Esta genial que el horario de las alberca sea hasta la media noche, muchas veces al salir de compras no da tiempo de disfrutar y con ese horario es perfecto para llegar a relajarse en el hotel Otro plus de este hotel es que es Pet friendly pagando una cuota extra, nuestro perro es pequeño, de menos de 5 kg

El desayuno, muy poca variedad, preferimos no desayunar ahi. La habitación tenía muy poca iluminación

Good location

The hot tub was not hot and needed some cleaning. The showers in both rooms that I used didn’t have any water pressure. Breakfast was $16.00 per person and was basically hotel food that other hotels give as complimentary. 3rd party like booking doesn’t include breakfast

The beds and pillows are super comfortable and I love having a chase lounge in the room. Under the bed lighting is a big plus for me no nightlight needed!

The bathroom could be better lit at hurry up and get that second elevator fixed!

My stay at the hotel was horrible. I booked two nights but ended up staying only one because after a long day of traveling, we arrived at 9 PM. The front desk clerk was completely lost and couldn’t find my reservation for at least 10 minutes, despite me showing my confirmation number and having done pre-arrival check-in. He kept questioning if I was at the right place. On top of that, he never informed us that the elevator was out of service due to a power outage. Being pregnant and high risk, climbing the stairs was very unsafe, and no accommodations or help were offered. The hall had a irking smell of urine, which was disgusting, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

Felt forgotten, not enough towels for four people. No housekeeping.Req two queen beds and they put in a room with a pull out bed? That wasn’t what we expected.

The area where it is located is great everything you need and place to shop is very close the day staff was pleasant

First of all the night clerk took about a good. Literally five minutes to help us. She was in the back goofing off as we got and checked into our room. Our bathroom was full of pubic hair and the towels and the shower on the toilet. The water smelled really bad while showering. Cause we had no choice. But to stay there. I called the front desk. Five separate times and let it ring about 30 times each. No one answered to try and see if we can get a different room. We had already paid and it was very late at night to check. In anywhere else. The towels smelled like when you pay the Dog that kind of Dog bath. Water. The refrigerator was not even cold for us to put our drinks in for a few minutes to get cold. Underneath the sheets we found hair. I will not stay there ever again.!!

I like the location & price was reasonable.

Both of the beds in my room were very worn & need to be replaced. When you lay in the bed you sink because it has been slept in on that side so much.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and has a pleasant aroma. The room is beautifully appointed, with excellent lighting, and the mattress felt brand new. The shower pressure is decent.

No smart TV

Location is close to nearby restaurants and stores

Room phone didn’t work, called the desk to deliver towels never came. Later called the desk to deliver toiletries, never came. No ice machine on lobby floor, had to go up to second floor. Hallways were very noisy and crowded with staff cleaning rooms thought the day.

This is the first time a hotel has asked us if we required daily room cleaning. Of course, we requested it, and there was one day when the cleaning wasn't done, which upset us greatly.

Stayed for a convention. Hotel staff at all levels was great. Service was superb and quick. Rooms are big and comfortable with a great AC. Will stay again

Checking/checkout inflexibility.inconvenient. Need a courtesy system where a request for a late checkout could be honored especially with out of town/ business people who checked in late especially with low census.

I stayed a third night and I requested the room be cleaned. I came back still had wet towels and overflowing trash. I was not a happy camper
