Grand Canal Penthouse!

Jane was an amazing amazing host. She was from minute zero answering to any doubt. All the process went very smoothly. Recommend 100% and I will repeat.

We Enjoy our Stay in The Florence Condo, the Room is Clean, The staff's are very friendly and from guards to lobby staff. We feel comfortable on our stay.

The apartment was clean, on the top floor with good views, and complete amenities. With AC in every room, washing machine, cooking stuff. The owner was responsive through WhatsApp.

Plains flying overhead day and night. Hot water could have been hotter.

Very convenient to most shops, and walking distance to the Venice Grand Mall. Very clean, no bad smell. Check in desk staff are polite and helpful. Owner Jane resolved almost at once a miscommunication in regards to the check in fee that I have been charged of.

Because we stayed at the very top (28th floor), noise from planes above can be disturbing at night. Pillows are too hard, my sister had sore neck and shoulders in the morning. Should be soft with good support. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are afraid of heights.

CLEANLINESS of the UNIT. It was also complete with what anyone needs in a "home" away from home! THE SURROUNDING VIEW outside WAS SUPERB. LOCATION is excellent. Everything was accessible and just nearby! SECURITY and FRONT DESK were impeccable in their services!

So far there was none. Everything was just great and has exceeded our expectations!

The location is great. Very close to the malls and restaurants. Comfortable place to stay specially if your visiting with your family. We are a family of five and we had a great time.

The Wi-Fi sometimes is not working. I was expecting my family and friends to be allowed to visit me in my room but , the receptionist won't allow it. Unless the owner message them to be allowed. It's to troublesome to disturb the owner every time my family wants to go up to my room. Before I rented this place I specifically asked the owner if I'm allowed to have a visitors in their unit and they said yes, as longas they won't stay for the night. But any it was a nice place to stay.

Good location, friendly staff, clean with good communication with the host.

In the second bedroom the wardrobe was locked and unable to be used.

Its proximity to tourist attractions and the shops, restaurants, salon were just minutes to walk. The host was the ace of the property, they were very attentive to your needs.

Lighting was a little bit dull more specially in the bedroom. If you are planning to read before you go to bed, you would probably needing a torch in hand. It can be sorted if i requested it to the host.

Cleanliness and the size of the unit. Easy contact with the owner. Location and view.

Second time staying here. Unfortunately the main bathroom and the kitchen were not as clean as expected. No tea towel in the kitchen and no hand towels for bathroom use. Also not enough toilet roll for our stay, we had to buy some.

The place is just like home, every thing we need is available. The host is accommodating. Location is very near the shopping centers and restaurants. My son enjoyed talking with "Alexa" ☺️. Our parking space is just across the elevator, thanks to the host for considering our senior and PWD guests.

Just a minor concern, there's a smell from the bathrooms coming from the shower drain, but we're able to resolve it.

I like it very clean and good view ..there is 2 rooms ..fits 6 people ☺️
