The location was perfect for everything I plan on doing.

I loved everything about the bell channel inn I just wish I had rented a car, but the property made sure I had transportation.

I was completely duped by this scam and was never told that most of the property was under construction.

The whole situation. I’ve never stayed in such a low rent property.

I enjoyed the lunch, i didn't have breakfast. The current excavation work made it a little inconvenient entering and exiting the front of the property. The room lighting can be illuminated a bit more. The lookout from my balcony was welcomed.

Close proximity to the city , lucaya , airport

Work was going on at the driveway so it was a bit loud during the day n a bit congested

The restaurant was exceptional, the food was delicious and on point. Compliments to the chef and staff.

The water pressure wasn't good and wish there was a screen at the sliding door, so the door could be left opened for the breeze to come in the room.

Staff very pleasant and helpful it’s a little succluded from walking places no lights on road very dark area once at the hotel no stores close by and no laundry facilities

No kitchen no microwave just fridge Nothing around the hotel to do or stores close your unable to walk anywhere due to no lighting around the corridor of hotel. Very succluded they don’t offer transportation to anything you have to continuously pay for taxi service which is $15-20 very high. Also there little restaurant upstairs up charge for everything overly priced $24 for Caesar salad no meats no veg except lettuce and cheese.

My room which was a king canal view was advertised to have a microwave. But did not have any even with alerting staff about it 3 times. None was placed in my room up until my departure.

It’s not the most walkable location but the staff can easily grab you a taxi. We did walk to Lucaya Beach but it was probably a mile each way… Bahamian heat in tow.

That the bathroom was separate from the room & the independent area for the facebowl. Liked that there are 2 nice size closets, fridge & microwave. The 2 sets of tables 1 for eating & the other just for friends to enjoy cocktails. The sleeping area was very spacious and I really like the work desk that was portable. Huge flat screen tv was the icing on the cake. Also the view of the canal from the balcony was nice. & the room was very, very, very clean & tidy. 👌🏾

1. The bath window, though frosted could use a blackout shade /curtain from showering @ night & the light being on can see the outline movements of the person in the shower. 2. The mattress could've been a little more firm (but that could just be me & my preference). 3. More sound proof is needed between upper & lower floors (me being a builder) sound of walking or heavy traffic is heard if the TV is off or it's just quiet. 4. Have the maintenance crew ensure that all the main entry doors open & close with ease & lubricate all hinges from squeaking noise.

Everything was nice, I really like the upkeep of the hotel. I’ve noticed they added entertainment at the pool that was nice.

There were other persons there that was really loud after hours at the pool. Other than that my stay was good.

Cleanliness and overlooks a beautiful canal

Located behind a dilapidated building… very unappealing and a sore sight. Also, I wished the facility had a small gym for visitors to workout.

Friendly staff. Very clean room and restaurant. Convenient of having the restaurant available, especially for breakfast. Enjoy sitting by the pool reading.

I think the daily cleaning fee is too high especially when I and friends I know have cleaning ladies clean our homes for $25 hour. The cleaning fee of $22 is too much when they spend only about 15 minutes cleaning the room.

Dead large cockroaches in the room. A shady area with buildings crumbling around the hotel. No "do not disturb" sign. No card access for the room.

I really like this hotel. The room was spacious, and clean. I had a lovely view of the canal/marina. The staff were friendly and polite. The manager checked in with me during my stay and answered my questions pre booking.

I had to pay for bottled water. Which was quite small. After a while it became quite expensive. Some of the meals were bland. But apart from that everything was ok.

Bell Channel Inn is run by the most wonderful people (hi Susie and Liz!). It’s clean with beautiful rooms and a big balcony. The pool is very nice and the restaurant has delicious food. It’s walking distance to Port Lucaya marketplace if you want to visit!

I loved the atmosphere! When my partner and I left and come back, our room had a beautiful scent inside. The room attendant did a fabulous job.

Rooms was okay quite spacious, swimming pool was semi clean .

All ladies in reception wasn’t helpful at all - if you are white you may feel not welcome - only black community in hotel , quite rude , the worst was when we went for a breakfast as the cockroach was sneaking on the floor 🤮 I’ve asked for veggies for breakfast but they said they don’t have any 🫠 so had plain egg and couple of horrible pancakes. No cappuccino served as well. Overall really disappointed. We end up been paying extra to go to Wyndham for day pass to not ruin holidays

Additional charge of $22 a night for cleaning my room. Fee too high. Even if I don't want housekeeping service it's still added to my bill.

Everything was tickety boo. Extremely friendly and helpful staff that goes beyond expectations. Great location - close to everything. Very spacious rooms that you usually expect only from a five star hotel. Delicious meals and quick service at the restaurant. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again!

The swimming pool was occupied by kids almost 100 % of the time, so this hotel is only good for family travellers
