El baño no tiene porta toallas y para usar el ascensor se requiere colocar una moneda de 0.20 de euro, no es el valor, es la falta de aviso, uno viene de otro lado y sin obligación de traer monedas de 0.20, importante avisarlo, mucho fastidio y tiempo nos llevó encontrar cambio en monedas, verdadera lástima este detalle, muy mal

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The staff at the reception was attentive and accommodating, they allowed us a late check out (just 1 hour extra). The room was big, the bed was comfortable and the location was probably the best part about it.
Breakfast could definitely be improved on as it is just pre-packed pastries and snacks you can buy in the supermarket. We had a room with the jacuzzi but it took about 2 hours to fill as the water pressure kept changing.

Das angebotene Frühstück ist nicht erwähnenswert und verdient nicht die Bezeichnung "Frühstück". Besteht lediglich aus abgepacktem Keksen und Café aus der Kapselmaschine. Zum Glück gibt es ums eck eine Frühstücksmöglichkeit.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026L’appartement bénéficie d’un bon emplacement. Il permet de rejoindre facilement le quartier historique et les Quartiers Espagnols en environ 25 minutes à pied, ainsi que le port en une vingtaine de minutes. La chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable, ce qui permet de bien dormir.
Plusieurs points ont toutefois dégradé notre séjour. L’ascenseur est payant, ce qui est vraiment dommage, même pour un appartement situé au deuxième étage. Après une longue journée de visite, monter les escaliers devient fatigant. Le logement est présenté avec un spa, mais il s’agit plutôt d’une baignoire balnéo. De plus, un élément du système d’aspiration était cassé, ce qui rendait son utilisation gênante. Les rangements sont insuffisants pour un séjour prolongé. Il n’y a pas de placard, uniquement une penderie. Le sol n’était pas nettoyé tous les jours. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est très limité et peu varié. Il vaut mieux sortir pour prendre un petit déjeuner plus complet.

Nous avions réservé et payé une chambre "Triple Deluxe". À notre arrivée, nous avons été installés dans une "Double", sans en être informés au préalable. Lorsque nous avons signalé l'erreur, l'hôte a d'abord affirmé que la chambre attribuée correspondait exactement à notre réservation. Face aux détails précis que nous avons fournis, l'hôte a changé de version : il a alors expliqué avoir volontairement réattribué une autre chambre "pour notre confort", sans nous en avoir informés avant ou pendant le séjour. Nous avons expliqué avoir spécifiquement choisi cette chambre pour ses caractéristiques (taille, disposition, style), ce à quoi l'hôte a simplement fait comprendre qu'il ne proposerait aucune solution concrète. (Évidemment en vérifiant elle n'était plus dispo car elle a dû être proposée à un groupe de 3 personnes pour maximiser les rentrées d'argents) Le logement en lui-même est de bonne qualité, mais la gestion de cet incident manque de transparence et de communication.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Lage, Bett und Bad waren gut. Das Folien-Croissant-Frühstück, das in vielen Rezensionen als schlecht bewertet wurde, ist um Cornflakes erweitert worden, und die Putzfrau war ausgesprochen nett.
Unser Zimmer war derart hellhörig, dass wir wach wurden, wenn in den Nachbarzimmern jemand auf Toilette ging, und man hörte jedes Wort. Also: Ohropax mitnehmen.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The best thing about the property was the location. It was very convenient and within walking distance of the city centre and main attractions.
Before arrival, I received many messages asking me to pay the city tax through their website. I would have preferred to pay it in person, but they insisted, so I eventually did it online. However, when it was actually time for the self check-in, the situation was quite different. I was the one sending messages because I needed assistance, but I did not receive a response when I needed it, despite all the messages I had received beforehand. But the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I specifically booked this property because breakfast was advertised as “included in the price.” When I asked what time breakfast would be served, I was told that everything needed for a “proper Italian breakfast” would be in the room. I found this response quite ironic, as what was actually provided was just a packaged juice and a few packaged cakes/snacks. This was extremely misleading!! .. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und immer sehr sauber. Der Whirlpool war nach einem langen Tag mit viel Laufen genau richtig, um zu entspannen. Die Lage ist wirklich super und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation über den WhatsApp - Kanal lief tadellos und auch der Check-In verlief problemlos.
Die Zimmer sind teilweise etwas hellhörig, besonders wenn andere Gäste spät nachts kommen und die Türen knallen lassen.

Finding the location was very confusing. We set our taxi dropoff to the name of the hotel, Luna Luxury Bed and Breakfast, but the actual building was blocks away. We had to carry all our luggage to the correct spot, and the entry system they provided with virtual keys and a passcode on your phone was rather confusing. Once we made it in the building everything was great, but it definitely took over an hour to figure out the correct location and how to get in. Be sure to read ALL correspondence thoroughly before check-in to clarify all details.

Le personnel ne parle ni le français, ni l anglais. L accès est difficile si vous n êtes pas connecté sur internet et personne pour vous aider ou même une sonnerie à l entrée de l immeuble. La couverture du wifi est très limitée. Petit déjeuner pas du tout intéressant.

Micul dejun este lasat zinic in camera de cu seara si este format din cafea, ceai ( exista fierbator si aparat krups de cafea), lapte, suc, apa, cereale, biscuiti cu gem/ciocolata, cornulete cu ciocolata si mini prajiturici tip madlene/briose.
Camera cvadrupla are pat supraetajat fara bara de protectie. Nu a putut dormi nici un copil in patul de sus.

La camera molto pulita e abbiamo scelta la camera con letto a castello e letto matrimoniale con vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo festeggiato l'addio al nubilato di una mia amica e avevo chiesto la cortesia di farci trovare dei flute. C'era tutto il necessario per fare la colazione ( compreso succhi e latte) che era compresa nel prezzo. Lo staff è stato super gentile e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Top in tutto

het trappenhuis en de hal was niet schoon en erg onaantrekkelijk. voor de lift moet je steeds 0.20 euro cent in de lift doen. parkeren is er onmogelijk. de afspraak met de garage is onduidelijk. het is ongeveer 30 min verderop. je wordt in je eigen auto teruggereden naar Luna en dan brengt de valet de auto terug naar de garage. kost EUR 40 per dag. wil je tussendoor je auto dan moet je 30 min lopen om het op te halen en weer daarheen terug brengen en dan wel weer 30 min lopen naar Luna. de buurt is niet aantrekkelijk en is chaotisch en armoedig. wel jammer want de kamer is wel leuk. de parkeer afspraak viel tegen en is prijzig,

The room was interesting and had a really nice balcony that looks out over the street. Good snacks in the room and coffee station. Much appreciated when I checked in close to midnight.
Entering the building is genuinely confusing. Without internet it isn't possible either. The instructions for getting into the hotel are long-winded and confusing, especially when you have jet lag. Instead of step by step instructions, it's more of a 'wall of text'. (Other places we stayed in Italy had a similar set up, but the instructions were really clear and they included a short video and photos of how to do everything, so no guess work) Also, we were 2 mins late checking out and our access to the hotel front doors and rooms were cut off. It was all good, a staff member happened to come in soon after that and we got our bags and checked out ok.
