Reviewed Sep 19, 2026We loved the roof terrace with the amazing view of the Acropolis. The hot tub and seating on the terrace was excellent. The location was excellent especially for the Plaka area. Good communications with the Property owner.
The cleaning service was minimal and not regular. The bins were emptied and the towels changed on day two and then nothing for the rest of the week. There was no change of linen on the bed during our stay. There were no clear safety evacuation instructions displayed.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026great location! it was such a nice clean apartment right in the centre of athens. good size for 2 people with lots of room for suitcases. bed and pillows were comfortable and AC was amazing during the hot days.
only a certain apartment was allowed to use the rooftop terrace or you had to schedule to use it, wasn’t a major issue but would’ve been nice to know in advance given how many times it was highlighted in the pictures

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The location genuinely couldn't have been better — right in the middle of everything, around 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants on Ermou Street and about a 10-minute walk from Monastiraki. We found it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go on foot. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of five, with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The beds were comfortable, there was great air conditioning in every room, good Wi-Fi and a small but useful kitchen. It isn't a luxury apartment, but it really felt like a home and was exactly what we needed after long days exploring Athens. Victor was absolutely amazing — so friendly, helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. He met us at the apartment and was always available if we needed anything. He even allowed us to stay later in the apartment on the day of our flight, which made our last day so much easier and was hugely appreciated. Honestly, we have nothing negative to say. We had a fantastic stay and would 100% book this apartment again next time we're in Athens.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Location was everything
Broken bathroom and bedroom doorknobs (host offered to fix right away but we didn't bother). Shower leaks water all over the bathroom (they leave you a mop to soak it up with which was kind of gross - still wet from previous guests), no way to lock the apartment from the inside at night (door auto locks and has a keypad to get in. Technically anyone with the code could come in while you're sleeping if they wanted to).

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026I don’t know how to describe perfection—it’s simply beyond words. We created a dreamlike memory on the 7th floor, the finest accommodation in Athens, hosted by the best host, Victor, in the city’s most perfect location. The breathtaking view of the Acropolis, the flawless terrace, the heated jacuzzi, and the beautifully designed room, kitchen, and bathroom made every moment unforgettable. Everything was absolutely perfect. If you’re planning a trip to Athens, there’s no need to look for any other place. This is simply the best choice. My heartfelt thanks to Victor for his outstanding hospitality. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

There were no windows in the main sitting area only the bedroom. I would not recommend for families. Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The location was ideal for our visit. Large room and very very secure. Comfortable bed.
Small shower stall. Never saw any staff only contact was via electronic means. Rooftop views not accessible if top level is occupied understandably. However this is poorly stated if at all on booking websites.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The apartment in general is nice, the location is in the center, close to everything. However we also know this location is not safe to stay according to locals. But within the short stays we had, the convenience of the location has higher rating than how unsafe it is
The shower is very difficult to use, the shower wand water pressure way too low, the top shower head has stronger water pressure, but the water flood within few minutes that I did not even finish washing hair; most importantly the temperature of shower either way too warm or cold. Another thing is, there quite a lot of design inside of apartment is instagram oriented, but not useful. For example, there’s no place to hanging the towels, only one ladder, but ladder made by bamboo, there’s clearly mold on it.

The shower does leak out onto the floor, but all you need to do is put a towel down. Not a big deal.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Amazing location, and very clean. Easy instructions to access the property. Victor responded very quickly with messaging, and nothing was an issue. Very modern and functional. We had a back apartment which was good for noise as the front would be noisy I think with a bar across the road. We were not disturbed at all.
