There is a cockroach one station. And the management has not done anything about it, as when we approached the desk, the guards admitted that there had been complaints in the past.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026It is located near Vfs Global so it's perfect if you have an appointment because it's just walking distance from the Flat.
I booked the room for my mother who has actually an appointment for visa application in the VFS Global centre, she planned to organise her last minute requirements and arrange the documents in the hotel so she knows that she has everything. Unfortunately, i cannot communicate with her because they don't have WLAN connection and in my opinion(not just a connection problem, not just on that day, but they just don't have it according to the clerk on the reception) it is very disappointing and very weak for an Accommodation near Business establishment to not have a WIfi connection. I hope they will do better next time.

I didn’t like that they don’t have the proper equipments like microwave for food or a hot water and no ref and no blow dryer. I also have to asked the desk for slippers.

I don't like that they announce that there is a kitchen, but there isn't even forks, plates, pots or anything inside. So I bought food with the idea to cook it and then found out that you can't actually cook. Also they didn't left a pillow on my bed

I stayed here 3 times already and every time I stay I asked for a floor mat, especially if you’re coming from the shower. My friend slipped on the floor from the shower luckily she was fine. I HOPE next time they will put bath mat for safety. Also, no toothbrush.

The bed was not very comfortable, as the metal frame produced noticeable squeaking noises with movement. Cleanliness also needs improvement, as there were cockroaches present during the stay. While the location and other aspects may be acceptable, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.

There are cockroaches. There is a cabinet, but they don't even provide hangers. There's no place to put toiletries on in the shower room. Worst part - there is no wifi (It's 2026. Hello??).

Kloaklugt fra badeværelset. Heldigvis kan man kun bemærke den de første 5 min når man lige er kommet ind i rummet. Ingen wifi. Man skal helt ned til receptionen hvis man vil få fat i personalet. Måske kan man ringe til dem via egen mobil. Der lå stadig sæbeblok fra sidste gæster på toilettet som om der kun bare lavet hurtig støvsugning.
