Hospitality was great, rooms were near. Harshit was great and was very helpful.

Frequent power cut and sometimes service was a bit slow

We liked the staff at the hotel especially Harshit. He tool care of us like his own family and truly stood upto what Varanasi people are known for- their kindness and helpful nature. Hotel also offered a complimentary Temple visits which were very exclusive and hidden gems of Varanasi.

1. Rooms were not available when we reached hotel at 3 2. Wifi was not working

- The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. - Staff were cooperative, courteous, and helpful throughout. - Pricing was reasonable and offered good value.

Areas for improvement: - Cleanliness near the entrance should be better maintained. - Room cleaning should be done more thoroughly and consistently. - Linen should be changed every day to ensure freshness and hygiene.

The property is like an AirBnB but with hotel facilities. The host was fantastic and couldn’t do more to help us. They also included a night time temple tour that was great.

The location is hard to find but the host arranged the transport for us other than that it was great

L’emplacement est dans l’ancienne ville de Varanasi , cela peut vous choquer au début si vous êtes arrivés à L’inde pour la première fois

I had an amazing time in Magalmay. Kuldeep was so supportive in helping me get around and providing me with everything I needed. I could therefore experience Varanasi on a deeper level. I left with gratitude the beautiful place and will definitely come back.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff(kuldeep and harisath) were incredibly kind and showed excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The room is so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend one.

Peaceful stay!! Clean rooms with comfortable stay....every guidance was provided by them. Very very helpful staff harshit. Feels like home. I would definitely suggest everyone to stay here.

The host, Kuldeep, was very friendly. He made sure I was comfortable, always offered water, food, and even helped book tours. The property is a bit of a walk from the main ghats, but it makes for a real Indian experience. Lots of tuk tuks close by if you don't want to walk. Would recommend.

My room was on the ground floor and was a bit noisy. But was quiet enough to sleep at night.

The good customer care, they have good manners and look at you as a family member. Kuldeep the owner is a very good and humble person. He make everything possible for you. He got good networking and organised everything and make your stay easy and safe. They are very good family, his parent also was very good, they spend time talking to you and sharing ideas and have tea with them. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. They provided services like meals and arranging boat tours, which was particularly appreciated because of the less touristy location. The place was incredibly clean as well.

There was a high window in my room that ket a lot of light in from the hallway and it was quite noisy until after midnight, making it hard to sleep. My television also didn’t work outside of low resolution YouTube, which was a shame.

We are from Singapore , room was clean & spotless, very convenient to visit Vishvanath Mahadev temple, Kalbhairav temple , central of Varnasi.Owner of the hotel Kuldeep Yadav helped us to arrange for Prayangraj trip, took care of us. Showed us many hidden temples at Varnasi.His service is amazing. Not only to us we noticed to all guest he do such a friendly assistance. Staff were incredibly friendly.I highly recommend this hotel for all 10/10

Friendly people , would like to mention Harshit, Deepak , Chottu helped us to get tuktuk , even they showed us the way to temples. I felt Varnasi is my second home. I will recommend foreigners to visit this hotel.

This is an exceptional homestay. The property is set on a small square which is charming and is in a good location. The staff were so helpful and generous; Kuldeep arranged a few guided tours for us and helped us with taxis, transfers and Tuk-Tuks. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. It was quiet at night and we slept very well.

We couldn't find the place very easily, as the taxi driver didn't have a clue where it was, but Kuldeep sent someone to rescue us so problem solved!

Communication with the host was at high end whenever we need he is able to communicate. And the staff are friendly. But the location is far away need to walk through streets. And with kids it’s tough. Better if they provide heaters in rooms in winter months. They even arrange you with boat rides and will let you know anything you need in varanasi and surroundings. We are happy to visit again but really need to change the location please.

Everything was great, especially the warmth and helpfulness of Mr. Kuldeep and his employees. I was helped in all matters, be it arranging a city guide (Ajit was great) or organizing a visit to the Kumbh Mela (also great). My room was simple but clean and the price was absolutely right. First room next to the reception very noisy, noise from people infront of reception and my door until 12.

Even though we booked the room well in advance, because of the delay in flight , we reached the premises early in the night,the person in charge refused to give us the room.But he was kind enough to arrange alternate accomadation.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the host is super nice and welcoming, the breakfast is good and abundant. The parati were great! They brought us around for a little tour and an evening cerimony in no-turistic places, and that was great as well.

The square outside the hotel is really dirty, above other places in India. No windows in the room (as almost everywhere in India). The entrance of the structure can be improved.

Had an amazing stay here. The host is really friendly and went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable, offering complimentary boat tours and lunch of his rooftop watching the kites for Makar Sankranti.

One improvement would be the room I was in ‘peace’ had a strange internal window which let it a lot of noise. The host was very receptive to my comments on this whole I was there

Its a new property so cleanliness was not a problem. It was very clean. very friendly staff and owner.. Rooms were well lit and hot water etc was all good. Bed was also very comfortable. Owner arranged for an auto from the railway station .

Location is pathetic. too too dirty outside there was no breakfast or morning tea. Access to the property was horrible. There were so many cows and cow dung. Even cycle rickshaws refuse to come there.. If you need to go anywhere walk up through the cow dung laden streets and get some rickshaw. It is no where close to the ghats as it is titled. If u hire a cab for the airport, be prepared to lug you luggage and walk through the narrow dirty streets to get to the cab as no transport comes to this property.

Kuldeep is the best host. I didnt feel like i‘ve booked this accommodation on booking, it was like meeting a friend! From first moment he made sure we are comfortable and happy. He is very helpful, so kind and super funny #kfc hahaa He even took me and 3 of my friends to his friends wedding!!! What a memorable experience!! Thank you so much. The place has all the basics for a stay in Varanasi. Hot shower worked well and main attractions are walkable distance.

Great location, cute little place with nice rooms and a very charming owner. He had a blast, felt very welcome and had a great time with the staff there.

Not easily accessible. Quite noisy but Mr Kuldeep & dear Harshit make it a must to make your stay easy. Once you are there Mr Kuldeep takes care of everything. Waking up at 3.30 am to visit Kashi Vishwanath temple. Feeling blessed to do sparsh of the shivling.

The surrounding was not well kept. Thrash was scattered everywhere. Find a good shop & do shopping on your own.

I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to go to VARANASI (INDIA) . Jio is by far the perfect hosts for anyone who comes there ,and he will make sure to make your stay as convenient and delightful. He invited all his guests to his brother's wedding .If you are a tourist, don't go to India. If you are a traveler, it is one of the most beautiful experiences with wonderful people.

Almost all the streets in India smell a Cows feces..The congestion of traffic, but they are the best drivers in the world.

We loved the hospitality of Kuldeep ji. He is a genuine person who takes care of you as a family member. He even invited us to his brother’s wedding where we could experience the vibrant culture people and great food of Kashi. Property is very central and near important ghats. The boat ride arranged by hotel was very private with just 4 of us, and the ganga Arti we witnessed was mesmerising, could have had a better view if timed better to reach the spot before time. We highly recommend Kuldeep ji and his property for your Varanasi stay, if you want to experience real Kashi.

Our room was located in such a way that we had to deal with bathroom lights coming from other rooms on ground and first floor. It disturbed our sleep to some extent. Please can you look into this? I am sure you will Kuldeep ji. He very kindly asked us to change the room, but we did not want to move all our stuff again to another room.

The property is very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great and everyone has been so nice and kind. The owner and his assistant made the stay so special, they even took us to a ceremony in one local temple and shared with us their private time. Truly amazing and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is interested in feeling the real Indian welcoming culture!

I highly reccomend this place The manager, Kuldeep is very friendly and will go to the extra mile for your requests! Food is excellent and very quick. Special mention to Harseth who is also very kind and friendly and knows the little streets and hidden corners of Varanasi!

We had an amazing time in Varanasi. Kuldeep organised delicious breakfasts for us and shared so many yummy Indian treats with us. We were also able to join the Diwali festivities and let off fireworks from the rooftop. He showed us around the city himself and always made sure we had everything we needed during the stay. Would come here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay really much. We were here during Diwali for two nights and Kuldeep (owner) and staff, took us to many beautiful places in this impressive city. Nothing is too much for him. I wanted to get a SIM-card and he brought me to the shop with his scooter. If you needed anything else, ask Kuldeep and he arranges it for you instantly. We had a great stay in Varanasi at Mangalmay Kashi. The room was comfortable and calm during the night due to the location. The owner, Kuldeep, was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. He helped us with many plannings concerning our stay, such as recommending restaurants, booking a boat tour and an awesome heritage city walk (ask him for this activity, 100 % would recommend). He even let us stay longer in our room, because it was not booked the next day and our train left late in the evening. Many thanks and all the best!

I am truly fortunate to have my stay booked here .. the host Mr Kuldeep Yadav had not left any stone unturned in provided the services beyond all the expectations. The hotel is very near to all the major attractions in Banaras be Kal Bhairav Temple(which is in walking distance) or Kashi Vishwanath temple.. amazing facilities with all premium amenities are provided here .. The hotel is new and the rooms are very nice. It is very close to the old town, easy walking distance. The manager Kuldeep is an amazing man, he was so nice and very generous with his time. Nothing, I mean nothing was an issue for him. A very likeable chap. We were luck enough to have his staff show us sites a visitor would not normally see. We had a couple of minor things with the room that needed attending to and it just got done, no fuss. That is what you need.

I really adored the manager (Kuldeep is the man!) and how spacious and clean the rooms were. Kuldeep really goes out of his way to meet your expectations and fulfill any of the wishes you can have. We even had a great ride to little known forbis Westerners but important temples and ate some delicious local food.

A little bit far from the river

This hotel feels like home! The owner is genuinely welcoming and will provide anything a guest might need. Also, this property is brand new and really comfortable. I must say I also appreciated the visual esthetics of the interior design as well. Excellent experience for a fare price.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to spend a few days in Varanasi. The hotel opened a month ago and is already well established. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The welcome is warm and smiling and the staff are not oppressive at all. On request, they can offer a number of services, such as a guide to visit the city, accompaniment to a ghat ceremony, meal delivery and taxi bookings. Our host, Kuldeep, took great care of us as my girlfriend was ill. He offered to fetch some medicine from the pharmacy and gave her a pick-me-up. The location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of the Dashashwamedh ghat and Gyanvapi road. What's more, there's a tuk tuk station right next door (you have to negotiate the prices, like everywhere else). There are smaller, less busy ghats nearby, the excellent Blue Lassi address and some honest silk manufacturers.

Kuldeep (owner) was very friendly and patient. He is not at all commercial and also helped us with our darshan and all. The room was pretty good, comfortable and noise free. they are regularly cleaned.

I felt like a king laying on that bed and I slept like a baby. Very clean and tidy room. The price point was a great value.

There are no words to describe how wonderful and helpful the hotel staff are. I have never experienced such support as I have here. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is delicious, and everything works perfectly. It is in a good location, where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Wi-Fi is very good. Really nice accommodation. The hotel is brand new, rooms are neat and tidy, the breakfast is tasty (I’ve tasted an Asian and my bf vegetarian one both were good). Great value for money. And the host is amazing, hospitable and helpful.

The place has just opened so it is spotless and clean. If you look at the price it is also a great deal. By arriving the owner makes you feel comfortabel and takes care if your needs. We like to explore Varanasi by ourselves but the hotel is happy to arrange for you. We would certainly come back to this friendly hotel.
