Apartment was comfortable and cozy.

Location was good but a bit sketchy to enter to the.back parking even there were cameras.

Can’t really say because we canceled our reservation when we got there.

The location was terrible and we did not stay

it was very close to downtown ponce just a ten minute walk or so!

nothing in particular was bad i will say if food is left out it can attract ants but thats to be expected anywhere.

The apt was spacious. Next to a very good restaurant. We would consider it but it needs some TLC.

The balcony was dirty. The stairs narrow no elevator to a third floor. The apt needs a few things like towel holders in the bathroom. Some luggage racks so you don’t have to put your stuff on the floor. Fumigation we had little ants and roachs in the kitchen.

The apartment was good enough, very spacious and the bed was huge. We had 3 rooms which was fantastic. Location is great tho and it has parking.

It had a very weird smelled that kept escalating as the days past. Thankfully we crossed paths with the cleaning lady and she came to clean again and the smell finally went way. Also the flat was for 4 people but we only had towels for 3 people. Be prepare because it has no elevator and the stair are so big.

The lights went out for 18 hours. Could not take a shower due to the electrical service and the light s when out again. The Owner needs a generator so that would not happen again. I do enjoy the place I have been there before and will be going back in June I hope they're going to have a generator by then. Otherwise I love the place. Dee

Location was ok

Very poor maintenance of the property. One of the plugs was sparking when used for coffee machine. I informed the property but no reply.

Equipped with all the necessary equipment. Spacious. Very close to Ponce city centre

The decoration can be improved to make it more cozy. Unfortunately there was constructions happening next to our building and it was very noisy from 6 am

three very spacious separate bedrooms, we could sleep forever, big balcony where you can chill, good location, easygoing check-in, clever locks where you can enter by pincode

Tv didn’t and not enough towels for everyone, we were 7 and there only 3 towels. We contact administrator but didn’t answered. Very disappointing

Steep Stairs for older guests, uncomfortable bed and futon, water pressure, dirty shower head and shower, eye sore scenery.

It's located like 10 mins walk from the city center. The room is spacious and facilities are great.

There were cockroaches. We saw 2, not a pleasant experience.

Same as the pictures. Very spacious and comfortable. There was no hot water.

There is a private parking but the gate is maintained open. No security in the parking. Someone broke into my SUV. I saw him go through my things in the car for a while but I didn’t dare to interact with the person. I was about 2am. The hotel saw everything on camera but nothing was done.

Allnthe expirience was perfect, even when I ask to extend 1 more day, they went far beyond my expectations

The property was very clean and very close to 2 fast food restaurants and a bar.. which was a plus

The mattress was a little bit bent in the middle.

Rep was flexible with time of leaving due to our flight. Really appreciated it.

Some things we're broken when we arrived, landlord was good about it. It was not a deal breaker for us. So we won't mention what it was. We still feel like it was a good stay.

Nice location, spacious

The stairs are a little narrow and uncomfortable to go up or down with luggage, we were ok with it but it could be a challenge for other people. Cleanliness could improve a bit, we did find a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms termites had left a "line/path" on the wall, by the window (but it might have been old because we didn't see any termites)

Spacious, comfortable and central to my needs

The first floor business block the parking entrance one day for a couple of hours.

The rooms were very clean and good for the value. The appliances were adequate to meet our needs, especially the refrigerator, due to my wife's medication requirement. Lighting was great and daily shower was wonderful. Once we were able to gain access for the keys on arrival, it was convenient to access and leave daily. Parking in the lot was very good too. We will consider renting this facility in future trips, if available.

I didn't like the lack of an onsite host when we arrived as it took several phone calls to get the needed help to accessing the rooms key. Also, a few nights we experienced loud noise until after midnight from nearby facilities including the other apartments within our building.

Nothing, the whole around the rented property was a slum... my wife was afraid to get out of the car.

Location cleanliness noise communication with owners WiFi nonexistent one towel per room no toilet paper no storage in bedrooms only one mirror in entire apartment. Outlets did not work.

We stayed at the property for a few days while visiting family in Ponce. We had a 3rd floor room. We liked how central the location was to the center of town as well as how spacious the place was. There was air conditioning in all bedrooms that worked very well. There was a full kitchen. We didn’t have enough towels and contacted the management and right away we had enough towels. Great service.

The parking was a bit small and thus we had to park in the street. In addition, there is no elevator on premise. We had to carry our luggage to the third floor

I never talked to or seen the staff, they never responded to my voicemail. The pressure in the shower was low.

There was problems with the air conditioner, no staff around to ask questions, no laundry on facility and the picture shown for property is not at all it

the wifi connectivity was awful, for being such a small space, wifi wasn't available for all parts of the aptmt.

This place is not even there. The map led us to an abandoned alleyway. I asked locals and even police officers. Nobody had ever heard of this place. I tried calling the owner and only got a recording. Ended up getting a room in another hotel. Horrible Experience!

Very modern and spacious room in a great location of town.

Parking was In a tight angle. I had to put the code in numerous times to open the door and you could hear lot of noise from neighbors when sleeping

Completely false advertisement, they are trying to take advantage of tourist visiting the island by taking their money with no refund. Booking.com offers their customers you can rent the property that very same night when in fact is for the next day in the afternoon. Once they charge you they won’t refund your money back or take responsibility for offering some thing that is completely false. After this experience I will never use this services again.

The apartment was clean and has a lot of space. The AC were in a very good condition . It has parking at the front of the building

The toilet lid needs to be adjusted because I felt that I was falling when I used it. The 2nd room got soaked when it started raining on Saturday. The TV wasn't working and I reported it Saturday morning and they came at 5:30pm to fix it. The water heater was out of order and I reported it Saturday morning. They came at 5:30pm but couldnt fix it. There were no cutting knife in the kitchen!
