten im Kühlschrank beschränkt, die aber täglich nachgefüllt werden. Kaffee ist auch im Zimmer verfügbar. Wenn man das vorab weiß, kein Problem! Beim Lift braucht man 10 Cent Stücke, sobald der Portier nicht da ist (abends)- an Feiertagen aber gratis!

Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Altstadt von Neapel. Das Zimmer war von der Größe gut.

Das Haus befindet sich an einer sehr lauten und viel befahrenen Straße. Auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern braucht man zwingend Ohropax um schafen zu können. Das Frühstück besteht aus ein paar Keksen und Cornflakes mit Milch, was man im Zimmer einnehmen muß. Es gab aber wenigstens eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln.

Schönes, modernes Zimmer, aber einiges kaputt.

Frühstück war keiner dabei nur paar getrocknetes Brot. Jacuzzi war undicht. Lichter haben die nicht funktioniert und Duschkopf war kaputt. Starke Kanalgeruch. War schön und sauber aber hat gestunken alles. Personal am Telefon war unhöflich. In Booking steht falsche Adresse aufpassen. Es befindet sich komplett in anderen Stadtteil.

The staff was excellent. The room was cleaned and laundry was changed every day.

First, it was not a "bed & breakfast" accommodation. In the room was a coffee and a tea maker and cups for those. Also some bakeries and some milk and juice in the fridge, but nothing else: no plates, no forks, no knives, no kettle. So, if you would like to eat a "normal' and warm breakfast you should go on the street. In many of "normal" rooms all over the world there are coffee maker and tea maker as basic. So, the room is a good "bed" accommodation. Second, the elevator stops are between the levels where the rooms are situated.!!!. And the distance to go up or, easier, to go down from the elevator's stop to your room's level, was not an easier task. But, most shocking was the fact that the elevator goes only with a coin of 20 cents. So, if somebody, as we, at arrival, has not a coin, he has to take all his luggage and go up by foot!!! Third, the image from the site is not quite similar with the room. It is the first time when I have seen a jacuzzi bathtub inside the room. Yes, it is an excellent arrangement for a honey moon, but not for a family with children.

That they completely changed the accommodation ruined the overall impression of everything.

We arrived at the address of the accommodation I had reserved, but the first problem occurred there. The woman at the reception clearly did not have us in the reservation system and did not understand a single word of English. She sent us to another address, to a different accommodation which she said was part of their network. I thought I might have looked at the wrong address, so we moved to the second accommodation – Mare Luxury – which also has very low ratings on Google. When we arrived, they checked us in, but I soon realized that it was not the room I had booked. There was no balcony, no city view, and even the address did not match the reservation. We wanted an explanation, but the woman had already left the reception and was hiding in a room. Even though we rang the bell and called, we only received a message telling us to write to them on WhatsApp. After our conversation there, she simply replied that we could cancel the accommodation. What kind of solution is that? I will be filing a complaint. I would completely remove the breakfast from the offer because it is a joke.

Niestety czuć kanalizację w łazience. Jednak przy zamkniętych drzwiach nie czuć aż tak bardzo.

Great attention from the staff at the property. We felt always very well taken care of! The breakfast was very nice to have in the room in the mornings and included pastries, coffee, milk and cereal and fruit juices with bottled water every morning. The area is very centric so we literally walked everywhere, we only had to take the metro once to get back home. Amazing stay,

L'emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer ensuite dans les différents quartiers. La literie était également très confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique car il nous a permis de déposer les bagages avant l'heure prévue et nous les a gardé après l'heure de rendue de la chambre
