At point of check-in, unit was not ready. Cleaning was still on-going past 3pm but we compensated for late check-out. They agreed .

Bathroom was very bad.. it didn't have proper walls it was covered with glass walls and sliding door which didn't have proper stickering.. traveling with family gets a bit difficult due to glass wall.. its semi transparent and very uncomfortable to use..

De appartement is niet goed bijgehouden qua schoonmaak waardoor er schimmel in de badkamer zit. Je ziet overal gebruikerssporen die niet goed zijn schoongemaakt.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026This property was just OK and so so for spending a night. They had no soaps and on requesting they said we don't give soap. They didn't even have separate quilts.
The rooms were very small and there was no staff to bring the luggage or hand over room keys to us. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.

While the apartment was spacious, it felt surprisingly cramped due to the layout. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the unit, likely caused by poor ventilation and inadequate housekeeping. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned, and the beds were uncomfortable, making our stay far less enjoyable than expected. The biggest disappointment was the host’s attitude regarding checkout. Our checkout time was 11:00 AM, and we only requested an additional three hours. Instead of offering a reasonable hourly charge or any flexibility, we were told we would have to pay for an entire extra day. As soon as 11:00 AM arrived, the host began sending messages every five minutes asking us to leave, which felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I was also concerned about the security of the apartment. Access was through a digital lock, and the passcode provided was simply “123456.” We were never informed whether this code could be changed or if it was unique to our stay. Using such a basic code without any explanation made us feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about the property’s security.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026The interior is nice just like advertised. However, the pictures for the room I booked is misleading. It shows bathroom with a bathtub in the room “apartment with balcony”. However we did not get this room. The room we got was totally different from the room pictures showed in the booking. Talked to the host about it, but they said it was the correct room according to their system. I guess booking.com got mixed up with the pictures and falsely advertised it.
The floors were sticky. Bidet in both toilets were leaking. Basin tap is loose. Poor maintainence i guess. The public pool depth is 1.2m which is for adults only. No kids pool. Parking is limited and inconvinient for big cars as the ramp is too small. Need to park across the road (open parking RM10 per day).

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Bersih dan besar utk sekeluarga 4org..selesa. Acond sejuk sgt, katil selesa. Kemudahan lengkap. Dan berfungsi baik. customer service pun cepat bagi information. View corridor yang menarik, view KL. Swimming pool juga luas dan bersih.. environment terbaik.
Cuma agak bising, biasalah KL. Lain2 semua bagus.

الحمام غير نظيف وبه بقايا مخلفات (أكرمكم الله) وقمت بتوثيق كل شي بالصور حيث اضطررت لشراء منظفات لتنظيفه بنفسي لان المضيف رفض الغاء الحجز للأسف. لاحظت أثناء الليل خروج صراصير كبيرة ( أعزكم الله) من خلف الغسالة. بلاعة الحمام مكشوفة ويوجد بلاعة كبيرة اخرى في المطبخ (فتحة لتصريف مياه الغسالة) ايضا مكشوفة بالكامل! يوجد سطل في غرفة النوم لأن المكيف ينقط ماء! يعني طوال وقت النوم تسمع تنقيط ماء مستمر! ناهيك عن تسريب المياه على جدار الغرفة الذي تسبب في بركة ماء على الأرضيات وقمت بتصويره ايضا ناهيك عن تسريب في مبردة الماء يملأ رخامة المطبخ ايضا! تشقق وتلف واضح بالجدران المهترئة الرطوبة آكلة المكان بشكل كبير وسيء وزجاج الحمام ملبس بطريقة سيئة ومتشققة ولاخصوصية فيه. ستائر الغرف غير حاجبة للضوء سوى بنسبة 40% تقريبا وهذا خطأ بالغ في الشقق السياحية وسماع ازعاج السيارات في الصباح. يوجد روائح بخور قوي ومزعج جدا يأتي من الممرات ويدخل من تحت الباب واضطررت لوضع ملابس تحت الباب لتقليل دخول رائحة البخور الذي اصابني بالصداع! اعتقد ان البخور متعمد للتغطية على روائح اخرى تنبعث من الشقة لم اتمكن من تحديد مصدرها. قمت بتقديم شكوى لموقع بوكينج وكانوا لطفاء للغاية وعوضوني بجزء بسيط من قيمة الحجز ولكن من وجهة نظري كان التعويض غير مجدي لانني اضطررت لإلغاء الحجز بالكامل في اليوم الرابع بعد أن فاض بنا الكيل ولكن بوكينج عاودوا الاتصال بي وقاموا بتتويضي بباقي الأيام التي لم استفيد منها ... شكرا شركة بوكينج. كانت تجربة سيئة بجميع المقاييس منذ اليوم الأول وتحاملت على نفسي وأسرتي ولكن لم نسطتيع تحمل الظروف السيئة في الشفة والتي كانت تظهر لنا كل يوم مشكلة جديدة!!

No service. Only Whatsapp contact. Room was not well cleaned when I checked in. Floor dusty, not cleaned. There were ants on my bed when I came back to hotel. TV was difficult to operate. Living room TV ok, but bedroom TV was not working.
