Bad smell in hotel because its builded in last century, all was just bad.

Tôi thích nhất là phòng không có mùi quá nồng. Mùi trong phòng khá nhẹ và sạch sẽ, bước vào sau một chuyến đi dài cảm thấy dễ chịu chứ không bị khó chịu bởi mùi nước hoa hay hóa chất

יש לאפשר לאורחים שלא אוכלים בשר בבוקר לאכול אוכל חלבי עם גבינות הפקידת קבלה הייתה קצרת רוח ולא נעימה ובנוסף הם לא מדברים אנגלית

בתחילה קיבלתי חדר עם ריח נורא של עובש ולאחר מכן העבירו אותי לחדר אחר ואז היא אמרה לי כי זה לא החדר הנכון ואז עברתי לעוד חדר . המזרן היה מאוד רך בשבילי ואני מדגיש בשבילי . אני פשוט יכול לישון רק על מזרן קשה,ואז ביקשתי האם יכולים לשנות לי את המזרן [נכון ניסו] אבל ללא הצלחה .עוד דבר נוסף יש 11 קומות ורק מעלית אחת שצריך לחכות לה והכי לא תקין זה שאני מדבר עם פקידת הקבלה והיחס של היה מחפיר, לא זו שקבלה אותי אלא מישהי אחרת למוחרת

Nước uống trong phòng được chuẩn bị đầy đủ và đặt ở vị trí dễ nhìn. Sau khi đi ngoài trời về có sẵn nước để uống ngay khiến mình cảm thấy khách sạn khá chu đáo với những nhu cầu nhỏ của khách

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité de la plage de Da Nang. La propreté était impeccable, rien à redire à ce niveau. Le petit-déjeuner était également très complet et varié, avec un large choix de plats européens et asiatiques : il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Dans l’ensemble, le personnel de la réception était agréable et serviable. Nous avons toutefois eu une expérience un peu moins positive avec une réceptionniste. À notre arrivée, la chambre proposée n’était pas adaptée à notre réservation : les couchages étaient prévus pour 3 personnes alors que nous étions 5. Le changement de chambre a été un peu compliqué à organiser avec elle. Au moment du départ, cette même personne nous a également demandé de payer pour une serviette qui avait simplement du sable en dessous (nous avions d’ailleurs pris une photo). Nous n’avons pas souhaité discuter davantage, car le reste du séjour s’était très bien passé. Malgré ce petit désagrément, nous gardons une très bonne impression de l’hôtel. Très bon emplacement, chambres propres, excellent petit-déjeuner et, dans l’ensemble, une équipe accueillante. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour un séjour à Da Nang. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In disgraceful state of disrepair, dirty, staff not friendly. Advertise a bar which doesn't open. Limited hot water, need to get up early to have a hot shower. Balcony tiles were so dirty if you went out there bare footed your feet turned black. Doors hanging off cabinetry, mouldy grout in the bathroom.

The room was clean and well organized. Breakfast was simple but fresh. The pool was a nice place to unwind after a day out. Staff were helpful and kind.

The location is great close to the beach but not too crowded. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Nichts zu berichten, was ich mir über dieses Hotel gefallen hat.

Das Hotel ist völlig heruntergekommen. Laut der Beschreibung auf Booking.com sowie nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Personal sollte ein früher Check-in möglich sein. Als wir um 10 Uhr ankamen, wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass der Check-in erst ab 14 Uhr möglich ist. Die Online-Fotos scheinen stark mit KI bearbeitet worden zu sein: Der angeblich große Fitnessraum erwies sich vor Ort als winziger Raum mit uralten, rostigen Geräten. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind alt und beschädigt, das Badezimmer ist voller Schimmel und die Toilette verstopft ständig. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet enttäuschte - Baguette und Toastbrot waren trocken und mehrere Tage alt. Keine Empfehlung!

Located right on Vo Nguyen Giap street, it's just a few steps to the beach. The area is vibrant at night with many great seafood restaurants nearby. The hotel also helped us rent a motorbike quickly at a fair price.

My favorite part was the king-sized, plush bed, which ensured a deep and restful sleep. The linens and pillows were clean with a pleasant, subtle scent. The room's soundproofing is excellent, keeping out any hallway noise

Besides the pool, I really enjoyed the hotel's gym area; the equipment is new and very clean. After working out, relaxing at the rooftop pool with the view was wonderful. Staff in all areas were consistently welcoming. Every service was well-executed.

Staff behaved unprofessionally—we booked two rooms for a family of five, but got separated by 4 floors. Our room constantly had roaches come up on several occasions, the elevators (that were especially limited) always held an unpleasant odor, the mats were dirty, and about every part of the building displayed poor cleaning services of the hotel. Additionally, we requested to exchange a certain amount of cash to the staff, and were directed unprofessionally to an ATM machine instead.

The rates here are exceptionally reasonable compared ro the quality of service. Despite being right on Vo Nguyen Giap street by the beach, the prices remain very fair. Friendly staff and full facilities like the gym and pool.
