Buffet breakfast

Room is small. I felt congested. Parking. They have minimal. Car parked behind me blocked my car. And I had to rely on uber to go to places. Hotel service guy did not know whose car it is. And was struggling. Even after checkout also I had to wait there for more than half an hour to takeout my car. Mainly they don't know whose car and inefficient staff to solve it. This is regarding parking in the basement.

Breakfast and meals at other times in the restaurant were excellent. Location was perfect for the palace.

When we arrived, the bedding had hair and stains in it but was changed when staff at reception were informed twice. Additional mattress requested at the time of booking was also only put in after requesting again. The toilet flush was not working very well but unfortunately could not be fixed. Mr Mahesh at the reception was the only gentleman who responded promptly to the issue raised above. Thank you Mr Mahesh!

The restaurant was fantastic and very affordable. Overall, I thought the stay was wonderful. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel's central location made it possible to walk to many places such as the Palace and Devaraja Market. The staff was generous with assistance with booking transportation.

The room was comfortable, though the bedsheets were stained. Nevertheless, it was safe and fine. The car bookings arranged with professionalism and kindness by the front desk staff were on the expensive side, but truly helpful nonetheless.

A small and friendly hoteln in central location for visiting Mysore. For the price the room was very clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. Above all staff and service are exceptional - friendly and really helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in Mysore.

Bed sheet are old, bathroom door were damaged. Towels are very rough. No tooth brush and soups. Closets are not much cleaned. Not worth for Money

We had an excellent experience staying at Hotel Lok Sagar from June 26th to 28th. The accommodations were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was highly positive. We were particularly impressed by the staff, who were attentive, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Every request was handled promptly, making our time there completely hassle-free. Thank you to the management and team for providing such high-quality service. We would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Location is good, some staff were courteous. Check in and checkout were seamless.

The towels were old. There was a telephone for the cleaning staff right outside the room which rang constantly throughout the day due to which one could not sleep in. When we asked to change the room, we were told that all rooms were close to that telephone and so this noise will be experienced everywhere. After some arguments, next morning we were told that there is a room available which is far from the telephone. Meaning they were lying the day before. When we changed the room, late in night, we found that the bathroom exhaust was not working. There wasn't any hot water too. We left the next morning.

They charged for below 10 years kids. Which was almost equivalent to the more than half of the room rent. The house keeping is very bad and the jouse keeping personnel are very arrogant. Limted choices in breakfast.

In breakfast they keep south indian foods nd bread but dont keep eggs in any form which is pretty basic.. And if u ask fr eggs they charge fr it.. Which I feel they intentionally dont keep eggs so that they can charge u telling that u have askd extra food which is not complimentary given.. Very strategic very shrewd.. Nd mild warm water in some rooms.. Nt hot

The location is too good. Since it's an old building bathroom that needs renovation from dripping water, fuse bulb & clogged washbasin. The TV was out, the air conditioner was dripping. The most important concern is whenever the power goes off & reboot again one has to wake up remove the key card & insert again. The kitchen is expensive but the taste is too good. The staff are friendly. It was a good stay 🙏

I BOOKED 2 XECUTIVE FOR 4 AULTSFOR 4 NIGHTS BUT THEY SAID BOOKING.COM INFORMED US AS 2 ADULTS FOR TWO ROOMS. CHGS COLLECTED ONLY FOR TWO PXS. BUT I ARGUED PAID FOR 4 ADULTS N PAID. AFTR VERIFICATION WITH BOOKING.COM THEY GAVE ME ROM. TV CHANNELS I REQUESTED TO ADD 4 TO 5 CHANNELS MORE THEY SAID DO IT BUT DIDNT DO. I SAID I PAY MONEY FOR THAT. THEY OBLIGED ON 3RD DAY TO ADD BUT DODGED. FINALLY THEY DDED WITHOUT MONEY. THIS IS THE PROB I PAID.

The breakfast was great. The airconditioner was good. The staff were helpful on the front desk. Less than 10 minutes to the palace and the market. Staff helped us book bus ticket/private driver to our next location.

la gentillesse du personnel. Ils ont su m'aider pour toutes les demandes que j'avais. (autant pour une petite problématique de mauvaise connexion Wi-fi dans la chambre, ils m'ont de suite aidé et on solutionnait le problème en me changeant quasi immédiatement de chambre) ; et pour une problématique personnelle (ou l'office m'a aidé au-delà de mes espérance). L'hotel est hyper bien situé (rue "calme" et a proximité de beaucoup de lieux emblématiques)

la connexion wifi pas totale et efficace dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel (mais cela ne m'a pas complétement handicapé). Seule petite chose a faire attention, si vous avez absolument besoin du Wifi pour votre séjour, toutes les chambres ne captent pas bien. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas le meilleur que j'ai mangé mais reste tout a fait correct.

Overall good experience except the breakfast options

Lok Sagar Hotel has the best location. It is with walking distance of two palaces, the Jaganmohana Palace, with its incredible antique art collection and the Mysore Palace - don't forget to go in the evening to see the palace lit up. The rooms are quite sizable and very comfortable, the restaurant is brilliant, as are their breakfasts, but where this hotel excels is with the staff; they are so kind and helpful. The staff are very knowledgeable, will book transport for you; anything they can do, they will.

Rooms were not clean, the linen was having stains and we have electrical problems in the room.

The Tv channels were deactivated. Sometime wifi was not available. The channels that were available for a very short period was only news channels

The hotel is located at the heart of the city, making traveling inside the city easy and accessible. It's easy to find. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here!

Emplacement idéal, le personnel est toujours disponible et avec le sourire. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de profiter de la boutique ou du restaurant mais ils ont le mérite d'exister.

La propreté des draps était douteuse. Le ventilateur et la climatisation faisaient trop de bruit pour bien dormir. Le faux plafond dans la salle d'eau est couvert de moisissure, il faut changer les dalles.

Personnel tres accueillant et disponible. Chambres bien équipées. Tres bon petit déjeuner en mode buffet (style indien). Tres bien situé pour visiter la ville.

Highly disappointing stay. No room service, no parking, and poor transparency in breakfast policy—extra charges applied without prior notice. Not recommended. Please consider better alternatives

Only Location is good. It is near to palace.

Toilet paper was not available. Limited no of towel are provided. Water was not flowing properly from Basin tap. Room' service was very poor. After requesting for water bottle, it was not served at all. Frequent power cut was happened during night time in few rooms only. We tried to call reception, but no one was there to pick up the call. After 20 min it was fixed by ourselves. Our room bell was not functioning properly. Parking places are available only for 3 cars. Room was very small.

Very nice hotel, very service oriented and friendly staff. I recommend the hotel for all travelers. The room was spacious and clean. Efficient air conditioning. One off the nicest places we stayed in India so far.

Hôtel proche du Palais. Service de tuk tuk et taxi de passage devant l’hôtel : très pratique. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très serviable. Breakfast inclus dans le prix. Lunch et Dinner disponible sans problème. Très bon qualité prix.

Wir haben den Wäsche-Dienst genutzt und leider haben wir unsere Wäsche fleckig zurück bekommen. Die Wäsche sieht aus als wäre sie nicht getrennt worden und hat jetzt rote Flecken, die nicht mehr rausgehen - sehr schade! Als wir es angesprochen haben, mussten wir leider sehr dafür kämpfen, dass etwas unternommen wird und das Personal der Wäscherei hat uns die Schuld dafür gegeben, das wurde sehr unangenehm gehandhabt.

Un petit raté sur les horaires de temple fermé pour le tour organisé par l'hôtel.

Accueil chaleureux et arrangeant. Chambre spacieuse et propre . Lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés et bon. Petit thé offert par la réceptionniste pendant notre attente a la réception pour notre départ.

They dont actually check the rooms before giving to customer. The AC was not working. We complained at noon but still it wasnt fixed until 5pm. Had to goto reception and ask for new rooms, which they gave to us quickly
