Geweldige locatie in het Centro Storico. Sfeervolle accommodatie met zeer attente hosts, die echt meedachten en zeer gastvrij waren.

De wifi deed het helaas niet.

The central location and the nice architecture of the building. Also the place was clean.

I had booked three nights. Due to a flight cancellation I could only stay the third night, but paied the whole stay of three nights. When I arrived to Check in my booked and paied room, I couldnt access it because somebody else was staying in my room. The owner rented it out double. I paied for three nights/days and couldnt even access my paied room on the third day. The owner refused a refund 🤷🏻‍♀️ He promised me a voucher instead to appologize, which I never received. not a good experience for a short Naples Trip. Even though the location and the architecture of the building are nice

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There is a small elevator that comes handy when you have to take your luggage upstairs. The property manager was very nice and the check in process was easy. We enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace in the evening. The apartment is close to the University metro station.

The cleanliness could be a bit better. This property has fantastic potential, but it’s currently in need of some tender loving care.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum miasta ale cicho. Dużo miejsca w apartamencie i możliwość odpoczynku na tarasie. Czysto. Ciekawe rozwiązany podział apartamentu na osobne przestrzenie. Funkcjonalna łazienka z dobrymi kosmetykami. Przydałby się może tylko zamek w drzwiach od łazienki 🙂

Room was big, modern and comfortable. Liked the check in video to help get to the room with ease. Room had Netflix’s and fridge which had two complementary waters with other drinks available to purchase. Bathroom was also spacious with a lovely sauna. AC was very good.

There is a couple of bars below which can disturb you if you are a light sleeper.

Good location. The bar and the pizzaeria under the apartment was so good. The place is nice and quiet. I reccomend!

La struttura è molto bella, nuova, pulita, e sopratutto caratterizzata da ampi spazi. La camera molto bella e luminosa, con un’ampia finestra da cui entra molta luce.

I would have loved the bidet to be there but it’s fine. The location is good and safe but not the fanciest.

Apartment itself was clean and comfortable

Nice building inside but there are lot of stairs leading up to the apartment itself, before reaching the air con - worth noting when visiting in a heatwave. There is a lift but seemed to be accessible to residents only.

The only small issue is the water temperature from the bath and shower not being consistent. It is not easy filling up the bath with a consistent warm temperature.

The location was close to county restaurants, bars, and places of interest for our group of tourists.

Tolle Lage und sehr sauber.

Christian VIP van at the airport was super welcoming. He even drove us to see the prison(my kid is fascinated...don't ask 😁). He remain available responding super fast to messages and gave us advice for things to do. The building was amazingly stylish superbly renovated. The room was very spacious clean comfortable,.and the hot tub after à day of walking around was THE cherry on top ! Location is perfect as well, in the heart of the historical center.

That we stayed only one night !

We had room 5 and it was a pleasant base to return to after the hot and hectic city outside: the entry to the apartments was fresh (note that you need to walk through an old monasterystyle building up and up to reach it), the room was clean, good air conditioning, no noise from the street, the bed and cushions were comfy, the high ceiling, high wooden windows and bathroom were a pleasure for the eye. There was only one chair and the tissue box was empty but after telling Christian, it was fixed.

only one nightlamp at one bedside and there was a noisy lamp on ceiling (cups that clinked every time someone on the upper or side rooms stepped around), for having the name luxury apartment the furniture and wall art were rather cheap instead of luxurious. It would have been much nicer with some old closet and old painting/pictures of Naples or tapestry on the wall. Check-in was not easy. As many things in Naples, the appartments were not indicated on the front door and luckily we asked the neighboring laundry if she knew the appartments. Apparently sge worked for Christian but it would have been easiee if that would have been communicated beforehand.

Está bien ubicado. Cerca del metro. En una zona con mucho movimiento por la noche. Habitación limpia y cómoda.

Es una habitación de hotel, con buenas comodidades, incluso tiene un hidromasaje. Me parece mejor opción para una pareja. Yo fui con mi hijo, buscábamos un alojamiento tipo departamento, no nos dimos cuenta de las caracteristicas de este alojamiento. Es un poco complicado el acceso, está dentro de un edificio, y al entrar a un departamento grande (se ve que era un departamento antiguo muy grande), están las habitaciones individuales, con baño privado y todas las comodidades.

房间吊灯在空调风下，会有轻微风铃声，如有介意者，可能困扰。但我很喜欢。 第三道门，钥匙似乎要转好几圈，我们总是不能第一次找到正确开启方式，但这并不是一个问题。

Beautiful, comfort and very clean room! The jacuzzi was perfect. The location is perfect and very quiet for Naples!

Super Lage, tolle Ausstattung, extrem sauber, grosses Badezimmer, super bequemes Bett, nettes Personal, super Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Gemäss Beschreibung habe ich erwartet, dass der Parkplatz inklusive war. Da ist die Beschreibung nicht ganz einheitlich. Der Parkplatz befindet sich aber in einer engen Sackgasse und ist gleich neben dem Gebäude. Unser Auto war sicher und geschützt.

The staff are very accomodatijg and wonderful. The beds are amazing, i had a great sleep. I also appreciate that there was an ac unit in each sleeping area. Great design. Easy walk to the metro or MANN which was a planned Naples stop for us. Grocery store just up the hill, maybe 2 or 3 block max.

The kitchen seems like an after thought as its in a hallway. Not a deal breaker, just have realistic expectations and youll set yourself up to be happy.

We loved the location in Napoli old town! You enter the apartment complex from a nice and safe mini square with a restaurant and an (always closed?) laundry facility right next to it. The apartment felt very "embedded" among other apartments in the nice complex, but still really close to the rest of the wonderfully hectic and lively old town! Check-in was easy with a guiding video sent through Whatsapp in advance.

We had some issues with our room. We were initially (and involuntarily) upgraded to a bigger apartment with kitchen facilities and stayed there for the first night (out of four) but for some booking reasons we were then (involuntarily) downgraded to our originally booked apartment again, so we had to pack our stuff and move over. It was only 20 meters and on the same floor so no biggie but still confused about why we were upgraded in the first place if our upgrade could not be guaranteed throughout the stay. Personnel was very helpful in handling this though. (And we were very happy with our originally booked room with a terrace, pictures below are from that room).

We had a fantastic stay in La Bella Vita apartments. Amazing location in the heart of historic Naples, 10 mins walk to centre. So much to see and do all around. Amazing architecture, delicious food, a city full of character and friendly happy people. I can’t say enough good things about our host Christian and his wife. They were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Organised transfers and made our stay very seamless and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Naples.

Super Standort, gute Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeber, hat auf unsere Fragen immer sehr rasch geantwortet. Riesiges Badezimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten. Es steht eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapsel, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank zur Verfügung.

We loved the location as it was in the city centre, next to the university and in the historical area. The room was nice and big and the ensuite was lovely.

We didn't like all the steps up to the property. The lift to the room is v small.

Great location kitchen had everything we needed host was very friendly and helpful.

Balcony door was a little difficult to open, beds upstairs were very noisy.

Lovely and clean, bed and pillows so comfortable, sauna Lovely, host Christian, Lovely person so helpful with everything, would I stay again, in a heartbeat, thankyou for making our first time to Italy so memorable, Christian& Irene.

The location was excellent, walking distance from the center. Accommodation was clean, with everything needed in the room, and the sauna was nice. The blinders for the windows were great, they kept the room dark.

A general place to eat with cutlery and plates would make it complete. The parking situation was a bit difficult. It was next to the building. It was secluded, so there were barely any passengers, which was nice. Unfortunately we got a scratch on it still as the parking space wasn't so big.

Excellent location in Naples and the team is always available. It's an excellent stay and an excellent service 👌

Het appartement had alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zou iets gezelliger ingericht kunnen worden. Maar alles was aanwezig. Met 6 mensen zou ik het wel krap vinden

The beds were very comfortable. everything was quite clean.

There was a strange smell coming into the apartment from time to time. I don’t believe it was from our apartment but rather from somewhere else in the building. Still, it wasn’t exactly pleasant.

Hot water was not reliable; not enough places to hang towels; and drain in shower was clogged.

Perfekte Lage zwischen der Metro und Zentrum. Je max. 5 Minuten Laufweg. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Großzügiges Zimmer. Transport zum Flughafen wurde für 21€ organisiert.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber. Spuren der Vorgänger im WC. Eingetrocknete Scheuermilch in der Wanne, die deshalb nicht benutzt werden konnte. Zimmer wurde nur einmal bei vier Nächten gereinigt. Einrichtung leider günstiger Ikea-Stil. Türen sehr hellhörig, aber für das Gäseverhalten kann keiner was.

Fantastycznie położony apartament. Trzy łazienki, taras i mnóstwo miejsca. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem.

Very clean, spacious rooms, near city center (7-10min by foot). The host was nice and we left our luggage to her laundry company (which is next to accommodation). Nice terrace.

La casa, si trova in una zona tranquilla in uno stabile d'epoca, ma molto comoda per visitare la città. Lo staff è stato cordiale, non avendo ospiti il giorno della nostra partenza ci ha lasciato la camera oltre l'orario del check out.

I tre bagni, due ciechi e uno con una piccolissima finestra si trovano al piano sottostante rispetto alle due camere sul soppalco. Una camera non è oscurata durante la notte, pertanto la mattina la luce è fastidiosa. In generale la casa avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione generale

beautiful, in the heart of the city. I recommend getting comfortable and aware of the public transportation. If you are looking to get further away than a mile from hotel. The pizza place just steps below was the best I had my whole stay.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, mitten im Universitätsviertel und nahe der Quartieri Spagnoli. Der Ausstattung des Appartements fehlt es an nichts, die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht zu helfen. Sauberkeit absolut top, Lage wie erwähnt großartig. Vielen Dank!
