My ribs were so cold on the 2of September for dinner I couldn't eat it.

What I didn’t like about the property was the restaurant call Champions the server was unprofessional. The food came out cold. Had to send the food back. Customer service from the server no good. But the manager was excellent. His customer service was so great that he understood about the food. His name is Carlos excellent we appreciate him.

Me ennanta la marca . Siempre que vengo a Miami me hospedo ceca del aeropuerto y este es un hotel muy conveniente. El servicio siempre es bueno y el personal es muy amable .

Tal vez que el servicio de cena cerrara un poco mas tarde. Para los pasajeros que volamos tarde y llegamos despues de las 10 pm y queremos cenar, hay que salir al hotel Marriot * que esta cerca* pero hay que salir despues del check in.

1). First of all, you stated in the bonus question that I asked for a quiet room…… I didn’t ask for that. 2). The prices quoted on your restaurant menu were excessive.

Rooms and shower no clean. Room have not sone every day and the towels have not been changed every day. The corridors carpets dirty with stains. In general, in Miami, is dirty.

Everything. Only one thing was they had a small bottle of special water for 6.00 dollars in room. Used it for my coffee. Need some coffee water other than tap water.

Almost everything but the most lowly paid staff- they were lovely. Everyone else in ascending order to the manager were awful. Start off marvelous but ask them for ANYTHING and they became sullen and unresponsive and suddenly unable to understand english. Look up my profile why dont you? I never complain. This is a.i. La atención del personal en la recepción fue excelente, preocupándose por mi habitación, ya que no encontraban mi confirmación, se esmeraron y me dieron una casi Suite. Excelente! El hotel tiene un aroma super agradable. Marriott nunca decepciona..

Too long checking in after a long flight even with Bonvoy gold

It was conveniently located close to the airport.

It was dated, overpriced, and charged for room water.

This was my third time staying at this hotel and I continue to love my stay.

The price of parking for 1 night was to expensive.

The name of the Hotel is too similar to another address 10 minutes away which caused confusion for my driver. I was dropped at the wrong hotel

Llegamos cansados, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de todo el hotel, pero las camas eran comodas

Al llegar se nos solicito un depósito, a pesar de que el precio ya era desorbitadamente caro (480 dolares es un auténtico timo). Pedir un depósito adicional para solo 4 horas de estancia es insultante.

Cerca del aeropuerto,

Reserve 2 habitaciones con 2 camas cada una, éramos 4 mujeres, me dijeron que tenía reservada solo una, era tarde y dormimos apiñadas. Y lo peor, que me cobraron las dos….

Navettes fréquentes pour relier l'hôtel à l'aéroport. Chambre confortable. Un bon hôtel pour une nuit d'escale.

La propreté de la salle de bain laissait un peu à désirer (savon déjà utilisé par le précédent occupant par exemple).

The transportation shuttle from the airport to the hotel was convenient and appreciated The food in the sports bar was pretty good. They have happy hour available in the sports bar. The pool is decent sized.

The hot tub was cold. One of the entrées ordered in the sports bar was not cooked with the rest of our parties order. They apologized for the oversight, but the person whose entrée was missing opted not to wait for it to be cooked while the rest of our party was finishing up. The happy hour prices served at the sports bar was apparently not applicable if you chose to take your drink outside to drink it on the back patio area. And one of the bartenders was rude and seemed overly stressed when it got busy she was not particularly friendly nor professional.

Everything was fine. No major complaints.

Check In y Check Out muy ágiles, practico y sin complicaciones. Habitación silenciosa y con buen espacio. Confort de la habitación. Estacionamiento con disponibilidad cercano a la puerta. Amabilidad del personal de recepción

Valor un poco elevado para no incluir estacionamiento gratuito. Transfer no era con buena frecuencia lo cual nos hizo mantener el auto hasta tomar el vuelo en la madrugada.

Overpriced. Not even the water was free, and no breakfast was included. It was a rip-off

Front desk staff member Seija. She had the worst attitude when I asked her a question. She then pretended that she didn’t know what I was talking about. I admit it was crowded with people who were waiting in rooms but I only wanted to know where my name was on the list. I waited patiently and ate breakfast during the three (3) hour wait. I only asked for information that was right at her fingertips. Instead she lied and said they were only checking in people who requested a King bed. I was waiting on double queen beds. I watched people with families receiving rooms before I got up to ask a question. I won’t stay here again. Staff needs to have integrity and honesty in representing the Hilton brand.

Easy access to and from the airport via the shuttle. Clean rooms. Stayed for one night between flights and happy about it
