La posizione di questo alloggio è la cosa migliore, perchè è a pochi passi dalla stazione del treno e non si ha bisogno nemmeno del tuo tuo per arrivare. La stanza è abbastanza grande, un letto matrimoniale e un altro singolo con bagno in stanza e un piccolo balcone con tavolino prima di entrare nella stanza. Purtroppo questo alloggio non è molto curato ed è un peccato perchè ha tanto potenziale. La pulizia non è delle migliori, i ventilatori nella stanza non funzionavano, come anche le prese di corrente ne funzionava 1 su 3, la zanzariera del letto era piena di buchi, la porta del bagno un po' malandata. Per quello che abbiamo pagato di certo non mi aspettavo niente di che. Come note positive il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste di informazioni e ci ha anche trovato un autista a buon prezzo per raggiungere Mirissa, gli asciugamani forniti erano puliti.

L’emplacement était idéal. La petite terrasse privée devant le logement était un vrai plus. L’hôte a accepté de garder nos sacs dans le restaurant du dessus le jour de notre départ. Prix très compétitifs.

Très forte mauvaise odeur dans la chambre à notre arrivée (odeur d’humidité), la solution a été un désodorisant à la lavande. Moisissure sur le plafond et sur les murs. L’eau de la douche était froide. Ne vous fiez pas à l’hôte pour organiser vos activités, les prix sont chers.

It was really close to everything e.g bars restaurants and I walked to the Ella 9 arch bridge and little Adam’s peak from there too! Room was clean and had everything I needed for a last minute short stay

Good location and good host

The furniture is outdated, was moldy.. And the noise coming from outside apartment or club was so loud, we couldn’t sleep until 3am. That was so disturbing even though host apologized… if u are planning to stay here keep this in mind

Nothing everything was perfect

The shower had hot water and the staff was very attentive and accommodating.

The mattress, blanket and pillows didn't smell washed and smelt like other peoples sweat. There is a club next door and so all you can hear is partying and loud music till 2am. And then the dogs in the neighbourhood would not stop barking. Upper floor was making a lot of noise. The entry door didn't open all the way. The GST isn't included in the price so be aware when you go to pay it will be added to cost.

L’emplacement est parfait. Entre la gare et le centre ville. La chambre était OK et le personnel était bon aussi

La chambre manquait un peu d’insonorisation, et attention au ventilateur au plafond qui fait un cours circuit à l’enclenchement.

Big rooms, walking distance to the centre, friendly staff

Very noisy at night, there’s lots of music playing till 3am from the clubs. If you want a peaceful sleep perhaps not the best place to stay but otherwise it was good value

Struttura in centro in una zona molto comoda vicino ai servizi ristoranti e bar e non lontano da little adam s peak. Il personale gentile ci hanno anche portato i panni in lavanderia per pochi soldi. Ci hanno preparato la colazione da asporto la sera prima perche divevamo fare il check out alle 03 di notte.

Todo perfecto, la habitación, la situación y el chaval que te ayuda en todo, para repetir

The best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. Super friendly owner, big and comfortable room. Clean and quiet. Location is great: not on the main street, still close to everything you need (supermarket, restaurants, ... ).

Konumu istasyona ve mekanlara oldukça yakın, sahibi sıcakkanlı.

Ancak, odalar fotoğrafta göründüğünden kötü durumda. Rutubet kokuyor, temiz değil, eşyaların değişmesi gerekiyor. Yatak ve çarşaflar kokuyor.

La localisation juste à côté de la gare et du centre ville. La gentillesse de l’hôte !

Ma chambre avait un peu une odeur de cigarette sûrement dû aux voyageurs précédents.

La ubicación era perfecta ya que a 2 minutos a pie esta la estación de tren (perfecto si quieres hacer la ruta de tren hacia Kandy) y también está cerca de una calle principal con muchos restaurantes. El encargado Dimu fue encantador y me escribia para ver si estaba todo bien. La habitación era amplia, el baño completo y tenia un porche donde poder descansar un rato al exterior

Que por la noche al estar cerca de los restaurantes y bares rebotaba la música y se escuchaba bastante dentro de la habitación hasta las 3 de la mañana y no dejaba descansar

Lo cerca que estaba de la estación de tren.

Si lo que quieres es ir a Ella de fiesta, este hostal está bien porque tiene una discoteca justo arriba y no vas a dormir nada hasta que no la cierren. También tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, tras 30 minutos intentándolo, el chaval que lo regenta me dijo que podría hacer. Aunque le pedí que viniera a la habitación y me dijo que tardaría una hora.

Great value room and the check in staff where super friendly and helpful. Location is good, just near the train station but be aware some noise from surrounding bars like most places in center of ella town

Close to railway station and main street. The staff were attentive.

Loud music from nightclubs on main street everynight.. then one night loud music and shouting from staff having a birthday party upstairs till 3.30am one night. then they moved to the room next to ours and kept on talking very loud, until my friend had to go out and tell them to shut up.. Mosquito nets dirty, pillows dirty.. toilet dirty.. not a very nice place to stay.

The location was perfect!! It's kind of hidden, so it's in a quieter part of Ella, but it's also just 3–4 minutes by foot to the center and all the sights. The room matched our expectations. Dimu, the owner, was very nice and friendly, and he helped us a lot when it was inconvenient for us to check out at a certain time. He told us all about the best places in Ella, and he was very responsive when we needed something.

The accommodation wasn't the cleanliest we've been at.

Silent place

The villa is conveniently located very close to the Ella train station, which is one of its best features. It has several rooms, and you'll be staying in one of them. Ella is a small town, making it easy to explore on foot. However, to visit nearby tourist attractions, you may need to hire a Tuk Tuk or a private taxi

The power sockets in the room were not functioning, and the ceiling fan was also out of order. No toiletries were provided. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting frequently. The pillows appeared unclean, and there were dead insects on the bed netting.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and tourist attractions.I enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend it to others.

The manager was attentive to our needs in good location but music playing all night from the surrounding venues.

Location is great, but unfortunately the smell of a old humid house is everywhere. Walls need painting. You can hear the music till 3am. Luckily bed linen was clean.

The hotel is quite nice location that is very close to the train station and the main road of Ella. The staff is friendly.

But the speaker sound from the nearby restaurant was very loud all day and night, which disturbed my sleep. Maybe the staff are used to that noise every day, but for tourists it's a shock and makes for an unpleasant night. I hope the owner can stop that noise.

The location is great, within walking distance to the train station and main road with restaurants etc. The nearby bar with late music didn’t really bother us nor kept us from sleeping despite other comments. The host was also very welcoming and helpful in any way.

The room and bathroom were spacious, without AC of course get really stuffy, but with the fan on its quite ok. Mold in the bathroom we found worse at other places. The only thing that really bothered me was the bed! You could literally smell the sweat from the many previous guests, mattress hard and worn! If this place became a new bed & beddings, I’d definitely stay there again …

Great location right in town and a 1 min walk to the train station. The room was really spacious and clean. Probably the most comfortable bed we’ve had this trip!

The owner of the property Dimu was extremely helpful attentive and kind. He will take care of your needs and advise on places tp go. The bed was comfortable and room spacious.. 2 minute walk from station

Recommend. Very closer to nine arch bridge, walking distance to Railway station, 200m to ella city. Very comfortable bedroom. Staff was communicating friendly and very helpful. Most valuable thing, we can arrange taxi for the cheap prices. My self really enjoyed. Highly recommend. Thank you owner Dimuthu. I will come back soon.

Very good location. Just few steps away from train station. Very good for stay near the city center of Ella and as base to go to the peak and tourist attractions around Ella.

Citadel of Dreams is in an ideal spot, just a short walk from Ella Railway Station, making it very convenient for travelers. The location is truly top-tier, offering easy access to all the main attractions in the area.

The room could use some improvement in cleanliness and attention to basic necessities. A bit more upkeep would really enhance the overall experience.

The host was friendly and very helpful! When we had problems with the train, we were helped immediately and the host gave us tips and asked about our well-being.

Great staff and location. Had a kettle which is handy and a mosquito net.

The hotel owner dimuthu is really good and helps you in finding direction. He keeps tabs on you if you are doing well or not. Overall it's a great place to stay if you are a solo traveler.

Convinient location.

I loved how convenient the location is from the station. just 10 steps away from the Ella Railway Station. A few meters away from the main lively town to grab your meals and entertainment.

There is nothing I did not like about the property.

The location was perfect as I arrived by train.

The room had a bad odor and the had only a small fan making the room very warm and uncomfortable to sleep in. Also there is no front desk or anyone that can help.

The owner is so welcoming, he was available for any help we needed :) the place has lovely little terrace, very close to the center and railway station :) definitely recommended :)
