Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The room was very dirty and very outdated. It was not at all what was represented in the online photos. Staff was unfriendly and unwilling to help. We immediately checked out after seeing the room. It felt unsafe and unclean. I would not rent that room for my worst enemy.
The room was very dirty very dark very outdated. It did not feel like a safe place to stay and I am certain had I slept there there would have been rodents and bugs including cockroaches crawling on me in my sleep.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026This property greatly exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very nice with lots of space and the bathroom was exceptionally nice. There's a bar and an on-site restaurant where you can get anything you need and the pool is very nice.
The only downside to this place is that it's pretty far away from any restaurants or services, but if you're looking for a getaway or visiting family nearby this is an exceptional choice.

No assigned parking....I would imagine a spot with your room number make sense....but no....Was told to park anywhere I find a spot.....Also, the only included breakfast was a continental breakfast...what is this? ...the 1970's?....everywhere I've been, they include a real breakfast....they offer real breakfast but is not included.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Our stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. We were visiting the area for football playoffs, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and stress-free. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient during check-in. They took the time to provide helpful information about the area and offered valuable insight regarding travel distances to our game locations, which was greatly appreciated. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food and very reasonable prices. The gentleman working in the restaurant and bar area provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and consistently ensured that we had everything we needed. The guest rooms were recently renovated, exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The attention to detail throughout the property was evident and contributed to a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the pool and BBQ area, which created a true resort-like atmosphere and provided a wonderful place to unwind between activities. Overall, this hotel delivered outstanding hospitality, excellent amenities, and remarkable customer service. We were thoroughly impressed and will absolutely make this our preferred hotel whenever we return to the area. Highly recommended.
