Les lits étaient très sales. Beaucoup d’insectes dans la chambre, des poils dans les draps. On a demandé à changer les draps quand on est arrivé. C’était mieux mais toujours sale. Pas très confortable ce sont deux lits simples collés et il y a un trou au milieu. Chambre très humide comme elle est en sous sol

La ubicación estaba muy bien, tenia una playa al lado muy bonita, el personal fue muy amable.

La habitación era muy pequeña y claustrofobica, no tenia ventanas, solo un tragaluz. Lo mas grave fue que las sabanas tenian olor a sudor y tuvimos que dormir la primera noche así, al dia siguiente le pedimos que nos las cambiaran y lo hicieron y la cosa ya fue a mejor. Al estar en frente de un parking puede ser bastante ruidoso.

Tout d'abord, nous avons du attendre afin d'avoir le code des portes pour rentrer. Ensuite, une fois arrivés dans la chambre, il n'y avait aucune fenêtre, il faisait très humide dans la chambre et donc cela rendait l'air irrespirable. La chambre était tout simplement lugubre et une propreté désastreuse (e.g. cheveux dans l'évier, bêtes dans les toilettes et des centaines de fourmis mortes à côté du lit). Nous avions également une couette simple pour un lit double et il nous était impossible de rentrer en contact avec les gérants de l'hôtel pour avoir une autre couette. Dernièrement, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude. Nous sommes partis le lendemain matin et avons été dormir dans un autre établissement.

The WiFi didn’t reach into the room and the sound of the water drainage from upstairs was loud. The locks to the rooms took a bit of persuading.

The hostel–hotel is very new and has a beautiful, tasteful design. Everything feels well thought out, stylish, and clean. The interior is aesthetically pleasing and creates a really nice atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. Communication was easy and genuine, and they really made me feel welcome and taken care of.

There was no hot water at times. When there is not enough sunlight, the solar panels don’t produce enough energy, so the water doesn’t heat properly. However, the staff handled this situation very well. On my last day, when there was no hot water, they invited me to use the shower in their other hostel. They provided towels, took care of me, and allowed me to leave my belongings there, which I really appreciated.

Room was decent size for 2 people. Clean and nicely decorated, staff was easy to communicate with. Nice short walk( 5 minutes) to the main area in the village ). Quiet apartment. Great value for money

Everything was good except the water was not hot' even rhough the woman told us there is hot water anf we just went in after a swim' and called her at 6p.m telling ys we don'r have any other choice seeing the weather was cloudy.... we were so mad we didn't even argue more with her and she told us she'll have a solution by tomorrow but she didn'r even called us or asked if we had it giod. In another way she was responsive the home was very clean compatible with photos and very traditional fall in love withe ery detail. But u git so mad because of the hot water and her indifference of our need

El lavabo en sí, y especialmente la ducha. La cama doble era grande y cómoda, al igual que las almohadas. Tiene buena ubicación. Muy buena atención también. No había nadie cuando llegamos y los del edificio de al lado los llamaron y vinieron enseguida.

No había ni una sola ventana, la habitación estaba muy muy escondida, parecía un labertinto, un poco claustrofóbico.

Cuisine un peu petite et pas d' emplacement pour manger en groupe dans l'appartement

Ce logement est parfait niveau rapport qualité-prix. Literie confortable. Il y a tout le nécessaire : serviette de toilette, PQ… etc La cours intérieure est magnifique, avec beaucoup d’arbustes et de plantes. Check-in réalisé avec une hôte très gentille et réactive.

Logement relativement bruyant la nuit avec la proximité de l’Amouage juste à côté qui génère pas mal de passage. Les portes sont fines, on entend le passage des autres résidents. La douche ne marchait pas en position « à l’italienne » malgré la présence du Système. Le système d’évacuation de la douche était défectueux: la salle de bain s’inondait.

Twin room. New property . Small room but beds lift to store packs. Private bathroom and access to kitchen including cooktop and fridge. Great location easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach is next door - which is also great for sunset.,

I had to check out of this hotel two days early because the service and rules were not up to par. When I booked, the Booking website didn't mention that it was impossible to book a room for a couple. I had a very unpleasant situation upon arrival at 10:00 PM. My husband and I tried to check in for two hours, simply because I'm Ukrainian and my husband is Moroccan, and we currently live in Germany. We weren't allowed into the room I'd booked simply because we have different passports. The hotel manager didn't care that our IDs showed the same address in Germany. They forced my husband to pay for a separate bed in a shared room or find another hotel in the middle of the night, after a long flight and a long journey from Germany. This was shocking to me. It's disrespectful to guests. I don't think I'll get a refund for the two nights we won't be staying here, and I don't want to mention the noise that was emanating from everywhere all night. I felt like I'd been on a busy street all night. I didn't even sleep. So the toilet seat was broken, to get into the shower, you had to squeeze between the wall and the glass partition of the shower. If a person of size L body and more, then it is impossible to enter such a shower. I think this is a big disadvantage of such a room, if you rent an near the ocean, then taking a shower is a necessity.

It was perfect, would 100% recommend. The room was a bit small but you won‘t spend much time in your room anyways. The staff was very very friendly and helpful throughout.

Instalaciones completamente limpia, sitio acogedor, muy muy bien ubicado, tiene una cala de playa a 300 m. Hassam ( Perdon si he escrito mal el nombre) estuvo atento todo el tiempo con nosotros. Muy muy recomendable.

L’accueil agréable et la localisation proche du centre de Taghazout. Le logement est calme et bien équipé pour un court séjour.

L’espace de la chambre est très petit, ce qui rend les déplacements difficiles pour deux personnes. De plus, le sol de la douche est endommagé, ce qui est inconfortable à l’utilisation.

Cómodo, posibilidad de contratar comidas y usar servicios del Hostel Ocean view. Es una buena opción si no hay disponibilidad en el Hostel. El sitio es limpio, cómodo y céntrico. No había ruido. El personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar.

Quizás un poco pequeño el baño y humedad en la habitación. Igualmente, no nos estropeó la experiencia.

Een prachtig appartement op een top locatie in Taghazout. Alles ziet er perfect uit! Hele fijne badkamer met een regendouche, heerlijk!. Alles superschoon. Naast de accommodatie een privestrandje, niet zo massaal en heerlijke zee. Ze verhuren er kano’s en je kan suppen. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Ontbijt bij Flouka was super! Let op parkeren op de straat. Kan even duren voor dat je een plekje hebt, maar met wat geduld lukt het zeker wel. Parkeren kan ook op terrein voor het appartement, maar het kan daar wel enorm druk zijn met dubbel geparkeerde auto’s. Bij vertrek moet je dan geen haast hebben. Op de weg parkeren is makkelijker.

Die Betten waren bequem, Strandnähe. Wir haben schon häufiger in dem Hotel und es hat leider sehr nachgelassen. Sowohl in der Sauberkeit als auch im Ambiente, Weil unter anderem die Mitarbeiter nicht mehr die gleichen sind.

Als wir ankamen war das Zimmer nicht sauber und es hat ganz stark nach Urin gestunken, dass wir es im Zimmer nicht ausgehalten haben. Der Klodeckel war ebenfalls kaputt. Nach wenigen Minuten mussten wir uns im Flur begeben und mussten dem Personal verkünden, dass wir in dem Zimmer nicht schlafen können, weil wir uns geekelt haben und uns unwohl gefühlt haben. Wir mussten über eine Stunde warten, bis wir ein anderes Zimmer im anderen Hotel vom gleichen Inhaber bekommen haben. Da wir eine Reservierung für 4 Tage hatten, bekamen wir das neue Zimmer nur für einen Tag und uns wurde versprochen, dass alles gemacht wird um die Probleme zu regeln. Das war auch der Fall, denn wir haben uns am nächsten Tag schon viel wohler gefühlt. In den 3 Tagen wurde allerdings kein einziges Mal geputzt, die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt und wir haben Toilettenpapier erst dann bekommen, nachdem wir explizit danach gefragt haben. Das Personal war allerdings sehr freundlich, man hat aber gemerkt, dass sie neu waren. Nourdin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat alles versucht uns im unruhigen Moment aufgrund der Umstände zu beruhigen. Danke.

Amazing stay, highly recommended !

Emplacement parfait, à 2 min de la plage. La chambre, avec sa salle de bain privative, est décorée avec goût, ambiance reposante et apaisante. Tout est impeccablement propre. L’entrée par code est très pratique, cela évite les soucis d’oubli de clé. Le personnel est à la fois sympathique et très réactif. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, je recommande sans hésiter !

Un peu de bruit la nuit mais c est largement gérable Et la douche qui s évacue mal , voire pas du tout .

L'hôte était des plus accueillants, et vraiment très sympa. Concernant la chambre, elle est relativement spacieuse avec des armoires et des volets pour la lumière.

Concernant la literie : Les matelas étaient très sales et puaient la transpiration ou autres. Je n'en ai pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit >> il faut les changer absolument ! La couette n''était pas une couette, c'était une sorte de protège-lit pas propre non plus.

Tutto. Abbiamo segnalato la problematica all’arrivo,abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e richiesto il rimborso dell’altra notte prenotata di cui non abbiamo goduto. Sono spariti e nonostante la segnalazione a Booking e un accordo su whatsapp non danno riscontro. Tra l’altro le stanze sono praticamente dei garage (sotto scala) con un bagno di una dimensione insignificante e finestra della stanza al di sotto del piano stradale. Da evitare

We had a disappointing experience. The location was hard to find, and the host didn’t respond for 30 minutes. When she finally did, we still had to wait another 20. The room was much smaller than in the pictures, and the bathroom had no curtain, so water went everywhere when showering. There was no soap provided, and after that, the host stopped responding altogether. Would not recommend.

The apartment is very nicely decorated in a traditional Moroccan style. It is in a fabulous location, with everything on your doorstep. There is a small, quiet beach a few footsteps from the apartment, which was fabulous and much nicer than the main Taghazout beach. The apartment is part of a hotel in Taghazout centre, so you can enjoy their amazing Moroccan breakfast. It was a great price and plentiful- with cakes, pastries, bread, omelette, mint tea, juice etc. The breakfast room was a great atmosphere, with Moroccan plates on the walls and a traditional-looking set up. There is also the option to have dinner and lunch at the hotel. The staff were also very helpful and on hand at all times throughout your stay. It was also an added extra to have a private bathroom with a powerful and warm shower, as a lot of the bathrooms on Taghazout appear to be shared.

The room is a little small with not a lot of space to put your belongings. There is also a fee for leaving your luggage if your flight is later in the day.

Possibilité d'avoir un excellent petit déjeuner à l'hôtel (10 min de marche de la chambre).

Nous avions une chambre pour 6 personnes avec des lits superposés. Pour y monter ou descendre, ce n'est pas facile car les échelles ont été mal conçues. Sinon, la chambre est petite donc pas possibilité d'ouvrir toutes les valises à la fois. Il faut être très bien organiser. Idem pour la petite salle de bain.

החדרים קטנים מידי. ולמרות ההשקעה, הבית עצמו לא כל כך נוח. חדרים קטנים מידיי, במקלחת אין איפה להניח דברים, בית יפה ומושקע אבל לא נוח. המארחים לא ענו להודעות בכלל, זה היה מאוד מאכזב

Appartamento graziosissimo, arredato in modo essenziale ma con molto gusto, ottima posizione, praticamente quasi sulla spiaggia. Zona tranquilla, controllata 24 su 24. Letti comodi. Bagno piccolo ma efficiente, doccia ottima. Staff sempre presente. In particolare Medhi è un ragazzo singolare, sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità. Possibilità di utilizzare cucina in comune.
