Cleanliness. The apartment was not clean to the required standard, they started cleaning shortly before our check in time of 3pm. We moved into the room while they were cleaning and was still dirty after the cleaners left. We even had to ask them to wipe water off the bathroom flood after they mopped and didn't wipe away the water. They should strictly focus on cleaning.

Идеальные просторные апартаменты, есть все, что необходимо — посуда, холодильник, печь, духовка, стиральная машина с функцией сушки, в ванной принадлежности. Обе кровати удобные. Мы прилетели после Сингапура и апартаменты были огромными по сравнению с крошечными сингапурскими комнатками. Бассейн на 51 этаже с видом на башни Петронас – просто вау! Спасибо администратору Абиру за быстрое заселение, подсказки. Все было классно!

El apartamento estaba en la planta 46, con magníficas vistas del centro de Kuala Lumpur. Estaba limpio, era amplio y con todo lo necesario. Tanto el check-in como el check-out fueron cómodos.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Abir was attentive throughout our visit and made everything easy for us. I highly recommend this hotel, whether for its accessibility or the cleanliness of the room, which is very well-equipped.

Posizione centrale, a due passi dalle Petronas Twin Towers. L'appartamento non era esattamente quello in foto ma funzionalmente equivalente. Piscina all'ultimo piano molto bella, l'abbiamo frequentata un paio di volte nel tardo pomeriggio e non c'era troppa gente. Comodissima la lavatrice e asciugatrice con in dotazione il detersivo. Comodo anche il parcheggio direttamente nella struttura al quarto piano. Siamo arrivati durante la fascia oraria per il check in e non abbiamo avuto problemi ad effettuarlo.

Die Lage und der Pool in der 51. Etage

2 Tage lang kein Warmes Wasser in der gesamten Unterkunft 2 Handtücher für 6 Tage bei 2 Personen Rost und Schimmel im Bad kaputte Fliesen in der Dusche kaputte Steckdose neben dem Bett wo es auch nur eine gab Die Fotos entsprachen überhaupt nicht dem Zustand !

Perfecte locatie, mooi appartement

Er was een wasmachine met droogfunctie maar ik doe niet alles in de droger en miste daarom een droogrek. Ook miste ik een stoeltje voor op het balkon om van het geweldige uitzicht te genieten.

Eravamo all'appartamento 20/09. Pulizia impeccabile, posizione strategica e vista stupenda. Staff gentile. Presenza di concierge. A 12 minuti a piedi dalle Petronas. Tutto sembrava nuovo e curato; davvero molto pulito. Avevamo due bagni con due docce e una vasca. Presenza di lavatrice e forno che sembravano nuovi

Les serviettes en plus sont payante ! l’appartement sentait la cigarette !! Pas de papier toilette , aucune explication donnée pour l’eau chaude, si vous ratez le bouton « eau chaude » vous vous doucherez avec de l’eau froide !

Un grand merci à réceptionniste du 33e étage, Abir nous a été d’une générosité sans pareil. Je recommande fortement cet établissement pour le rapport qualité/prix.

Vista favolosa dalla ns camera sul fianco delle torri dal 45° piano e piscina a sfioro molto bella aperta fino alle 22.00 al 51° piano. Anche la camera con vista è bella e il bagno.

Mancano stoviglie, hanno solo 2 pentolini e avendo cucinato non è comodissimo.

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait absolument pas à celle que nous avions réservée. Dès le début, notre expérience a été catastrophique. Il était extrêmement compliqué d’obtenir des réponses ou de l’aide de la part d’une personne physique. Pour quasiment tout, nous devions passer par WhatsApp, ce qui rendait la communication très compliquée et les problèmes difficiles à résoudre. Même lorsque nous avons signalé nos problèmes sur place, nous n’avons pas obtenu de véritable solution. En découvrant notre chambre, nous avons immédiatement constaté qu’elle ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. Le personnel a pourtant insisté en affirmant qu’il s’agissait bien de la bonne chambre, alors que nous avions réservé un appartement de luxe. Après plusieurs minutes de discussion et après leur avoir montré les photos de notre réservation, ils ont finalement reconnu leur erreur et nous ont changé de chambre. Malheureusement, la nouvelle chambre était également très décevante. Une forte odeur de cigarette froide imprégnait toute la chambre. L’odeur était extrêmement forte et vraiment insupportable. Nous avons laissé les fenêtres ouvertes pendant plusieurs heures afin d’aérer, mais cela n’a absolument rien changé. L’odeur semblait imprégnée dans les rideaux, les tissus et la chambre elle-même. Même après avoir longuement aéré, impossible de la faire disparaître. À certains moments, une forte odeur d’urine apparaissait également dans l’appartement, sans que nous sachions d’où elle provenait. Nous n’avons jamais réussi à identifier la source de cette odeur, ce qui rendait la situation encore plus désagréable. L’appartement est également extrêmement bruyant, notamment la nuit. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit, les murs sont très mal isolés et nous entendions constamment des bruits provenant de la salle de bain, des murs ou des installations.

La taille de l’appartement, et sa proximité avec les lieux d’intérêt

Le peu d’équipement, le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de produit d’entretien, et qu’il faille les acheter nous même pour maintenir l’appartement propre.

Insecte un peu partout dans l appartement ( fourmis) et notamment dans le lit . Le personnel a été réactif lorsque nous l’avons signalé mais malgré leurs interventions elles étaient toujours là.

After we park our car,we need to take the staircase to reach the floor elevator while bringing our luggage..it was really hard..please fix this up Another one,there was a problem with the washing machine...the washing machine was giving a bad smell 'bau hapak'..we need to find a laundry shop which is quite hard there... please fix the machine up

Miniappartamento molto spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario (frigo, lavatrice). Comoda la posizione per visitare le Petronas Tower, un po meno per il centro città tuttavia nelle vicinanze c’è una fermata della metro. Piscina a sfioro con vista mozzafiato sulle torri. Ritiro delle chiavi della stanza un po particolare ma nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole.

I Must say the property was well well managed, above our expectations, everthing that they mentioned was there & the view from the Room 29 was Excellent & Beautiful and their Infinity pool was great we saw whole city while swimming in the clear crystal water.

Property was clean and very nice

The car park allocated to Room 23-05 was on Level 9A, which I found quite unreasonable. There were many empty parking lots available from Level 4 onwards, yet I was not allowed to park there because those lots had already been assigned to other rooms. This arrangement was very inconvenient, especially considering the availability of closer parking spaces. As a result, I would not recommend this property to guests who are driving. Perhaps if CoBNB can offer other rooms with parking spaces located on lower levels, the overall experience would be much better for drivers.

Appartement très propre idéalement placé à 10 minutes à pied des tours Petronas. La piscine est majestueuse au 51ème étage. Si l'on a besoin de quelque chose, les personnes de l'agence sont très réactives.

Cet hôtel était vraiment incroyable, l'appartement était propre, moderne et parfait pour 3 personnes. La vue sur les tours petronas et sur la ville était vraiment chouette, l'emplacement top aussi proche de tous les lieux d'intérêt. On a également bien profité de la piscine, avec une vue a couper le souffle encore plus au coucher de soleil, franchement une des plus belles vues d'hôtel que j'ai pu faire, le personnel était vraiment adorable et à l'écoute. Mention spéciale au gérant Abil, qui a fait le maximum pour qu'on puisse check-in en avance car l'un de nous était malade, sans frais supplémentaires, et qui nous a laissé rester 2 heures sur les canapés dans son bureau pour qu'on puisse se reposer en attendant.

La disponibilité des ascenseurs un peu longue parfois, mais normal vis a vis de la taille de la résidence (51 étages) et pas dérangeant.

Communication is poor. The floor where I was provided the apartment was under construction, it looked like you enter construction site, not a home where you would live for a while, I couldn’t stay there and booked a hotel nearby. Was quite unpleasant experience.

1. Location of property was about 800m away from twin tower. 2. Thank you for providing portable vacuum cleaner. It really help us to maintain the cleanliness of the unit as I stayed for 3 nights with family. 3. Swimming pool was good. Simple and decent. 4. Bathroom was clean and no smell. Thank you very much for this. 5. Bosch washing machine was great and useful.

1. You need to be a skillful driver to park your car. The path is so narrow until you need to reverse and make room to go through sharp turning. I wish the owner can do something to widen the very narrow paths. I wish good luck to big long car drivers such as Vellfire. 2. Strange there is no mirror in the rooms. We need to use mirror in the bathroom when want to get ready to go out. It's really troublesome. Also, no enough hook to hang clothes in the room and bathroom (almost no hook). 3. 4 of us in the family. Only 1 sofa available which can be seated by 3. Will be good if you can add 1 more sofa generally for family of 4. 4. The TV just for a show. No channel available and when we turn on the YouTube, it is in mandarin language by default. May consider arrange some basic free channels with steps how to use it. 5. The dustbin too small. May upgrade to medium size. 6. For family of 4, get ready with own shower cream to have good shower. Definitely not enough.
