Place is so modern and luxury and facilities are amazing

Absolutely everything about this place screams luxury! The easy private access with the roller gate and a garage to park your vehicle in to jeep the ocean breeze off your car, with internal access to the house. Wheel chair access lift, beautiful design. Clean and the aesthetic decor it's a yes from me. Comfortable beds with enough bedding

Limited towels And the stairs going down can be abit tricky if you have bad eye sight as the sort of blend together so mind your step.

The property is superb. It is finished and furnished to a very high and luxurious standard. The location of the property is perfect for wandering to Caroline Bay and meetings in the Timaru CBD.

Very easy to access as per instructions.

The location was perfect for our weekend in Timaru, directly across from The Rock n Hop. Close to all the eateries and shops. We were the envy of all our friends. Would definitely stay here again, we should have stayed longer. Communication was easy and great with the hosts.

This was a magnificent place to stay, we could not recommend it highly enough. Plenty of room, everything to a high standard and great location within Timaru.

Excellent location and very modern

Very nicely presented and beautiful house in amazing location.

Fabulous location; so close to everything from shopping to taking a stroll.

There were some problems with the elevator and wifi which could not be helped so all okay. Wifi recovered soon.

Hot water ran irregularly as some point the water as was cold as ice.

Superb in every way. Perfect location, stunning view, clear and easy to understand instructions regarding access (door and gate codes). The house is incredibly well designed and tastefully furnished.

Although it was a recreational trip, I still had to do a few hours each day on the laptop. It would have been nice if there had been a small desk and a suitable chair, plenty of room for one. But that's just me and it didn't negatively impact our stay.
