Emplacement

Le lit un peu dur

Staff were very nice and helpful, good location

The shower- it took the hot water a long time to arrive and it had weak pressure.

The location was ok

When we arrived the receptionist told us that although we had booked a 2bed suite there were no 2 bed suites available due to construction work- I had only settled the payment 2 days previous and nothing was mentioned about this So they squeezed up into a 1 bed suite with a sofa bed and a roll away bed. These beds were dreadful and had metal springs coming through the mattress - it was horrid and both people in these beds did not sleep at all!

The AC machine was too loud

Location

Few minutes from the airport and free shuttle bus. Good breakfast.

Hôtel parfait

RAS

It's a hotel located right next to MIA but the shuttle service between MIA and the hotel was not available. Yes, our flight was relatively late, arriving around 10 PM but the airport was still busy.

It is in an excellent location . It is nicely decorated and maintained c. Suites are roomy and comfortable and the staff is amazing!!!

The reception staff and shuttle drivers were helpful. The pool area was well maintained and a relaxing area to spend time. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the staff kept it replenished. Handy to have bar meals availability too. The room was comfortable and soundproofed to enable a good night's sleep despite the hot being so conveniently close to the airport.

Shuttle service from airport was complimentary and excellent. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Excellent staff.

I paid for my reservation in full through Booking before arriving at the hotel. When I checked in, I informed the front desk that my stay had already been paid for, but I was told I had to pay again. As a result, I was charged a second time for the full cost of my stay. I spoke with Hillary about the issue, and I was told there was nothing the hotel could do and that I would need to contact my bank. I found this extremely frustrating, as the hotel should be able to verify whether a reservation has already been paid. Being charged twice for the same stay caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience during my trip. I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully review their charges and receipts to ensure they are not billed more than once. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

Ambos buenos

Nada

Cleanliness, spacious room, quiet, soundproof walls, very home-like. Super comfortable overall. Additionally, it’s close to airport which was very convenient for my family and I.

The breakfast options were delicious, however, there wasn’t much options to choose from.

Todo

We arrived about 4 hours before check in. One of our rooms was ready, so they let us check in early into that room until the 2nd room was ready. The staff was friendly and very helpful getting our family a shuttle to the cruise port. Our suite was a good size and everything was clean.

It took about 3 hours to get the extra towels we needed. The shuttle provided from the airport was not on a continuous loop every 30 minutes as stated. We waited almost an hour before I called the hotel and acquired about the shuttle, then he appeared in about 15 minutes. But the driver was friendly and the shuttle was clean.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable

na

All good.

Don’t have a late bar or kitchen.

ENJOYED THE STAY.

Rooms clean, very nice staff was great variety forBreakfast, was better then most. Shuttle to port for the cruise.

No complaints

Free transfer, nice room, comfortable bed, kind and helpful recepcionists.

Poor breakfast selection, and the air conditioning in the room could not be turned off or operated properly.

Bien situé et propre

Rien

Shuttle drivers were good and helpful.

Impossible to turn off AC. Laundry app very hard to use and forced us to spend $10 for a $4 wash & dry. Room could use another chair. Shower floor was very slippery - no mat. Will NEVER stay at a Towneplace Suites hotel again!

Service

The atmosphere was just awesome and the rooms was awesome

Nothing was wrong

The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind.

There was a constant rumbling noise through the night.

Despite the breakfast everything was proper

I expected a lot more from Marriot breakfast. Only fast-food/ready meals

Location to the airport

It was crowded; check in was delayed.

we loved the room and the pool. front desk people were all very helpful and friendly. they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. we would definitely stay here again

The staff are amazing no matter what your question! Heated pool! Complimentary breakfast has great array of foods! Beds are very comfortable! Food places, a Target and liquor store all within walking distance in a safe neighborhood. We stayed the day before and after our cruise and I highly recommend and will be back again!

Very nice room. Good bar downstairs.

Requested a low floor when booked (prefer not to ride elevators) and received confirmation. On arrival, was given FOURTH floor. Complained and nothing was done. Front desk staff unable to help and blamed others for not paying closer attention. Had to haul luggage up four flights of stairs. Would not have stayed here if known that my request was not honored.

Close to the airport

Perfect for airport flying

Breakfast, room

Todo me gustó

Room was clean and the location near the PHL airport was a great plus for us.

The HVAC unit in the room sounded like a jet engine.

Great location very close to the airport. Good food places very close by too. Staff are very professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of options for everyone. My double Queen studio bedroom is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nothing.
