El personal majo y se preocupa por todo, lavandería gratis, muchos puntos a su favor. El hotel está en una zona tranquila pero en una urbanización con 3 piscinas gigantes, si alquilas moto es la mejor opción para moverte al norte sur y estar cerca del aeropuerto.

We stayed there with my friend & we really enjoyed the vacation, the staff is really good- at the very first day they sent us a lot of useful information - where to find the food, pool, beach options , night markets, the excursions also were booked with their help - we just asked for the options and they connected us to the agency. The hotel is really cozy, feel like home , pool is a big one , there are 3 of them; beach is just 5 min within walking distance - u order some drinks & sunbed is yours ; territory of the complex is well-run , if u need massage, coffee, spa, food, hookah - just walk around and explore - go inside different mini hotels - u will find a lot here , nearby there is a town - the hotel can lift u there on the electro car (golf car) , btw taxi is also available; Breakfast - eggs , bread , fruit , yogurt- If u like to eat - we bought and just added ourselves fruits , etc . Coffee in the coffee machine + teapots are at the kitchen table. The area itself is peaceful and quiet, not noisy at all; this side of the island is wavy , u can go to another side , 20 min by taxi and u are at the peaceful water resort I would definitely recommend this hotel , rooms are good , your clothes can be washed for free from the hotel & dried , clean and neat Thank u for the accommodation, if we come back - definitely here

Мы проживали в полулюксе этого отеля семьей- 4 человека. Начну с того,что встретили нас как родных. Персонал очень дружелюбный,всегда на связи,готов помочь в любую минуту. Нас возили в соседний район туда и обратно на электромобиле. Мы брали велосипеды и катались по этому району и в соседние. В нашем номере были смежные комнаты,разделенные занавеской. У детей и у нас свой санузел:)))Вода в душе была горячей:) Большой балкон. Мы отдыхали в не сезон,поэтому многие кафе и салоны были закрыты. Море с волнами,но есть три бассейна,где мы плавали. Ездили на пляж Кхем,там волн не было:) Мы передвигались на грабе. Район нашего проживания нам понравился- тихо,чисто. Отличное семейное место. Завтраки нам понравились,мы особо много на завтрак не едим. Нам хватало омлета,йогурта, тостов, кофе и фруктов. Для разнообразия нам готовили вместо яиц,пасту. Ван Ким - администратор отеля, замечательный человек,который все делает,чтобы его посетители были довольны. Нас проводили,помогли погрузить чемоданы в машину. Всем рекомендуем это местечко:) Говорим большое спасибо за ваш труд. Нам все понравилось:)

À toute la merveilleuse équipe du Green Inn Phu Quoc, et tout particulièrement à Van Kiem ❤️, Je ne trouve même pas les mots pour exprimer à quel point nous sommes reconnaissants pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous pendant notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis comme de simples clients, mais comme des invités accueillis avec énormément de chaleur, de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Chaque sourire, chaque petite attention et chaque fois où vous avez pris le temps de nous aider ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Un immense merci, du fond du cœur, à Van Kiem. Tu es vraiment une personne exceptionnelle. Ta gentillesse, ta patience, ton professionnalisme et surtout ton grand cœur nous ont profondément touchés. Tu as toujours fait de ton mieux pour que tout soit parfait pour nous et pour que nous nous sentions bien. ❤️ Le Green Inn restera pour nous un souvenir très particulier de Phu Quoc, non seulement pour l’endroit, mais surtout pour les merveilleuses personnes que nous y avons rencontrées. Прекрасный персонал, заботились о нас, как о родных! Вкусные завтраки готовили индивидуально, администратор возил нас в магазин, АТМ, купить сим-карту. Чистота в отеле идеальная, спокойно и комфортно! Бесплатно можно взять велики. За углом вкусное французское бистро - очень вкусно, как в Париже) красивая набережная с променадом и вело-прогулками. Все было супер! Спасибо огромное за комфортный отдых и заботу!!

Отель новый, номер чистый со всем необходимым. Можно бесплатно пользоваться общественным бассейном. До пляжа минут 7 пешком. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Предложили бесплатную стирку белья.

Номер маловат по размеру, двоим будет тесно. Отель находится в кластере отелей, на первых этажах которых спа-салоны и кафе. Пешком можно дойти только до соседних отелей. На завтраки дают только блюда из яиц. Поблизости идут ремонтные работы, днем может быть шумно.

La gentillesse du personnel, la location de scooter à prix très intéressant ! L'ensemble des 3 piscines à environ 300 m dont une immense de 140 m x 20 m et partagé avec les hôtels du quartier est vraiment impressionnant et agréable !

J'ai été très déçu par l'établissement notamment sur l'hébergement car comme indiqué sur l'intitulé, je m'attendais à une Suite d'hôtel et en fait il s'agit ni plus ni moins que 2 petites chambres communicantes et seulement séparées par un rideau, côté intimité ce n'est pas l'idéal ! Heureusement chacune avait sa propre salle de douche. Le minimum de l'offre au petit déjeuner et l'emplacement de l'établissement ne relève pas la note. Je pense que le côté écolo que veut se donner l'établissement n'est qu'un prétexte pour ne fournir qu'un minimum de prestation comme par exemple pas de bouilloire avec café ou thé à disposition dans la chambre.

Nice hotel. Clean and cozy room. Good breakfast. Friendly and pleasant manager. He even let us use the beach tennis rackets. The hotel’s common areas are arranged very conveniently and functionally.

Очень понравился отель - тихий, уютный и чистый. Удобное расположение - рядом находятся мини-маркет с невысокими ценами, пляж, красивый каскадный бассейн, ночной рынок вьетнамской кухни. В отеле есть лифт, что очень удобно при путешествии с тяжёлыми чемоданами. Есть бесплатные вай-фай, прокат велосипедов и спортивного инвентаря. Завтрак вкусный (очень понравился натуральный молотый кофе). Номер свежий и чистый, со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями для гостей. Особая благодарность администратору отеля Ван Киму за доброжелательность, отзывчивость и радушие по отношению к гостям. Он помог донести чемоданы от такси до номера и обратно. Помогал полезными советами и рекомендациями. Также он со своего смартфона вызвал нам такси и объяснил водителю куда нужно ехать. Он - душа отеля, видящий в гостях своих друзей, а не просто источник заработка. В общем, по соотношению цена/качество отель и персонал на 10/10.

Впервые были в маленьком отеле (обычно бронируем крупные отели 5 звёзд) и не пожалели ни о чём. Обязательно сюда вернёмся. Понравилось буквально всё. Отличное месторасположение, в пяти минутах ходьбы пляж, чистый, малонаселённый)) Поблизости много небольших магазинчиков и кафе. Есть гастрокорт под открытым небом, где для вас пожарят любую свежую рыбу, креветки и т. д. Персонал отеля просто впечатлил по отзывчивости и дружелюбному настроению. Нас по запросу возили на рынок за продуктами и в крупные магазины. Готовили нам еду , варили свежий очень вкусный кофе. Очень внимательные и вежливые. Было уютно, прям по домашнему. Обязательно сюда вернёмся!

Удобное местоположение, приветливый персонал, возможность использования электромобиля отеля для поездок на пляж и в соседний район, бесплатная стирка, бесплатный свежесваренный кофе в течении всего дня.

The staff are excellent. Their attention to detail is very good. Breakfast was very satisfactory. The ability to make coffee anytime was a nice touch. Free bicycles, free laundry.

Wasn't that keen on the Waterfront area as a whole. The beach isn't that great if you like going for a long walk.

Всё понравилось, спасибо за отзывы путешественников . Тёплый , большой бассейн. Полотенца для бассейна дают . Вода , вкусный кофе безлимит . Велосипеды бесплатно , дорожка для катания вдоль берега бесконечная. Дружелюбный персонал . Рядом спа с доступными ценами . Маленький ночной рынок с выбором питания . Возили в Кингконг супермаркет. Однозначно рекомендую.

Лично для нас матрасы были жёсткие. Мы привыкли к мягким. Вода в душе всегда была вечером уже прохладная . Непривычно нам.

Хозяева очень милые люди. Все удобства и комфорт для гостей продумано. Чистая кухня, кофемашина, даже лекарства для первой помощи есть. Было уютно и спокойно.

Полотенца были немного влажными и с прелым запахом. Рекомендую хозяевам приобрести хорошую сушилку.

Superbe acceuil dans cet hôtel très bien placé à Phu Quoc. (A quelques pas de toutes les commodités ) Le personnel est absolument adorable. Un grand merci à ces 2 jeunes qui sont vraiment très dévoués et sont aux petits soins pour les clients. La dame plus âgée était très gentille également. L’hôtel est cosy, intimiste et bien agencé. Parmi les services très appréciables, le lavage de votre linge gracieusement, la possibilité de louer un scooter directement sur place, l’accès à une cuisine avec entre autre la possibilité de se faire un bon café, les 3 piscines chauffées au sein de l’ensemble résidentiel très verdoyant et la proximité immédiate de la plage, de restaurants et supérettes. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. L’hôtel applique également des mesures très intéressantes en matière de respect de l’écologie ! Bravo et encore un grand merci !!!

Le petit jeune à l accueil est adorable... Il se met en 4 pour vous aider. La piscine qui est commune à plusieurs établissement mais qui est immense est exceptionnelle... Il y a 3 bassins avec une vue mer... C est fabuleux !

Die Unterkunft war super. Das Personal extrem nett, sind sogar mit mir zur Apotheke gefahren, da ich etwas gebraucht habe. Zimmer sind sauber. Die Umgebung ist eher ruhig, die Strände sind nicht ganz so schön wie zb Khem Beach aber dafür nicht so überfüllt. Finde es super hier und würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Fahrräder kann man kostenlos ausborgen :)

Если были какие то недочеты, это неважно, потому что по сравнению с другими отелями где я жила, их было 5, этот оказался самым выигрышным вариантом.

Прекрасный отель, останавливались с 1 по 12 сентябре, проживали с ребёнком 5 лет. Отель очень удобно расположен, до моря 5 минут пешком, прекрасный и чистый бассейн ( за которым постоянно следят сотрудники), до остановки 19 автобуса 10 минут. Расположен в комплексе Марина, территория очень чистая, людей не много, что позволяет прекрасно отдохнуть, пляж чистый, за все прибывание не заметили не единого мусора. Сам отель прекрасный, оснащён кухней, на который постоянно убираются сотрудники, посуда чистая, в хорошем состоянии ( для меня это было важно, так как я готовила ребёнку еду). В номере было 16 полотенец, 6 из которых были большие, для бассейна или пляжа. В номере чисто, постельное белье прекрасное. Ванная комната была оснащёна шампунем, гелем для душа и мылом. Самое важное было, что можно было без ограничений набирать питьевую воду, на кухне стояли фильтры. С ребёнком отдых был прекрасный, рекомендую к проживанию.

Отдыхали здесь 2 недели. Всё понравилось! Бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, бесплатная стирка, питьевая вода, завтраки с хорошим кофе. В номерах чисто, всё работает. Отдельное спасибо Стивену, помог приобрести билеты на канатную дорогу со скидкой, бесплатно дал сим карту с интернетом на весь период нашего проживания. Очень приятно. Рекомендую!

가격은 저렴하지만 그보다 훨씬 많은 서비스와 시설을 갖춘 호텔입니다. 호텔이 위치한 마리나프론트 지역은 조용하고 예쁜 동네로 주민들도 친절합니다. 시간만 맞는다면 그랜드 월드로 가는 빈셔틀을 이용해 빈 사파리, 빈원더스, 쯔엉동야시장, 킹콩마트까지 무료로 다녀올 수 있습니다. 호텔에 요청하면 버기카로 TR마트, 소나시야시장까지 다녀올 수도 있습니다. TR마트는 킹콩마트보다는 작지만 매우 깔끔하고 필요한 모든 물품을 판매합니다. 가격은 킹콩마트와 비슷하거나 조금 비싼데 한국인이라면 T멤버쉽 할인이 되니 오히려 더 저렴한 느낌이었습니다. 해변과 수영장은 공용이지만 훌륭한 퀄리티입니다. 청소를 열심히 해서 깔끔하고 그네나 의자들도 기대이상으로 좋았습니다. 그동안 여섯번 베트남을 여행했고 큰 리조트에만 머물렀습니다. 그린 인 호텔은 큰리조트에서 느낄 수 없었던 정겨움과 따뜻함이 있습니다. 매일 빨래도 무료로 해주고 간단하지만 깔끔한 조식까지 정말 여행내내 만족했습니다. 여행 중 계속 날씨가 좋았는데 마지막날 비가 엄청 내렸습니다. 체크아웃 시간도 무료로 연장해주고 택시까지 잡아서 태워주며 끝까지 우산을 들어주는 친절함에 마지막까지 감동을 받고 돌아왔습니다.

더 머물 수 없어서 아쉬웠어요.

Отличный отель, персонал вообще чудо, готов помочь во всем. До море пешком пару минут. Ночной маркет еще ближе. Ездили на велосипедах (отель предоставил) ужинать в прекрасный ресторанчик Ando bistro. Остановка бесплатного автобуса также близко. Район очень тихий.

Хотелось бы поразнообразнее завтраки, но в целом норм. На выбор яйца в трех вариациях, тосты, кофе и арбузик.

The hotel is in a new area, so most of the other hotels are empty now. This is a plus for us, because it is generally very quiet. There are small shops, cafes, and a night market in the evening near the hotel (the choice is not large, but this is not a problem). In the center of the location there is a cool outdoor pool. The sea is 3-5 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is very nice and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable, with a special mattress. Breakfasts are not varied, but enough to start the day. On the ground floor there is a coffee machine, drinking water and a place to cook. From the location you can take a taxi or bus to Sun City or the main city. We enjoyed our stay, I can recommend the hotel for families and couples :)

The neighboring hotel was very actively making noises early in the morning, with a drill and a hammer. They helped us settle this issue. But keep in mind that in new areas there is often active construction :)

Gia đình mình vừa ở lại khách sạn 3 đêm và có trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời ở đây. Khách sạn ở gần biển, xung quanh có nhiều cây xanh nữa nên không khí mát mẻ dễ chịu, ba mẹ mình đều ngủ rất ngon luôn. Khách sạn còn có khu bếp để tự nấu ăn, đi cả gia đình cực thích điều này, các anh quản lí và nhân viên ở đây cũng nhiệt tình, sẵn sàng support mọi lúc, còn chỉ chỗ cho gđ đi tham quan nữa. Trong khu vực có hồ bơi nữa nên hôm nào tắm biển chán thì nhà mình bơi ở đây. Thật sự là một chỗ nghỉ quá tuyệt vời so với mức giá. Mình ko có gì để chê.

Отель находится в замечательной закрытой локации Marina. Отель очень чистый, его убирают постоянно . От отеля есть доступ к трём бассейном, которые работает поочерёдно. До пляжа 5 минут пешком, пляж идеально чистый. Лежаки на пляже платные. В номере есть питьевая вода, которую можете брать в любом количестве. Также есть кухня, кофемашина, которой вы можете пользоваться в любой удобный для вас момент. Так же в отеле есть завтраки. Рядом с локацией Достаточно количество ресторанчиков, есть ночной рынок который работает после 18:00.

Разнообразия завтраков нет. Яйцо в 4-х видах и тостовый хлеб.

The location and rooms are great, but the hospitality is phenomenal 11 out of 10 Stephen and his family are so welcoming and friendly. They offer free breakfast, free coffee (real coffee from an espresso machine), free laundry you name it. Best hosting I have experienced in Vietnam!

Hotel is located on Phu Quoc Marina and basics amenities are easily accessible by walking distance like super market and restaurant and cafe.The receptionist Stephen is very helpful and he's always ready to figure out any queries.

Everything about this property was amazing, in a quiet area but only a stones throw from the sailing club (worth a visit) and a local night market. The pool is fabulous with an abundance of loungers and a lifeguard! If you are looking for a quiet relaxing time this place is perfect!! The room was lovely just like the photos, clean and modern. Stephen was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay and was on hand whenever we needed him! We even ended up extending our stay and it was no problem and extremely easy! 10/10 isn’t good enough!

Stephen was the most gracious host! Seriously so kind and helpful providing recommendations. He even let me borrow his motorbike when I was in a pinch. All of the facilities are great.

We had a wonderful stay at Green Inn. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a family room which was very spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good and super fast. Our stay included breakfast, bikes to ride and laundry service which was great. The hotel is in a very quiet area. We had free access to the outdoor pools, which were beautiful. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a great beach club right on the beach for meals, drinks, fire shows and pool. Many small restaurants in the area, a night market with many food stands. You also get a free buggy ride to the supermarket and back. Center of Phu Quoc is just a 20 min ride and there is the Sonasea night market 5 min in Grab. We had a lovely and relaxing stay! Definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic time at this property! Everything was just as described, if not better. The location was great—close to the beach, swimming pool, and local market, yet still quiet and relaxing. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the service exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the friendly personnel, the easy check-in process, and, of course, the free coffee, and free scooter, this is just amazing. The administrator, Stephen, is truly a great person. He helped us through WhatsApp anytime, 24/7, even with questions not related to the hotel. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others! Rating: 10/10

We were just concerned that insects might enter the room, but everything turned out fine. We understood that this was Phu Quoc, Vietnam, where insects and lizards are perfectly normal for the island.

In Green Inn all the guests feel welcomed, Stephen takes very good care of the guests. I loved the sustainable approach - for water heating solar panels are used (just have to keep in mind, that during the night time water temperature is not even, but it’s not a big problem - you can still take a shower). For drinking water there is a filter machine - so clean drinking water is always available. Stephen took us to the nearby places like beach, night market or supermarket with his electrical buggy whenever we asked him. When we needed to wash our clothes, he offered laundry service included in the price. He arranged transfer from the airport to hotel with very reasonable price. We made friends with the driver, and used that taxi several times. Breakfast was very simple - fried eggs or omelette, but to make it more diverse we bought fruits and sandwich material from supermarket. It was allowed to use the kitchen to cook own meals. We stayed for 8 days. The area is very safe. Pool was also accessible within the price of hotel. Complex has three pools 20x20m, sun-beds were always available, not too crowded, lifeguard present all the time. Downstairs there were showers, changing room and toilets - all nice and clean. Area is clean and safe. Beach was clean with white sand. Sun-beds are 100k for a day. In the area there are many restaurants, massage saloons and a small night market. I would recommend to visit sailing club - prices are higher than on the night market but service is good. For room cleaning and towels change you have to tell Stephen, they clean on request, which is also sustainable approach.

Everything! Beautiful rooms, comfy bed, fantastic shower with great pressure and hot water. Excellent location, shops and cheaper places to eat nearby or a stones throw from the beachfront for lots more options. Beach nearby was beautiful and very quiet. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff, Stephen in particular. From text updates on what was going on around the area, to making sure I was ok and had everything I needed, to the free use of a bicycle and free laundry service he really couldn't do enough to make sure I had the best stay possible! The morning staff serving the breakfast were great too, very polite and sweet. Thank you so much, I will definitely come back if I am in the area again

Everything was perfect

This seems to be a very new hotel in a large new development that is sparsely occupied (Jan 2025). However, this makes for a quiet stay (which we liked) and the hotel's communal outdoor swimming pool complex is fantastic! Also, there is abundant excellent street food just yards from the hotel and the nice beach is only about a three-minute walk away. Steven, the hotel manager, is friendly and very helpful.

If you want to experience the nightlife of Phu Quoc, this hotel is a little far away from that and you should probably stay north of the airport. However, we were happy to enjoy this quieter location.

We stayed there only 4 days. But it was a perfect rest. Steve and his team did all their best to enjoy being there. He was in touch 24 hours and helped with everything. A very reliable guy who does his work very well. Our room was clean and quiet. There were neither insects nor mosquitoes and not smelly. The area is good for rambling in the evening. There are some swimming pools for relaxing and the beach is walkable. And Steve can give you a lift to the beach. There is a small food area where you can eat something in the afternoon or spend time in the evening enjoying seafood. To sum up: I'd recommend to visit it . I'm absolutely sure you'll be glad to spend your holiday there. Thanks for everything.

Everything was ok

The property is quite new and is a good 3-star hotel; clean, comfortable and well located, ( close to a French pastry shop and restaurants and the local night market ) and a short walk from the beautiful beach. The area was serene , safe and nicely maintained. Stephen and other staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a great little balcony with my room and a free breakfast with eggs. It was good value and I would stay here again. Also as much free filtered drinking water as you wanted! A bonus “green touch” that I really liked.

I liked the privacy, and didn’t need it but if you wanted your room cleaned more than scheduled, ( ie. every third day) you just need to ask. This was fine for me but it might bother some people.

Everything. The place is really calm, near the beach y has a really big pool. The hotel is perfect, rooms are comfortable and clean. You can use the kitchen and fridge. Stephen is really kind and helps you in anything you need. I recommend the place 100%!!

Two great stays at the Green Inn this month. Mr Phu and the housekeeping team are so kind & helpful, going out of their way for anything you need. Modern, clean, air conditioned rooms, a great communal kitchen downstairs with the team providing a tasty light breakfast each morning. Some of the best coffee I had during the trip and available all day! The free bikes are brilliant to explore, 2 mins to the pool, 3 mins to the promenade & beach. Night food markets, small shop, massages, wine bar all a short walk or ride. Only 15 mins from the airport - super convenient. The area is a little quiet, but great to switch off and relax. Highly recommend. Thanks Mr Phu!

Stephen was a wonderful host and always on hand to help with something. Really convenient location and the kitchen space was excellent for preparing for our Ironman event. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get close the the beach but keep the costs reasonable. Gorgeous shared pool space too. Thanks again Stephen!!

The water pressure/ temperature would constantly switch from hot to cold. A minor feedback otherwise perfect.

Great stay at Green Inn. Big swimming pools, but also child-friendly. Near the beach. Free breakfast and good coffee. Free laundry, cooking facilities and free bicycles. Stephen also gives free lifts in electric buggy to places nearby. Free bbq can be used. A fantastic experience. Thank you Stephen and the housekeeper - you were always very helpful.

Amazing place... Great hospitality shown by the hosts. Very friendly people. The free electric buggy transportation is a great service. Awesome pool. Great beachside too. Will probably visit again if I come to Phu Quoc another time.

Not much really... We liked pretty much everything. Only a couple of very minor points. Even despite them, it still is an amazing place to stay. Just for the sake of this question, I am noting it here. Since the host said that the residence is relatively new and it doesn't have card payment option (as of the date we were at the place), we could not pay using card. But again, I don't think this is a big issue, because the host guided us to an atm nearby and we paid in cash. Also another small thing is that the water stream in our bathroom didn't have a uniform temperature when we turned on both the taps at once. It didn't mix well and kept alternating between hot and cold.

Hotel near the beach, breakfast included, staff very enthusiastic and friendly. They always support us wholeheartedly.

We spent our holidays on the island two weeks ago, it was THE BEST HOSPITALITY we have ever experienced. A huge THANK YOU to the Host Stefan who did everything to make us fall in love with the hotel and our vacation. Thanks for your kindness and being so careful and willing to help. We had everything we wanted to have: a lovely kitchen where we could cook anytime, swimming pools, the sea 5 minutes away, washing machine, a scooter that took us around the island to see its beauties , delicious breakfasts and cleanliness, beach towels and cozy grill evening, and the rest☺️ We really didn't want to leave the island so we extended our stay 2 times. We miss it and are absolutely sure we will be back here many more times!

We ended up extending our reservation 3 times at this hotel because the level of comfort is simply unparalleled! Facilities are brand new, staff is amazing and the breakfast is basically a full meal, copious and very healthy ! You are also in the best place on the island, located halfway between Phu Quoc Town and Sunset Town and its fireworks, just 15 minutes from the most beautiful beach in the island, Khem Beach. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it !

The space is very comfortable, the staff is extremely enthusiastic and supportive.
