Это была лучшая уборка номера в Азии из всех моих путешествий. Очень отзывчивый персонал, попросили отменить 3 дня, без проблем сделали отмену и вернули пропорционально часть денег. Расположение возле моря.

Завтрак вкусный, но не очень разнообразный. Пляж показался грязноватым, хоть и отель тут не причем.

Het was er schoon en alles zag er zeer verzorgd uit.

Het personeel maakte een onverschillige indruk. Groette niet. De laundry service gooide alles bij elkaar in plaats van het wasgoed netjes op te vouwen. Uitzondering was de schoonmaakster.

Good location, clean rooms.

Safe was not fixed in the room and also was not functioning. Room was so small that lagguage could not be opened or stored. Breakfast was always the same and not really delicious. Fridge was so laud that had to be switched off for the night in order to be able to sleep.

Room was small which didn’t really bother us but nowhere to put your suitcase except on the floor.

Отель чистый, персонал приветливые, район спакойный, чистый пляж рядом, еда тоже много, завтрак есть довольно не плохой, мне очень понравилось.

Превосходный отель! Всё, с чем соприкасались и с кем имели дело, достойно всяческой похвалы. С трансфером проблем не было. Персонал был вежлив и услужлив, причём, как мне показалось, вполне искренен. За два дня до окончании срока пребывания в отеле, понадобилось продлить проживание в последний день на несколько часов. Нам пошли на встречу (конечно же за определённую доплату). Завтрак был весьма разнообразный и питательный. Особенно понравился омлет. Расположение отеля прекрасное, пляж отличный (аренда одного лежака, расположенного под зонтиком, если перевести донги в рубли - 350). Рекомендую!

Максимальная близость к морю. Уютно и чисто в номере. Уборка каждый день. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Можно арендовать байк прямо в отеле.

Staff were amazing with our early arrival and late departure. The breakfast was a highlight for us; an egg station, good selection of fruit, bacon and sausage, bread and croissants too as well as salad and other dishes. The air conditioning in the room was another highlight, it worked really well and was SO silent we kept questioning at first if it was even on! The pool area is also incredible and the free pedal bikes was a really nice touch - we really enjoyed our sunrise ride. You are also less than a 5 minute walk from the beach.

The only factor this hotel can lose points in is location. There isn’t much choice of restaurants around and, although there is a night market of an evening, it didn’t wow us. It was fine for us for 5 full days as it is almost in a ghost town so it was the perfect switch off! We would have also liked a bin in the room, not just the bathroom, and a bigger one than what was in the bathroom too.

Nice location close to beach, nice bed, reasonable breakfast , egg dishes cooked to order very promptly, nice modern room, wifi was good, friendly staff. The pool was nice but shared by other hotels. There was a nice street market at night nearby with about a dozen vendors doing various fresh seafood dishes which was appreciated.

Room was a bit small, the location whilst being close to beach and a nice restaurant and pool at sailing club, the entire estate was full of very empty buildings, with just a few spas, hotels and restaurants. It gave the area a sort of unwanted feeling.

Отличный отель! Номера новые, очень чистые, все продумано до мелочей! Мы снимали 2-х комнатный номер с небольшой кухней, очень удобно! Есть плита, микроволновка, большой холодильник, кухонные принадлежности. Готовила и суп и блины, так как муж не очень любит местные блюда. Завтрак однообразный, но нам всего хватало! Отель в шаговой доступности от моря! При отеле есть бесплатные велосипеды.

Schönes Hotel an sehr schöner Lage nahe dem Beach. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich neu. Zimmer war o.k. Leider war das Zimmer schon etwas gar klein. Man hat kein Platz das Gepäck zu deponieren und der Kasten ist unbrauchbar. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel empfehlen, da es wirklich an einer guten Lage liegt.

Однообразные завтраки, но при этом вкусно. Маленький балкончик, не развернуться. Велосипеды требуют ремонта.

Очень хороший отель , цена и качество проживания выше всяких похвал.. Очень приветливый персонал. Уборка в номере каждый день. В номере имеется все необходимое. Кухонный уголок с печкой и посудой. Прекрасный европейский завтрак. Прекрасное месторасположение, в тихом и уютном месте ЖК "Марина" о. Фукуок , рядом прекрасный пляж и море супер в 3-х минутах ходьбы. Рядом магазины и кафе, где можно приобрести все необходимое. Рекомендую.

Moc pěkná lokalita, vše nově vybudované, krásná pláž cca 150, kaskáda tří obrovských bazénů cca 50 m, moderní nový hotýlek se snídaní, bydleli jsme v apartmánu ,výborně vybavený. Nedaleko ,asi pět minut chůze noční market s výborným a cenově dostupným jídlem, zejména seafood ! Milý personál

L’emplacement proche de la mer et l’hôtel très récent et bien entretenu. Chambre propre et bien équipée mais un petite avec un petit balcon. Petit déjeuner continental et asiatique très bien.

The hotel is really beautiful and the location just a minute away from the beach - amazing! It was also quite calm so perfect to just sit back and relax.

Most of the staff seemed really unmotivated and not nice. They did never say hi or goodbye when I left. I stayed there for a week it s bit odd to not even say thank you and goodbye I think. I do understand language barriers but even a smile would have been enough... also I wish they would have a vegan mil option like soya or oat but this seems to be very rate in Phu Quoc.

L’hôtel est situer à la Marina et hélas aux alentours ya absolument rien à faire. Et ce n’est pas la plus belle plage. Endroit trop isolé et trop tranquille pour nous.

This hotel genarally met our expectations. The pictures do match what you should expect. It is close to the beach, but NOT directly on the beach. There is another small boutique hotel that has direct views of the ocean. However, it is definately close enough to go back and forth frequently from the beach and back throughout the day. The breakfast is excellent and has quite a few options for a small hotel like this one. The beach itself is clean and quite long. The water is also clean and warm with no rocks or jellyfish. There are a few very high end hotels further down the beach from the hotel that have lots of space for people to lounge, but are for their guests exclusively. For Stella Marina, they have no influence or affiliation with the beach. You need to go each morning and reserve lounge chairs near or on the beach if you want one. The cost is 100,000 Dong per day to rent which is very reasonable, but these chairs are not managed by the hotel. There is an attendant in charge that will come around each day at 10 AM and collect money from people using the chairs. My advice is to go early (8 AM) and lay a towel and a book on the chairs you want to reserve them and be there by 10 AM to ensure you pay the attendant. Also, this vast area complex has alot of empty retail and hotel spaces. There are still lots of choice options close by for food, but it is eerily empty in alot of spots. There are convenience stores and a small night food market close by, but not alot of shopping or amenities close to this hotel. The hotel rents scooters for super cheap, so you can go explore the island a bit if this is your thing. But it's really ideal if you're looking for a relaxing beach adventure and not much else. There are no nightclubs or beach bars in the area. Some higher end restaurants that you can eat at that are very good, but a bit pricey. Also, not that it matters and just stating as an FYI.....the overwhelming nationality of note in this area is Russian.

All the empty spaces. Not sure why this is happening in Phu Quoc, but there are multiple new contruction projects ongoing to build more hotels and complexes. It's odd becuase there are so many fully completed and finished buildings in so many areas that are totally empty. There was a full complex of hotels and shops very close to us that looked beautiful that was completely empty. No businesses, tourists or anything yet totally complete. If there aren't enough people or demand to fill what they have now, why are they building more?? It's very odd.

Только приехали домой с Фукуока и решила сразу написать отзыв, мы отдыхали в данном бутик отеле 15 дней, мне очень понравилось, мы брали номер апартаменты с кухней, сам номер уютный, кровать очень удобная, вода без перебоев, кондиционер работал отлично, на кухне все приборы присутствуют и большой холодильник, работал на ура . По чистоте скажу, не идеально чисто они убираются конечно, это весь Вьетнам так , в пришлом году были в соседнем Пульмане, аналогичная ситуация. Мусор убирают каждый день, полотенца меняют тоже , за 2 недели постельное сменили четыре раза, если попросить то поменяют по запросу без проблем, все протирают в зоне видимости, но плинтуса, настольные лампы, двери есть ляпки и пыль, ну это просто моя дотошность в чистоте, кто то на это и внимания не обратит. По району, имейте ввиду что этот район не настолько обустроен и заполнен туристами, там тихо, спокойно и в этом для меня именно плюс, так как хотели отдохнуть после шумного Тая. Кому движ нужен, то лучше в центр острова. Здесь больше про релакс отдых, но есть и кафешки и магазины и прачечная ( мы отдавали белье стирать прямо в отеле, не дешево, но стирают хорошо, ни одна вещь не испорчена, не хотелось таскать баулы с грязными вещами по району до прачечной) и медикаменты можно найти. Завтраки, да однообразные, но мы голодными не уходили, яйца отварные, яйцо жареное, скрембл, сосиски, бекон, овощи на пару, и лапша с курицей и овощами, картофель фри, круассаны с джемами, фрукты, лимонады, хлопья и воздушный рис с молоком , вообщем есть что покушать. Очень чистый бассейн на районе, но места лучше занимать с утра. Мы чаще ходили на море, море от отеля две минуты пешком. Велосипеды и байки немного уставшие, мы пользовались, но отелю надо подумать об обновлении. Очень милый менеджер работает в отеле, отзывчивый, организует и решит любой вопрос, ему и песику Гоку привет 👋❤️ Вернулась бы я в данный отель, однозначно Да, я чувствовала себя там как дома , в целом Фукуок обожаю 🥰

Property is fairly new. It's in a great location right on the beach actually one building back from the beach, but it's beautiful. It has a night market for eating with all the vendors there with fresh seafood Vietnamese foods just a great experience. Would definitely recommend anybody going to that area to check it out thank you.

Отличное расположение для спокойного отдыха без суеты) хороший номер, в одной минуте от пляжа, можно брать велосипеды покататься бесплатно, предлагают аренду мопедов, уборка номеров каждый день, завтраки вкусные, не сильно большой выбор, но нам хватало, рядом есть магазины небольшие, кафе, ночной рынок...

Хотелось бы более свежие полотенца, они чистые, но видно что застиранные

Poloha hotelu super, pláž super, moře klidně, snídaně dostačující, bydlení čisté. Bazén sice centrální ale je jich víc dá se vybrat od dětského brouzdaliště po plavecký. Toulám se po ostrově měsíc a sem bych se klidně vrátila.

The location was perfect for a relaxed beach getaway. I didn’t particularly use this hotels pool but you can venture down along the beach and use the other hotels pools for free 🙊

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Прекрасный отель с дизайнерским ремонтом. Было очень приятно находиться в красивом интерьере, просыпаться по утрам под пение птиц на пальмах у балкона. Жили в апартаментах с кухней, все 12 дней чувствовали себя как дома (не в отеле). Сразу разложили все вещи и убрали чемоданы (благо есть куда убрать). Продумано всё до мелочей. Куча всяких шкафчиков, полочек, крючочков. В ванной есть все гигиенические принадлежности, на полу два коврика, в душе очень удобная полочка, хорошая сантехника, горячая вода без проблем, хороший фен. В кухне все принадлежности для готовки, большой холодильник. В спальне и в гостиной два телевизора (есть Ютуб, Нетфликс). Кондиционер вмонтирован в потолок таким образом, что охлаждает и гостиную, и спальню, при этом не дует на кровать. На балконе сушилка для белья. Есть зеркало в полный рост, это очень удобно. Вода (питьевая) и уборка каждый день. И да, во всем отеле очень приятный аромат, даже в лифте! На ресепшен можно взять пляжные полотенца (вечером сдать) и велосипеды (бесплатно). Аренда байка от 150 тыс.донг. Завтраки однообразные, но всегда вкусные. За доп.плату (60 тыс.донг) можно заказать вкуснючий капуччино. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда готовы решить любой вопрос. Выбрали район Марина, сделав ставку на малолюдность (в новогодние праздники в центре настоящий муравейник), и не прогадали. Очень приятна набережная, вечером кайфово погулять, хороший чистый пляж. Цены в кафешках и на ночном рынке совсем не намного отличаются от центра, вообще не критично. Отдых получился очень красивым, спасибо всем работникам отеля!

Great location by the beach and close to other hotels like Regent (great food and ambience) and Intercontinental Hotel (nice dinner). Buffet breakfast was a good spread and omelettes were great. Nice tea.

The towels were not white and were yellowish - all the bath towels and hand towels could’ve been washed much better or replaced with new ones.

Расположение отеля великолепное! Море находится в двух минутах ходьбы! Отель чистый, удобный, лифт работал, завтраки вполне себе приличные. Бассейны совсем рядом.

The hotel , and our apartment was fabulous! Super clean, the kitchen had everything that you need for everyday and cooking and living . The beds and blankets are extremely comfortable, we had some really good sleep there . The stuff had some difficulty with the English language, but they were prepared with the translator, and they helped us with everything right away.

The breakfast was a bit boring (every day the exact same), so we skipped a few times .

Close to the beach. New clean hotel with good breakfast. Hotel offers Free bikes which were a great way to get around Long Beach. The French bakery and restaurant are both good.

Rooms are small without a chair or table. The hotel shares a pool with other Marina properties. The Marina community has lots of vacant properties and there aren’t a lot of restaurants.

Amazing location with the most beautiful beach and boardwalk a 2 minute walk away! Staff was lovely, room was modern and clean and cozy. Also, bonus is the cutest golden retriever there to greet us! Thank you Stella Boutique for making our trip to Phu Quoc a wonderful one! We hope to be back :)

It is located in a resort town near to the beach.

The hotel is part of a resort town where every building looks the same. The pool is for every hotel in this town and therefore we never got a sunbed because it was always crowded and no more sunbeds available. The room was very small (deluxe). The beach is nice but sunbeds are very expensive and also only a few. There are sand flies who bite. Staff was not very polite and English language is not very common. But every sign is in Russian.

Very nice little hotel - it is new and clean, very cozy inside, near the beach. I had everything I needed, price was also quite affordable. Definitely recommend to stay here.

В отеле всё понравилось, чисто, уютно. Жили в двухкомнатном номере с кухней, очень удобно и просторно, для приготовления еды всего достаточно. Море рядом, район довольно тихий, но небольшие магазины и кафе есть.

Хороший отель в отличном районе. Это отель - бутик, поэтому номера похожи на апартаменты. Но всё давольно новое. У нас был 2х комнатный номер с полноценной кухней.

Завтраки очень скромные : на выбор Яичница, омлет или скрэмбл. Помидоры, огурцы. Картошка, овощи или лапша. Сосиски и бекон. Из фруктов - мандарины и бананы.
