Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Air conditioned room, whole upstairs to myself, mosquito net in the room.
Location is quite out of the way, the place itself receives next to no light so is quite oppressive. Not entire villa as stated, just the upstairs floor of a house in a family home. Bathroom was very dirty and full of ants, cockroaches and other insects at night. Wifi didn't work all of first day but it was sorted the next day to be fair. Overall I wouldn't stay here again

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025One of the best place Iv stayed. 100% Recommend. Place was what exactly they mentioned in the no less. The owners were so friendly and Kind. Hospitality was superb. For the price this place gives you a best experience. Privacy is also on the top level. Its totally worth for the money. Place was clean and there was everything that need. Room is comfortably spacious for two people. Bathroom is clean and functional not the luxurious perfect one tho, but itll do the job. Bed is comfortable and has a nice look. Can easily use a tuk from the town to get there(it ll cost around 300 350 LKR in 2025.08)

The location of the property was superb,the room were large and incredible spacious compaired to other properties.the bed was comportable and the bathroom was clean and funtional kitchen was superb.we will come back again .

Reviewed Feb 13, 2025So the villa/holiday house is the whole upstairs floor of the family’s villa, but have your own private entrance and garden. It’s very new and clean. It’s very spacious with large balcony, large kitchen/dining area, large double bedroom, bathroom. The kitchen has almost everything you need. It’s in a very beautiful, secluded and green place but only a short tuk tuk ride to the beach or Tangalle centre. You can easily get tuk tuk on road or on PickMe. The family is very friendly and helpful. You could easily stay here for a few weeks at a time. I would definitely come back.
Needs mini fridge and WiFi but owner says he will get asap.
