- Die Kommunikation vor ab ist schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. Man bekommt bis zum letzten Tag so gut wie keine Antwort auf Fragen. Das ist ein No Go - Die Waschmaschine ist völlig unrein und unhygienisch - Die Anzahl Geschirr in der Küche ist schlichtweg unzureichend.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La ubicación es perfecta, absolutamente limpio, mantenimiento (parece nuevo), tamaño (techos altos, espacios amables), equipamiento (tiene todo lo necesario y en excelente estado), comodidad térmica (tiene AA en el dormitorio y en el living).
El colchón /cama de resortes, si bien es cómoda, hace ruido al moverse. A tal punto que a veces te despierta y afecta el descanso. Deberían cambiarlo para que quede al nivel del equipamiento del apartamento.

The information regarding the position of the key box was not accurate. ‘A few metres to the left of the property’ turned out to be 25-30metres. It took us a while to find it!

Check in proces. Voor. Online check-in moesten we gebruikmaken van een app waarbij je de ID kaart moest fotograferen en uploaden inclusief een foto van jezelf. Ik vond dat niet gewenst en disproportioneel vanwege het risico op datalekken. Ik zou adviseren dit te veranderen.

They don’t supply hand soap or shampoo and body wash as you have to buy it Also to take the elevator you have to take around 15 high steps and it is very bad if you have heavy bags Also if you arrive early before 4 pm you have to go to the down town to drop off you luggage and enjoy your day and come back to pick them up and take an uber to the place

The terrace was unusable and photos of the view were a little misleading. Parts of the room weren’t made up when we arrived.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Alfama bölgesinde güzel bir lokasyonda yürüyerek ulaşılabilecek ve görülmesi gereken çok yer var. Evin altında çok güzel restoranlar var ve ulaşmak istediğiniz bir çok şeye kolaylıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz.
Evin içerisinde özellikle banyoda el yıkamak için sıvı sabun ya da duş içerisinde bir duş jeli gibi temel ihtiyaç malzemeleri olabilirdi. Seyahat eden kimse yanında sıvı sabun taşımaz çünkü. Bu tarz küçük sorunlar giderilebilirse çok daha iyi olacaktır.

Obwohl vor der hinteren Tür ein Schlüsselkästchen mit Code hing, wurden wir persönlich empfangen. Eigentlich nett, nur dass es 50 Euro Aufpreis kostete, weil wir 3 Minuten nach Mitternacht ankamen (zwischen 22 und 24 Uhr wären es 30 gewesen) - das fanden wir sowohl überflüssig angesichts der anderen Option als auch kleinlich. Mehr als 1 kleiner Löffel wäre toll. Und neben der hinteren Tür war ein Schimmelfleck.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Die Lage war toll, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Metro und Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. In der Wohnung war es sehr ruhig, man konnte sich da gut erholen.
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es im Apartment Informationsmaterial gäbe. Weiter habe ich erwartet, dass wir zur Schlüsselübergabe jemanden treffen, aber wir mussten einen Schlüsselsafe suchen, der nur schwer zu finden war. Da könnte die bessere Anleitung (Plan, Fotos,...) hilfreich sein. Zum Glück konnten wir die Vermieter gut erreichen.

Reviewed May 10, 2026コメルシオ広場や地下鉄、バス、トラムの駅が近く、どこに行くにも便利。部屋にはカテドラル(リスボン大聖堂)側に向かう出口もあり、便利だった。建物入口前はレストランだったが、夜、部屋の中は静かだった。
空港での入国審査に時間がかかり、チェックイン時間が遅くなったため、別途料金が取られた。かつ、現金払いしか出来なかった。 シャンプーやボディソープが無かった。

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026L'emplacement au top, les équipements de l'appartement (machine à laver, non négligeable , par exemple), l'appartement bien spacieux et lumineux, le quartier sécurisant.
L'arrivée à l'appartement a été un grand moment lors de la recherche de la boîte à clés. La traduction des consignes de récupération des clés est vraiment mauvaise et porte réellement à confusion. L'appartement est situé au numéro 2 et la traduction nous parle du logement 1C... Puis, une fois qu'on tente l'ouverture de la boîte à clés, on a dû forcer un peu pour débloquer le système. Et pour l'ouverture de la porte, bien tirer sur la poignée extérieure de la porte pour ouvrir ; et bien pousser sur la porte pour la fermer ou l'ouvrir de l'intérieur. Tout un système D à expérimenter pour éviter de mauvaises surprises... Et les ustensiles de cuisine à étoffer un peu plus s'il vous plaît. Pensez aux personnes qui cuisinent. Attention à une agrafe du plancher de la cuisine qu'il faudrait retaper un peu car, aïe aïe aïe ça peut piquer... Pour des séjours d'une semaine ou plus, merci de penser à renouveler les serviettes de bains svp.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Sehr gute und zentrale Lage in Lissabons Altstadt. Sehr viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr ruhige Lage. Leistungsfähige Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Sehr sauber.
Etwas hellhörig zur oberen Wohnung hin. Ausstattung der Küche etwas karg (zum Beispiel keine Schere vorhanden). Selbstversorgung mit 4 Personen könnte schwierig werden. Für den üblichen Aufenthalt in Lissabon ohne Kochen aber alles top.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Rien. Nous avons été trompés; nous avons payé plus cher pour avoir une terrasse et avoir accès par ascenceur. Nous nous sommes retrouvé dans un sous-sol éclairé par une petite cour anglaise dominant les fenêtres et avec 23 marches à monter avant d'accéder à l'ascenceur.
Dire la vérité; le logement est situé contre la colline et il est aveugle, seulement éclairé par un sombre boyau. Et il y a un ascenceur mais il faut grimper 2 paliers pour y accéder.

Poco menaje . Muy pocos vasos y las toallas pequeñas y con poco gramaje . ( finas para secarse el cuerpo ) nos pusieron en la ducha un gel a medio gastar de muy mal aspecto amarronado y el jabonero vacío . Nos pusimos en contacto con ellos para que nos trajeran más vasos pero ni siquiera tuvimos respuesta . Les preguntamos si podíamos entrar antes porque llovía pero nos dijeron que no . ( no lo entendemos si se sale a las 11h) a las 14h se podría entrar el suficiente te turno . No entendemos como si entras a las 16 h tienes que salir a las 11 h . No contestan mensajes .

Les explications pour trouver l’appartement n'étaient pas assez développées. Le bruit de la moto ou de la voiture qui démarre tôt le matin parce que garée dans l'impasse.

Its close proximity to Praça do Comércio and Rua Augusta makes it easy to explore several of Lisbon’s top restaurants, shops, and attractions.
House cleaning was not provided; however, this was clearly mentioned in the house rules displayed near the door. Since clear instructions were also provided for trash disposal, it was not a serious issue for us to manage.

En fait le bâtiment dans lequel se trouve l’appartement est situé sur une colline et l’appartement lui même est au-dessous de la rue supérieur ce qui fait qu’il y a jamais de soleil dedans. En plus il y a un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée à coté et toutes les odeurs provenant de l'aspiration rentrent dans l’appartement dès le midi et jusqu’à tard le soir. La soi-disant terrasse est en réalité une petite cour arrière située en contrebas du niveau de la rue supérieure, à laquelle il faut accéder en grimpant et en passant par l'une des fenêtres du salon pour sortir. J’ignore le fait que vous entendez tous les mouvements des habitants de l'appartement du dessus.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Die Lage war gut, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und der ÖPNV waren fußläufig erreichbar. Wir mussten leider immer den Hintereingang nutzen, da die Schlüssel nicht für den Haupteingang gepasst haben.
Korrespondenz und Erhalt des Codes für den Schlüsselkasten waren extrem schwierig und umständlich. Wir haben erst um 16:00 Uhr am Anreisetag den Code bekommen mit der Begründung, dass vorher noch gereinigt werden müsste. Als wir das Apartment betreten haben gab es die negative Überraschung: eine dreckige Wohnung inkl. Müll der Vormieter, Blut auf der Bettwäsche etc. Das war extrem unangenehm! Auf Nachfrage wurde dann später noch gereinigt. Eine Entschädigung, eine Entschuldigung, eine Antwort auf meine Beschwerdemail...alles Fehlanzeige!

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025Het terras is erg aangenaam. De ruimte: groot en luchtig. De airco werkt uitstekend. De ligging is uitmuntend: rustig, dichtbij resto's, vlakbij het water. De keuken was goed voorzien, jammer dat een schaar ontbrak.
Gebrek aan isolatie: alle voetstappen boven ons waren hoorbaar. 's Nachts was dit erg storend.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025The apartment itself is lovely and in a great location. The communication could be a bit better - we received instructions just before arriving on how to locate the key saying it was in a safe 'a few metres from the building', it's more than that and we were pretty confused for a while. But once inside, it is genuinely a lovely property. The noise from upstairs is very noticable and they just seemed to be quitely living - you can hear every step they take. We were lucky as it only really affected us one morning, the rest of the time we were out and about. The local area is fantastic, the street behind the apartment has traditional fado performers every night, a great craft beer place and lovely gelato shop. One issue we had - I tripped down some steps just by the property on the last night and when we got back to the apartment the first aid kit was not well stocked so we had a bit of an issue patching me up. Lesson learned to always pack my own little kit just in case! Overall, we loved the apartment and location and would recommend for tourists who will be out most of the time, just bear in mind if you want to sleep in or spend a lot of time inside you will be affected by the noise from upstairs.
