Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Petit déjeuner avec des plats turques, et un buffet classique occidental, je regrette le peu de changement d'un jour a l'autre mais très bon. Le personnel est très respectueux et disponible. Présence permanente. Chambres propres, bien climatisée.
La rue est très pittoresque, la route n'est pas bien entretenue et en pente donc il faut bien marcher pour remonter et aller sur un grand axe vers les lieux touristiques.

The rooms are quiet, clean and have adequate space, and the whole place is very clean. It's an excellent option in an excellent location.

Quelques restaurants et beaucoup de clubs nocturnes, idéal si vous êtes fêtards. L’hôtel est propre et le personnel très professionnel. Le petit déjeuné est essentiellement complet. Il manquait une pièce au niveau de la douche. Vue sur un immeuble proche depuis la fenêtre mais c’est normal on est à Istanbul. Les murs ont besoin d’une nouvelle peinture. Attention aux draps troués. Ce sont des détails à améliorer pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

The hotel needs maintenance, the curtain on the window was all torn, the bed sheets and the towels felt old and worn out. You can hear your neighbors a bit too well.

есть некоторые "моменты" в силу износа, которые необходимо заменить. но на комфорт это не влияет.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026The reception staff was very nice and helpful. Clean, nice and quite central hotel with lift and very nice rooms. The double bed room has a sofa (big plus). It's situated in a calm back alley, with a little shop /grocer right next to it. (6-7 mins walking distance to Taksim square, but first 1-2 mins are uphill) I recommend using the uber app, the hotel can't call a taxi for you.

Рядом, в шаговой доступности площадь Taksim, станция метро линии М2, фуникулер F1. Очень приветливый и радушный персонал. Хороший выбор меню на завтрак. Вид из окна на моей стороне был на открытое пространство, а не на стену напротив, что для центра Стамбула
1. В номере не работал холодильник. Я в течение 3 дней сообщал об этом администрации, мне обещали все исправить, но до моего отъезда так и не сделали ничего. На четвертый день предложили складывать мои продукты в холодильник ресторана отеля! 2. Не работала лампа в прихожей. При включении вспыхивала и сразу потухала. Также не включалась подсветка перед зеркалом в ванной. Приходилось бриться наощупь. 3. В описании на сайте не указано, что на пути к отелю имеется довольно крутой спуск длиной более 100 метров. При выходе из отеля нужно, соответственно, подниматься в гору. По узкой улице без тротуаров с интенсивным движением. Для пожилых людей или с больными ногами это очень трудно. 4. Полы в номерах и в коридорах сделаны из ламината. Из-за этого при ночных заездах-выездах постояльцев спать просто невозможно. 5. В диспенсере геля для душа не было совсем. Ни капли.

صعوبة المشي من والى الفندق لانه في مرتفعات جدا مرهقة وتحتاج تكسي في كل تحركاتك وحتى التكسي لا يستطيع الوقوف اكثر من دقيقة قبل ان تأتي سيارة اخرى ورائه او امامه تستعجله في التحرك .

Το πρώτο βράδυ που ήμουν εκεί είχα πυρετό και ήθελα να βάλω την θέρμανση στο ζεστό και προσπάθησα να το κάνω από το δωμάτιο μου και δεν μου επέτρεψε να αλλάξω το mode. Ζήτησα από τη reception να το αλλάξουν και μου είπαν δεν γίνεται γιατί θα αλλάξει σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Όλο το βράδυ κρύωνα και να σημειώσω ήταν Οκτώβρης και εκείνες τις ημέρες έκανε κρύο στην Κωνσταντινούπολη και δεν ύπαρξη καμία λύση στο θέμα. Επίσης, ζήτησα ένα χάπι για να μου πέσει ο πυρετός να αισθανθώ καλύτερα και να πάω σε φαρμακείο να αγοράσω εγώ και άλλα χάπια αλλά μου είπαν από τη reception ότι δεν έχουν και να πάω να αγοράσω . Οπουδήποτε στον κόσμο έχω ταξιδέψει δεν μου έχει ξανά συμβεί να μην υπάρχει first aid kit στο ξενοδοχείο. Δεν ξέρω αν στην Κωνσταντινούπολη έχουν βέβαια αλλά πρωτόκολλα .

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026The location and the staff are top! Breakfast is more than good enough with lots of varieties. All hotel staff try their best to help you. Really appreciated them! The heart of Istanbul is within 5 min walks and from there, you can reach any hotspot of Istanbul by walking or public transport. One of the best thing is that the cheapest transport (havaist to IST and havabus to SAW airports) are 5 mins walk distance from the hotel. You do not need to pay lots of money to taxi or uber or vip transfer.
The mattress was not comfortable. Its back support was not enough good, so it caused backache to me. Other side, the sound isolation between the rooms would better be better. It was disturbing to hear all chat and voices from the neighbor room.
