855 Villa

Property was clean and modern and the rooms were spacious - hosts were lovely and welcoming Location is good only about 8 mins walk from centre and 5 from cafes and restaurants

Not listed properly - we booked out the ‘entire villa’ but actually was just two bedrooms on first floor, despite listing saying it was four rooms, a living room and a kitchen (all of which we had no access to) Area around it is still in construction (big, loud project opposite) so not nearly as idyllic as photo suggests

Beautiful place, very nice and kind staff. All snakes and lizards are welcoming near the hotel 🥰 Worth to go for sure

The ladies were friendly. The location was great near town but not too noisy.

The bathroom has open windows with mesh so mosquitos got in, just have to close bathroom door. The bathroom floor looked like paint had been splashed all over and the sink tap was coming away. The stairs are steep and slippery. View on the balcony was over scrubland!

Wonderful place of my story on my holiday in Siem Reap province quite places and room or bathroom super clean owner helpful us to pick up free from bus station and specially good location easy to walking around area . I am strongly recommend to everyone to book this place.

Villa so great nice room and clean is new billing I am staying on my short day on my trip one day but is more comfortable for me to stay easy to walking around to pub street or night or old market just 08 km from villa and specially owner super helpful me to pick up from bus station for free . I am want all guest booked this place small villas but all room super nice and also quiet I am promises to come back again and staying longer.

Nice room

No cleaning of the room during stay. Spooky dark area in town. Many loose dogs fighting and barking during night. No english speaking staff. No reception.

It's not hotel's fault,but many dogs are there in front of pass. They were barling noisily while night.

- Very quiet No chickens after 4 a.m., no barking dogs at night, no street noise. - All things new - Everything is as shown in the pictures on Booking.com. - Friendly - Good WiFi in my room - Comfortable double bed 2 m long. - Approximately 5 – 10 minutes' walk from restaurants, ATM, bars, nightlife, mini market. - Quiet air conditioning - Quiet balcony with beautiful views - Only a few rooms - No noise from other guests - They had a tuk tuk driver who drove me to the temples of Angkor. He spoke good English, was very patient with me and friendly. - Ideal place to recharge your batteries after a busy day at the temples.

- The size of the room is incorrectly stated on Booking.com. Including the balcony and bathroom, it is less than 40 square meters and not 50 square meters as Booking.com says. - Google Maps shows the wrong location, i.e. my tuk tuk driver only found it after making a phone call to the accommodation. He had first driven to the wrong place while following Google Maps. It's best for your tuk tuk driver to make a phone call to the accommodation immediately and not rely on Google Maps. - A middle-aged lady doesn't speak English.

This place is basically Western standards, really great option in Siem Reap. One of the biggest rooms we have had in our 7 weeks trip through SE Asia and also one of the cleanest and with most facilities in the room. Great big balcony, very comfortable bed, there is everything you need in the room. The place is close to the busy streets of the Pub area and central market, however, because it is tucked on some side street, it is really quiet, we actually were hearing the crickets outside when going to sleep - amazing! Highly recommended!

The property is located on a side street (which in reality is great, because it is really quiet) which can be a little dark when coming home at night. However, the area is really safe, there are several restaurants, cafes, a gym, very close by, so in no moment did we feel unsafe.

Room was very clean, comfortable with a nice bathroom. Very good location. The people running the villa are lovely.

Electricity went out on 3 days of the stay when it was raining. You can hear everything going on outside the room. Room was not as big as it says in the description.

Room and bathroom were both clean and of a good standard, you're not too far from Pub St/the centre. They also organised a free ride from the airport to the guesthouse which was super helpful. If you want some quiet this is a good option in terms of being fairly close to where the action is but distant enough to have quiet nights.

Location is good in terms of vicinity, but unfortunately the guesthouse is next to a dirt road, leaving your shoes dirty every time you go out and forcing you to jump over puddles if it rains and walk on mud. Not really the guesthouse's fault however, but it's worth considering before booking. I also would have liked it if they had change when taking payment, I did not have 20 cents on me so for the $20.20 (you can't get small change from currency exchange businesses so unless you've been to America recently you won't have those) so had to use some Thai baht to cover that part but it was more than 20 cents. Not a huge deal as it wasn't a big amount but had I not had some small baht notes I am not sure what could have been done.

Beautiful small villa with all new rooms, good stuff and private parking, quiet, not much rooms, so it’s like home

Room smaller, that I thought, 1 day no hot water. But after all this is one of best places in Siem Reap

The place is situated almost in the heart of the town, but a little bit on the side , so you can reach all the main attractions in 10 minutes walk and at the same time it's a quiet peaceful place. The owner was very nice, organized a free tuk tuk for me from the bus to the villa, always was in touch, helped with everything I need. The room is great, everything is new, clean, nice and cozy, the bed is super comfortable, comfortable table to work on the computer, many different light options, fridge, kettle and there's a kitchen downstairs , so you can even cook for yourself. Highly recommend. Thank you!
