Everything was great

We stayed at this hotel for more than a week, and we really enjoyed every moment of it. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. Everyone was so friendly and warm that it honestly felt like we had known them for a long time. The location is fantastic. The Blue Mosque is only about 3 minutes away on foot, and Hagia Sophia is around 5 minutes away. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the Sultanahmet tram stop is very close, so it’s easy to get around Istanbul. The sea is also just a short walk away, which was lovely for an evening walk along the promenade. A special thank you to Mr. Furkan, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He is such a nice person and was always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really tell that he cares about the guests, and we appreciated it so much. We also had a family reunion during our stay, with several family members staying at the hotel, and everyone had a great time. The warm atmosphere of the hotel made the whole experience even more special. The breakfast was fresh and good, and the kitchen staff were very nice and helpful. I have some food allergies, and I was happy to find things I could eat without any problems. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfectly fine. One thing I especially appreciated was how quiet it was at night. Even though the hotel is right in the centre of Sultanahmet, there was no problem sleeping at all. I’m a very light sleeper, so this was a big plus for me! Overall, what we loved most was the people and the atmosphere. We felt comfortable, welcome and genuinely looked after during our entire stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, and especially to Mr. Furkan, for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back when we visit Istanbul again! ❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Albinas Hotel Old City et nous en garderons un très beau souvenir. ❤️ L’hôtel est très bien situé, au cœur d’Istanbul, ce qui nous a permis de profiter facilement de la vieille ville et de ses magnifiques monuments. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Toute l’équipe a été très attentionnée avec nous tout au long du séjour, toujours souriante et prête à nous aider lorsque nous en avions besoin. On s’y sent vraiment bien accueilli. L’hôtel est agréable, propre et confortable, et l’ambiance y est chaleureuse. Nous avons voyagé en famille et notre séjour s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’Albinas Hotel Old City pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs d’Istanbul et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation. Во-первых, шикарная локация, все главные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Вид с терассы, как на фото Весь персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Поздравили с Днем Рождения - за это отдельное спасибо, было приятно😍 Что бы я добавила для более комфортного пребывания - в нашем номере не хватало большого зеркала (очень важно для женщин). В целом, опыт положительный, с радостью выберу этот отель еще раз

Ubicación perfecta muy cerca a las principales actividades turísticas. Acceso fácil en transporte desde el aeropuerto. Es pequeño pero cómodo y la calidad del personal que nos atendió, excelente, excepcional.

No puedo decir que algo NO me gustó. Prefiero habitaciones un poquito más amplias para dos personas

El armario tiene poca profundidad y la luz del baño no era la mejor para maquillarse.

Hôtel très bien situé, dans le quartier de Fatih, à 2 pas des sites touristiques. Sur la terrasse, une vue sur la mosquée Sultan Ahmet d’un côté et sur la mer de l’autre. Le personnel est attentionné et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous avons pu garer la voiture devant L’hôtel. L'établissement, les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est variée, fait maison, j'en profite pour remercier Perihan, une adorable dame, gentille et attentionnée qui s'occupait du buffet.

Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută la acest hotel și îl recomand cu drag! Locația este excelentă, foarte aproape de Moscheea Albastră și Hagia Sofia. Marele Bazar este la aproximativ 15–20 de minute de mers, iar la Bosfor se ajunge în aproximativ 30 de minute. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și de ajutor de fiecare dată când am avut nevoie de informații sau recomandări. Curățenia se făcea zilnic, iar prosoapele ne-au fost schimbate în fiecare zi. Micul-dejun a fost super ok, cu destule opțiuni din care puteai alege. În ceea ce privește parcarea, este puțin mai dificilă în zona, însă hotelul dispune de câteva locuri la intrare și am avut noroc să găsim unul liber. Per total, am avut o experiență foarte frumoasă și ne-am simțit bine primiți. Este un loc pe care îl recomand din suflet și cu siguranță aș reveni cu drag!

Hotelul se afla in apropierea obiectivelor turistice iar personalul este foarte amabil și dispus să te ajute. Serviciile de curățenie zilnice iar micul dejun a fost foarte bun.

Camera foarte curata și personalul foarte drăguț.Este la 5 minute de mers pe jos de piața Sulthanamet.In fiecare zi ne au lăsat în cameră două sticle de apă la 0,5 l , gratis .Micul dejun consistent.Recomand!

Найбільше сподобався сервіс а саме адміністратор Furkan він все розповів підказував. Навіть вирішив форс-мажорні проблеми а саме коли у мене здох акумулятор він швидко допоміг з заміною. Дуже вдячний.

The staff was outstanding. Every single member went above and beyond to make our short stay extra special. They provided little things we needed, gave advice and were amazingly helpful and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Albinas Hotel. I was only staying 1 night because I had a layover and wanted to explore, and the staff recommended me places to go and eat. The included hotel breakfast was great, and I had a view of the Blue Mosque from the terrace at the hotel. They also told me what places I could realistically go to with the time I had, as well as the best time to leave for the airport. The location was great too, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar were all walking distance from the hotel.

We stayed here for one night and had a great experience. It’s a small and cozy hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. Even though the rooms are not very large, they have everything you need for a pleasant stay🥰 The hotel has an excellent location in the center of Istanbul. Many of the main attractions, as well as cafes and restaurants, are within easy walking distance, which is very convenient for exploring the city🌇 The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with parking, gave us recommendations on places to visit, and even surprised us with small gifts🥹 Breakfast was delicious, with a nice buffet! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. If I come back to Istanbul for a city trip with a friend, I would happily choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Old fashioned rooms, but very comfortable. Lovely reception and breakfast staff. A varied and very fresh breakfast. Location is brilliant, on a quiet street less than 10 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque.

The front desk staff were amazing and the cleaning ladies were great !!!!

The breakfast was very poor!!! Every day the same mediocre choices . The second day even the tea bags disappeared and for the glas of orange juice they charged 100 tl.

Хороший отель, очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Мягкая кровать и приятное постельное белье. Хорошая терраса на крыше, на которой можно позавтракать и полюбоваться Босфорский проливом.

Узковата кровать, но указанным размерам соответствовала. Вид из номера был на стену соседнего здания, но поскольку мы в номере просто ночевали, это не доставило нам неудобств. Ещё где-то рядом был ремонт, один раз слышали стук и звук дрели.

un hotel extrem de bine localizat, in apropiere de principalele atractii ale orasului. Personalul deosebit de binevoitor si prietenos, ne-a ajutat atat cu masina cat si cu rezervarile facute. Foarte amabili ambii receptioneri, ne-au dat multe sfaturi bune cum sa folosim transportul in comun, iar recomandarea unuia dintre ei legata de croaziera a fost de nota 10 !! Recomand cu multa incredere acest hotel !!

Lo mejor es la vista de la mezquita azul desde la terraza superior del hotel. Sentarse en la terraza por la noche, viendo la mezquita iluminada, fue muy agradable.

La habitación era muy pequeña, sin espacio apenas para pasar, ni sitio alguno para abrir las maletas,. Un pequeñísimo balcón dame a un patio interior.

The hotel made a very good impression. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel. The breakfasts are tasty and fresh. I would especially like to highlight the dining staff — a very attentive and friendly woman, I believe her name is Makhfiruz. The location of the hotel is convenient, with everything you need nearby. I recommend it for a comfortable stay.

We stayed at the Albinas Hotel in Istanbul for three nights and had a great experience. The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. The value for money was outstanding, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul.

Great place to stay in the old city. The neighborhood itself is really charming with lots of restaurants around. I enjoyed eating breakfast with a view of the blue mosque every morning. Overall a great place to stay to enjoy Istanbul.

Для такого хорошего отеля завтраки могли бы быть вкуснее и разнообразнее.

Мы были с 15 по 17 мая текущего года. Расположение хорошее, завтрак отличный в плане отличного качества и большого разнообразия. Есть терраса с отличным видом на мечеть Султанахмет. Хороший пеший доступ к основным достопримечательностям. Персонал гостиницы приветливый, чистота и порядок во всем. Рекомендуем всем своим друзьям и коллегам.

Camere pulite, letti comodi, zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Posizione comoda a tutte le attrazioni principali. 10 minuti a piedi e si arriva nella piazza di sultanahmet. Colazione abbondante e buona. Personale gentile, sopratutto la signora della sala colazioni, adorabile e ottima cuoca. Ci ha preparato un menemen, piatto tradizionale della colazione turca, buonissimo. Ottimo albergo.

Decent stuff, clean room

Very Small king bed , no ventilation in bathroom, not working air condition, location is relatively far from tram station, limited breakfast, small rooms but like others in sultanahmet area

Sehr gute Lage um zu den zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu gelangen, sehr freundliches Personal Wir haben das Hotel mit der Bahn bis Yenikapi und dann das kurze Stück mit dem Taxi erreicht. Es ist sehr billig mit der Bahn und Taxi anzureisen.

Einen von den 4 Tagen war das Frühstücksbuffet halb 9 leer und es wurde nicht nachgelegt. Die anderen Tage waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück gibt es ab 8 Uhr.

Dans notre chambre, il manque une commode pour les habits. Il yavait la table de nuit mais le tiroir petit. Nous étions pour 4 jours donc nos habits sont restés dans notre valise. Mais peut-être pour la chambre ( standard) il y’a pas de place. Mais ça était quand même.

Якби можна було поставити 11, то я б це із задоволенням зробила. Дякую за розуміння та скасування бронювання без штрафу через відміну рейса. Попереднє проживання було чудовим, сніданки різноманітні. Але найголовніше - це персонал. Максимально клієнтоорієнтовані! Рекомендую цей готель

La habitación era muy cómoda y el desayuno muy bueno.

Si tuviera que buscar algo que no me haya gustado sería el café del desayuno. Era Nescafé de máquina.

Jeg har valgt Albinas Hotel Istanbul for anden gang, da jeg besøgte Istanbul igen inden for to år. Grunden er, at hele personalet på hotellet er utrolig hjælpsomt og altid møder gæsterne med et smil. Receptionens personale er meget venlige, høflige og yderst kompetente, især når det gælder information og vejledning. Hver gang vi spurgte om, hvordan vi skulle komme rundt i byen, fik vi altid grundige og detaljerede forklaringer. Vi følte os meget trygge og næsten som hjemme under hele opholdet. Jeg vil også gerne rette en særlig tak til Makbule Hanım fra restauranten for hendes venlighed og dygtighed. Stuepigen gjorde et fantastisk arbejde med rengøringen af vores værelse. Den eneste lille ting er, at morgenmaden godt kunne have været mere varieret og af lidt højere kvalitet. Tusind tak til hele personalet – de udfører deres arbejde med stor professionalisme og engagement. Jeg er sikker på, at dette ikke bliver mit sidste ophold 🙂

We had a decent little room on the 2nd floor that overlooked the front street. It could be a bit noisy at times, but overall, we were fine with it. The staff at the Albinas were very kind, especially the couple that worked in the breakfast room in the morning! The breakfast buffet had eggs, a few breads and pastries, dried fruits, and a few other items; coffee and tea were available all day. Our room was decorated nicely, impeccably clean and the bathroom and shower were great.

We first stayed at the Albinas in 2013, shortly after the hotel initially opened. We loved it so much that we decided to return. Sadly, the things that really stood out to us as exceptional are no more. The gorgeous rooftop terrace with jaw-dropping views has been replaced with a tiny unappealing patio (there is discussion regarding bringing the terrace back after renovation; we hope this is truly the case). We recall the breakfast buffet at the Albinas as being ample and varied and fit for a king! It is quite limited now, and it must be noted that the photos of breakfast on the Albinas website are not reflective of the actual offerings which are much more meager. Additionally, the bed in our room sagged on one side and the duvet was barely large enough to cover both me and my husband at the same time. We hope that the renovations that will be taking place at the Albinas do restore the hotel to the extraordinary way it was in the past.
