EcoStays Apartment Near Miami Airport - 303

It was to far from food places.

To much noise.

How cozy and clean it was.

Bathroom door would get stuck or have a hard time closing

Ubicación y limpieza

Todo muy bien

Todo en general super bien

It was close to the Airport with short Uber. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

It was confusing, when I booked, the description did say it was an apartment. As do many other suites that provide the same description but are actual hotels with resources as in…a restaurant or a vending machine or something to get a drink or sustenance. This location provided pictures of the inside that were, I felt an mis- representation of the premises. No shuttle (non-offered in the advertisement) as my Uber pulled up, the curb appeal looked like an old dated apartment complex and it is. It has an apartment for rent sign on the wall, which made both the Uber driver and myself think we were in the wrong location. This was very confusing and again a mid-representation from the photos. The security was also in need of updating, I actually thought I was on the second floor (all doors have a code) and actually accessed another persons room while they were sleeping. Very…very disconcerting. I made it to my room and messaged the owner and made the suggestion to add a dead bolt inside (which did have an inside door chain but it was disabled) who then defended himself saying that she probably didn’t close her door properly. He then messaged me and actually knocked on my door at 10:30pm to defend himself again. I did not feel comfortable with him as he was combative and defensive and made me fell like I was in the wrong. Super uncomfortable.

The host had great communication and was very flexible. The location is very close to the airport

The water pressure in the shower was a little low

I arrived late and the host was there waiting for me. Apartment easy to access and very close from the airport . Clean and comfortable, with parking

Better than the pictures, owner is very communicative, and helpful at check in. Smooth process.

Check in was at 3pm, no flexibility for early check in to accommodate guest that have early flights but long layover that just want to nap.

the property manager peeps inside of the windows during stay very creepy and weird man

It’s a cool stay and close to the cruise ports

Appearance could use improvements

Clean and close to the airport

Nothing close as in gas station or food. We had to door dash everything.

Clean, spacious room with a balcony and a full-size refrigerator — everything you need for short or long-term. Genuinely fast, reliable internet and just five minutes from the airport. Very comfortable and everything worked smoothly. Eduardo - the owner is extremely client-oriented and professional.

La atencion

Location. Modern Friendly

Location, manager was great and clear in directions and instructions.

This is a scam, the place is in a dark and neglected area, the room smelled of mold and the owner of the place owed us the full amount even though we didn't stay there 😡😡😡

Close to airport and price.

Old and could use some updates

Good to stay

The sofa bed is not good to sleep 2 or more days

Location and communication

Completely different what they advertise the location and pictures are so different the person who it’s in charge to the property unfriendly, and rude as well .

The management, the fault advertising of the property and also the location

I liked the set up within the apartment

I did not like that we were not able to check in due to me and my family booking this apartment for our vacation. Even though booking gives you an option to check in 12 am and later, the sheets had a light color stain to them and there was a lizard in our bathroom??

La ubicación

Stay 1 night before flight Close to airport and car rental returns area. Eduardo the guy who works at the hotel was a gentleman and always there when needed. The room was big the bedroom and the bathroom was renovated and satisfying but the kitchen need upgrade. Overall the stay was nice and really good experience for the price I paid. Also the free parking is great.

Doesn’t have swimming pool

Clean nice and balcony

The property manager walked into the room without notifying which made me very uncomfortable

Localização, anfitrião muito atencioso

Tudo normal, nada a contestar

It had a cute kitchen

The roosters waking us up at 7am and the bed was not too comfortable.

Good space

The airplanes

Not one thing

It was like going into a Third World country. The outside was absolutely gross. There were chickens running around. And when you got inside, it was no better. We literally were afraid. The bug smell was so overwhelming. There was blood on the floor. This is the worst place I’ve ever seen

It was clean

I didn't like the location.

Emplacement proche de l’aéroport. Appartement propre avec équipements Parking gratuit

Un peu bruyant avec l’aéroport.

The Host helped me a lot! Thank u so much☺️

Host was excellent. However, we do think we paid a lot for what we got.

Better price.

Convenience to the airport and spacious. Calm and quiet neighborhood although the roosters do wake up with the sun.

Water pressure low with the shower.

Clean

Nähe zum Flughafen mit Parkplatz
