The hotel lobby is dirty and there's only one employee who does both cooking and room service. The hotel's location is good, near the sea. I booked two rooms; the air conditioning was extremely bad, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. (Image on WhatsApp). A terrible experience. The only good thing was that the bathroom was clean, but it smelled awful.

Завтраки вкусные, большой выбор, и в 9,15 (завтраки до 9,30) - еще очень много свежей еды. В номерах чисто, но в какой-то момент перестали ставить гели для душа, а только шампуни. Случайно разлили кока-колу на пол, полы слегка были липкими. Персонал очень доброжелательный, радушный, помогал со всеми вопросами (лед, не открывался сейф, стирка, чемодан в холле оставить). по соотношению цена-качество - потрясающее место. с отличной локацией (рядом крупнейшие магазины) и отличным видом и своим бассейном и берегом

взяли деньги за то, что по выезду не обнаружилась чайная ложечка в одной из чайных пар. ложками мы не пользовались. куда она делась - нет представления. Даже не знаю, была ли она там изначально (не обратили на это внимание, так как, повторюсь, ложечками не пользовались вовсе.

Spacious and clean. It comes with a bathtub. There's a divider cabinet. I had to check out very early for my flight back and miss the breakfast which was included. I asked if I can have prepacked food. The staff gave us buns and even small souvenirs which is such a sweet gesture.

Many of the buildings still vacant, so it's very quiet with nothing much to look around at. But if u like it quiet and away from the town n very near to the beach, this is a good choice. There's no dim light/bedside lamp for the night.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for me... the location in the middle of all my destinations, the staff are super nice and friendly with big smile. Special thanks to Mr khan and Trang.

Nothing really.... on my next trip to phu Quoc i sure will stay in My Marina hotel again.

Small constructions in progress during our stay, heavy rain this season in Phu Quoc however the price was much cheaper.

Unfortunately when we got to our room we discovered that the king suite didn't come with a king bed but a double bed and then we realised there was no shower (bath only). It stated shower so when we talked to reception about this they said that booking.com wrote shower not them and it wasn't their fault. They had no rooms that offered showers. The man at reception was unfortunately very defensive and not helpful... we asked for a refund to leave the hotel (thankfully they let us - the only positive).

The hotel is close to the beach and next door to the night market. There are a few places to eat nearby, but not the best options. We booked 4 nights and when we got to our room was dirty - the floor was covered in hair and dust, same for the mattress and the bedsheets had stains of blood, foundation and sweaty smell. The bedroom door wouldn't close properly (room 201). The reception kindly changed our room and gave us a free upgrade for our entire stay. The new room was much bigger, and it seemed clean. Our bedsheets were not changed throughout the entire stay. The wall which separated the bathroom from the bedroom has a window. As there are no curtains, when you have a shower the water infiltrates into the bedroom. On top of this, the air con was dripping. The swimming pool is nice, but you have to walk about 5minutes to get to it (away from the hotel, not in the same complex). Overall the hotel is more of a 2 stars one. You also have to consider that most of the guests are Russians. They were nosy at breakfast and at night, banging the doors and shouting on the corridors.

The hotel was in a very good location including a beach and a good food market. I was only there for one night but would have stayed longer if I could.

Hôtel situé à deux pas de la plage, qui est très belle et très propre. Les chambres sont confortables malgré la présence d'une baignoire et non d'une douche. Le petit déjeuné buffet est bon : des fruits, quelques plats, des oeufs, et possibilité de commander, en plus, des nouilles en soupe. L'environnement autour de l'hotel est très propre et très agréable. Le personnel est également très sympathique.

Hotel zlokalizowany 100m od bardzo ładnej i zadbanej plaży ,dysponuje dostępem do pięknych dużych basenów do których jednak trzeba dojść ok.200m ale warto. Pokój bardzo wygodny i przyjemny,duża wanna w łazience,jedzenie smaczne.

Super hotel . Un peut loin des centre d'intérêt si vous etre en scooter c'est plus facile pour ce déplacer.

Les cousin trop gros j'avais du mal a dormir

Vrij nieuw gebouw, in een nieuwe wijk. Er is nog best wat leegstand in de wijk. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vlak bij het strand, en naast de beach club (met zwembad) Veel te doen in de wijk en nabij liggende wijken. Helpen je bij huren scooter en alles wat je nodig hebt.

Het zwembad in de wijk is eigenlijk voor alle hotels die daar liggen. Te weinig bedjes voor de mensen die er komen ( en het was nog rustig). Veel te veel Russen en Indiërs, brengen toch een bepaalde sfeer mee.

Отличный небольшой отель на первой линии от моря в красивом и чистом районе Марина. У нас был большой номер 404 , нас поселили на 4 этаже с окнами во внутренний двор, как я и попросила при бронировании , чтоб не мешал шум от дороги. Там была большая терраса, где я сушила вещи. Персонал очень доброжелательный, абсолютно все сотрудники всегда готовы помочь, все улыбаются, нам это очень понравилось. Уборка в номере каждый день, если вешать табличку с просьбой об уборке. Пополняют воду 2 маленьких бутылки, кофе, чай, гель-шампунь, зубные щетки. Постельное белье нам за 12 дней меняли раза 3. Завтраки пусть не очень разнообразные, но наесться вполне хватало: яйца жареные, рис, овощи, фрукты, кафе-чай, нам хватало. По соотношению цена-качество отель соответствует полностью! На рецепшн работают два парня, которые всегда отвечают на все вопросы и просьбы, в последний день помогли вызвать такси, донесли до него чемодан, было очень приятно. Спасибо им за это! Готовы вернуться сюда еще!

Не большие минусы, а скорее замечания: в комнате на двоих не хватает второго стула. Как писали ранее: необходимо заменить туалетную бумагу, она очень плохого качества (посмеялась над этим в каком то отзыве, но потом поняла почему так написали). Если жить не на 4 этаже, а ниже, то непонятно где сушить мокрые купальники. В остальном без проблем!

Все было очень чисто

The hotel is beautiful, and in a stunning location. Very peaceful with a nightmarket and sailing club within a minutes walking distance. The swimming pools are huge with lots of sunbeds and an amazing view looking to the sea. Breakfast was great and staff are so friendly and helpful. We extended our stay by 3 days as we did not want to leave.

По соотношению цена качество лучший отель в данном районе (мы бронировали по цене ~30$), на ресепшен всегда можно найти персонал, персонал очень приветливый, в номере ванна – хорошо для тех кто любит принять ванну, но неудобно для тех кто хочет принять душ. На четвёртом этаже очень удобная общая терраса огромная, на ней обычно сушит от белье на верёвках но можно поставить столик и сидеть вечером. Отель максимально близко к морю, до моря пешком 2 минуты. Пляж рядом с отелем средний, на Фукуок есть пляжи лучше, но в целом сойдёт. Также на пляже есть волейбольная сетка, вечером собираются команды поиграть в волейбол пляжный. Рядом мало магазинов, за продуктами нужно ехать на такси или заказывать. Обошли все соседние отели, в этом отеле лучшее соотношений цена качества, везде вокруг либо дороже либо хуже.

Были в этом отеле в четырех разных номерах, в одном из номеров были муравьи. Неудобно принимать душ но зато удобно принимать ванну – это и плюс и минус.

Breakfast was poor. We had a room with no shower , bath tub was hard to use. Bed was too small.

Overpriced for what you get. I had to fix my own (hand held) shower head to the towel rack in order to take a 2 handed shower for example. The staff say everyone complains that there is no shower (but huge baths) but have not rectified this or provided an alternative. Breakfast was a bit limited. Especially for vegetarians. Monkey finger bananas and a few triangles of watermelon. But I found this whole area of PQ was not vegetarian friendly. The food/night market nearby has a great eggplant dish, but that's kind of it, unless you go to the Intercontinental over the road.
