Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Breakfast not included, but there was a bonus chocolate and milk, which was excellant. Zoe was an exceptional host, by far the best. She communicated at such a high and compassionate level. The home was also so quiet, which we really needed. Zoe gave us so much information, making everything so easy. Everything Zoe told us was absolutely as she described.- EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Highly recommend this apartment and this host.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025Host was lovely and communicated well. It was a little home away from home and had everything we need for our stay.
This is very strange, but we would encourage in the room with the double bed to have drapes or curtains as there is a light from the upstairs neighbours across to the east that when turned on in the evening submits light at the left hand side of the current blinds right onto your face when trying to sleep. We had to stuff pillows between the blinds and window on the second night to eliminate this.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Quite spacious, good for us to pack our luggage before leaving Christchurch. Location is also very good, can park on street, quite convenient. The dryer also helps a lot! Thanks Zoe for the welcome gift ! Will definitely come back again next time!

We all felt Comfortable and happy. Close to town, clean, had everything you needed and all on the ground floor!
