This was our second stay here, and it certainly won’t be our last. Travelling as a family of six, we really appreciate accommodations that are designed with practicality in mind, and this apartment ticks all the right boxes. The apartment is spacious, bright and very comfortable. The living and dining areas are generously sized, so everyone has room to relax without feeling cramped. We especially enjoyed the high table with bar stools by the window—it became our favourite spot for breakfast and evening conversations. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with: * Microwave * Washing machine * Filtered water tap * A sleek LG hot and cold water dispenser that was incredibly convenient throughout our stay The bedrooms deserve special mention. Each room comes with comfortable queen-sized beds and hotel-quality linens that made for a very restful sleep. Every room also provides an extension multi-plug, making it easy for the whole family to charge phones, tablets and other devices without competing for sockets. The open wardrobe and storage racks are practical and make unpacking effortless. Another thoughtful touch was the presence of large mirrors in both the master bedroom and along the bedroom corridor, something surprisingly useful for families getting ready together. The bathrooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. One small detail that impressed me was that almost every light switch is clearly labelled. It sounds simple, but it saves guests from having to guess which switch controls which light—a level of thoughtfulness that many accommodations overlook. I also appreciated having a wall clock in the living room. It gives the apartment a homely feel and makes it easy to keep track of time without constantly checking our phones. Perhaps one of the most unique features was the retro gaming console. As someone who grew up with Atari, Nintendo, Famicom, Sega and Game Boy, it was a nostalgic experience.

The only two minor issues we encountered were that the bedside/night lights in the bedrooms were not functioning, and the shower drain in the master bathroom was a little slow to clear the water during use. These were relatively minor matters and did not detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

Good location, spacious and clean, water dispenser available, smart TV and game console

Lift maintenance need to improve.

Nice place to me stay. Clean and the location is strategic.

Wonderful stay! Our third time here. Good location, big and clean. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Left my AirPods behind, and they went the extra mile to help courier them back to Sg. Truly grateful for the help 😀

Convenient

Nil

Location, Designated car park, Good security.

Clean and convenient. Stayed in few other units before, this is one of the best unit in paradigm mall

Very convenient for foods and shopping.

Nil

Consistently clean. Location superb.

老板人很好.落下东西主动开车专门送到车站，非常感激🥹

The apartment is spacious and clean. The instruction, direction given by the apartment in charge is super useful, clear and friendly. The apartment in charge is super responsive and you don’t need to worry about being cheat or being ignore.

Hmm.. ants on the floor. But I feel this is not the crucial thing as most of the area included the bedroom and restrooms is super clean and well maintained.

Easy to access

Direct access to paradigm mall! Netflix (already signed in) available! There was filtered drinking water which was super convenient. Easy check in and check out. Clean unit. Got mahjong tiles and table and chairs.

The pink sofa in the picture is in a very sad state. When you sit on it, you can feel the metal structure. The outside toilet bowl is in a very sad state. Bleached blue and orange, with bad smell. Clothes rack is only a pole with hangars.

Bright & Cozy , Clean and well maintenance . Owner provide Netflix to let us watch show together . The location is so convenient that link us to the paradigm mall . Most importantly the owner is very helpful and responsibly on our request

Some feedback here if ok: Pros: - clean and neat - huge space, fit for big group or family - aircons are cold - close proximity to mall - fast wifi / netflix

- the sofa/couch can be improved - hand soap in master bathroom

Location near to a great family-friendly mall

Our stay at Peachy Poolview Paradise was truly memorable. From the moment we stepped in, we could feel how much care the host put into making the apartment family-friendly. It felt warm, cosy, and home-like — exactly what we needed. The apartment was very well-equipped: air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, a thoughtfully designed enclosed kitchen, a filtered faucet at the sink, and a modern water dispenser which was a huge plus for preparing milk for our kids. We also appreciated the microwave and the full set of crockery and cutlery provided. The living and dining areas were spacious, the bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the high ceiling made the whole place feel even larger and more inviting. Cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch. But the part that meant the most to me was hearing my wife and children say, “Next time, let’s stay here again!” As a father, their comfort matters above everything else — and this apartment truly delivered. 10/10 stay. We would gladly return.

Just a couple of small suggestions to make the place even better. The sofa bed was a little firm because the springs could be felt, and a few corner protectors on the furniture had come off — which is understandable with frequent guest use. Securing them again would further enhance the apartment’s family-friendly environment. Other than these small points, everything was truly wonderful.

Very easy breezy check in process. The owner was very responsive. We got update info timely and everything was clearly communicated. We are a group of 8 persons. 2 parking lots was allocated. Spacious and sparkling clean inside the house. The LG water dispenser was perfectly good dispensing drinking water at ambient temperature.

The shared bathroom outside had slight problem of water funnelling down at slower speed.

the place is really like the photo, and everything is perfect, my family loves it here. Gonna book again if i come to johor bahru

The place is clean & spacious, view was awesome you can watch your hubby & kids swimming in the pool. There water dipenser was installed so no worries abt drinking water. This place is definitely the one for my family & I will continue booking this place for logging whenever we visit JB. Thumb up!

If can have more toiletries like toothpaste & toothbrush provided will be prefect.

The place was really very clean, tidy and well maintined. My family and I had a very comfortable stay. Everything was working fine. It was very accessible. Plus point is it is above Paradigm Mall, which is vast and has almost everything. So mall access is just a keycard tap away.

Maybe can have more sofas in the living room.

It was really very clean, conveniently connected to mall. It had everything we needed, even filtered water. Some people reported bad smell from one toilet (I believe should have been a problem for the whole block), but when I arrived I found no such problem at all. Paradigm mall great for kids and teens

Nothing at all

Very clean, connected to mall, downstairs is the grab drop off point

Clean, comfortable and easy access

Very clean, superb location, accessibility to the mall. Management was responsive.

This is our second visit. As usual, the owner and his team were quick to provide support. Very nice and accommodative. Overall great experience.

The only issue we had was the common bathroom. The stench from the drain was unbearable. We had to wear a face mask when we use the common bathroom. We have feedback to the owner.

The Room was spacious.

Very convenient location, right at paradigm mall Has a water dispenser that is great for families with kids that still drink formula milk (temp controlled) Has a microwave Has a washing machine if you need to wash your clothes

As i traveled with a huge family (9 adults and 2 kids), 2 toliets were a bit of a constraint (But manageable eventually, not a deal breaker)

Very spacious and clean. All utilities are available (eg bath towels, water filter, hangers). The location is convenient.

Overall a positive experience! The sofa’s spring is spoiled, be careful when sitting on it.

Spacious and location

Very convenient in all ways

Location above paradigm cant be beat. Water filter and dispenser in the kitchen was also super convenient. Communication from the host was great.

The front toilet/bathroom had a bit of an old water smell. Like there was some drainage issues. The shower cubicles didnt have doors so the water also splashed out, wetting the rest of the toilet floor.

Well equipped and cleaned perfect for families with young children. Owners very thorough and friendly throughout Would stay again

Able to accommodate to our request and unit has a water dispenser. Also 2 access cards which are super convenient.

Nothing.

Clean and tidy. Netflix provided!

Convenient location, next to Paradigm mall.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this homestay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. However, I did find the charges to be on the higher side compared to similar stays in the area. I would recommend revising the pricing to make it more competitive. That said, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend this place to others.

This is our second stay. The apartment is clean, well maintained. There is a water dispenser and also soap detergent for baby bottles. This is very thoughtful especially for families with babies.

Nothing.

Excellent location, clean and simple furnitures. Fully equipped kitchen. Two rooms had two queen beds which was very useful for large families.

Nothing major.

Clean house, water dispenser with cold water available, hot water available to prepare milk for kids, netflix and youtube available on TV, total of 5 big beds available

Everything was good 👍 No complains

Easy to check in . Host very helpful and fast response. Will come and stay again with friends and families. Comfort Bed and clean room.

Very convenient. Accessible.

It was overall a comfortable stay for myself and family.

The place was fantastic. The location, the environment and the amenities in the house. My family have a great time living in the house for our short stay cation.

Honestly, everything! The apartment was super clean and homely! We travelled in a group of 10 with elderly and children. The apartment has 5 queen size beds, so it fits all of us perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the provision of a cool water filter. The towels were clean and fresh. The bed linen and comforters are all clean and fresh smelling. The host was kind and gave very clear and precise instruction (Read the PDF and follow the instruction) Two carpark lots were provided. The mall is conveniently located next to the apartment, so it's a super plus point. Highly recommended for large family travelling together.

If I had to nitpick (for the sake of improvement), the bed was a hard mattress, not to my liking, but the elderly loves it. So it's definitely a personal preference.

The entire apartment was very clean. The towels smell fresh. There was a water dispenser which is very useful especially if u have babies.

Fully equipped apartment. Be it for a short stay-over or to chill with the family, the space is huge, spotless and conveniently located. They provide wifi, game console and NETFLIX! Host can be contacted easily.

Like e location. And place

The communication was a breeze, the instructions were clear. The house was clean and spacious. Very convenient the mall was just below. Couldn't ask for more : )

Everything! It was clean n tidy, towels were there. All equipment working fine. Very pleasant stay.

Everything is spotless. Very clean and comfortable beds. It also links to the mall directly so it is convenient to get supplies. 2 parking lots are provided, which is an added bonus if you have a large family requiring 2 cars.

The apartment was clean! Equipped with water dispenser, which made making milk for my infant much easier. Bedsheets, towels were fresh & clean too. Location is within Paradigm Mall - v convenient for families to shop. The host was v responsive & helpful. We will definitely return :)

Literally a door away to the mall. Very convenient. Love the fast & efficient replies from owner too 😍 comfortable, clean, everything is complete. 👍🏻 Will definitely return!

Other than the leaking washing machine(which they responded super fast), the rest are as per advertised & reviewed. All good! 👍🏻

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the mall and other amenities. The instructions provided were clear and made the check-in process smooth. The owner was very passionate and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
