Si nous comparons aux autres logements que nous avons réservé en Corée, nous sommes déçu de celui-ci. La propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous. La salle de bain est particulièrement étriqué. La climatisation très bruyante. Les serviettes sont vraiment trop petites!

Position. It is near beach and local restaurant.

It does not have hot water. I tried to ask the host, but still failed. He was not right to repair/ rectify the issue. We had to take a bath by cold water.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de Gwangalli qui est très belle et à proximité d'une ligne de métro. Le quartier de la plage est très animé avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés.

Les lits étaient très inconfortables. On aurait dit des sommiers dans matelas. La salle d'eau est très basse sous plafond et peu ventilée donc un peu moisie. La pièce principale est petite, juste une grande table et des chaises autour. C'est assez sombre. L'arrière donne sur l'arrière cour d'un restaurant, et il y a eu du bruit vers minuit - 1h du matin les deux nuits. Pas longtemps, mais assez fort (comme des bruits de poubelles que l'on vide) La ruelle était sale quand nous sommes arrivées, nous l'avons signalé à l'hôte et cela a été nettoyé.

The beds were comfortable. Heating was good. The location was close to the beach and many shops.

The bathroom was too small with no ventilation. There was some mold. Towels provided could be bigger ones and not the ones like hand towels. Also, no place to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom.

Home was comfortable with sufficient cooking utensils Washing Machine is available.

House could have been cleaner Especially the toilets Owner could have left the home heater turned on before we arrived as the home was freezing when we arrived. Took entire night for the home to warm up.

La ubicación.

Un solo baño chico para lacantidad de personas que se pueden alojar. Te piden mantener silencio desde las 21 hrs. Al costado tiene un local de pollo, que tiran la puerta toda la noche. Retumba la casa y las ventanas. Por las ventanas pasa el frio y vibran con el viento.

광안리 바다에 가깝고 숙소가 청결하고 너무 쾌적해서 너무 좋았습니다 독립된 공간이라 더 편안했어요

개선은 어려운 거지만 화장실이 천장이 낮고 좁은건 불편은 했습니다 다만 사용이 어려운 부분은 아니였어요

Location is very near to gwangali beach . The house is very comfortable and family friendly. All the utilities is complete.

The exact location to the house is very confusing to find for the first timer. Hope owner can update the location link at naver map as google map cannot be used at korea.

Location superb. Very comfortable home, all basic necessities are there. I would definitely return if going to the beach. Host very responsive and value for money.

Toilet cum shower - small and only one. With anything more than 2 guests would be a challenge.

Great location and the owner was very accommodating. It even has a laundry room and rooftop space for air drying clothes.

Obviously, as every house in Korea, the toilet is definitely to be scrapped down. Awful toilet compared to the quality of the house.

Brilliant location 5 mins from the beach. 10 min walk from the metro station. Lots of shops and restaurants. Clean and good communication from the host. Nice comfy beds !

Nothing about the property but the metro from Busan station is line 1 first (the instructions say line 3). And the photo directions say turn left at the CU store but it isn’t there anymore. But it was pretty easy to find.

Taxi driver could not locate the property on arrival. Not well sign posted but on reflection, after a few days I thought the driver should have located the property easier. Maybe because it was raining was more difficult.

Amazing location close to beach and wonderful restaurants close.

The location is somewhat alright.

Everything is old and shabby. No bedsheets - you sleep on a mattress cover. If you manage to find the boiler switch, don't forget to turn it off - it will activate floor heating. Super small and old shower/toilet - not for a person over 180cm tall.

Stains on towels and bedding. Cigarette smoke from outside can be smelled in the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep.

Our recent experience at this Airbnb property was nothing short of a nightmare. The negative aspects of our experience overshadowed any potential positive points, leaving us no choice but to leave after just 20 minutes. The first clue to our nightmare was the lack of proper signage. This made it extremely challenging for our taxi drivers to locate the property, leaving us stranded with our heavy luggage. After 15 frustrating minutes of searching on our own, we managed to find the place, but this was not the ideal start to our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a front yard filled with garbage that had gone bad and started to emit a terrible stench. This was not only unpleasant but also unsanitary, and it certainly didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. The problems with the entrence did not stop there, the gate was unsafe and impossible to securely lock. Additionally, the lack of proper lighting made it even more challenging to navigate the area, especially during the evening. The poorly paved pathway added to the inconvenience, making it difficult to move our luggage without any hassle. The biggest disappointment was the property's alleged proximity to the beach, which turned out to be a complete lie. The beach was actually over four blocks away, contrary to what the photos portrayed. Speaking of the photos, they were incredibly misleading, failing to show the bathroom's small size, the lack of an independent shower (forcing us to shower while sitting on the toilet), and the severe lack of storage space. To our dismay, there were no proper towels provided; instead, we were given what can only be described as blue rags, similar to kitchen cloths. This was utterly unacceptable and made us question the overall hygiene of the place. We strongly advise others to steer clear of this misleading and hazardous property. Our experience has left us feeling embarrassed on behalf of booking.com for having this listing on their platform.

Location was great (very close to Gwangali beach) but the alleyway to get into the property was very dark at night

The smell inside the property was unbearable. There were multiple diffusers throughout the property to mask a very unpleasant odor. The bathroom was tiny, not ventilated (no windows or fans) and anyone taller than 5'7'' would have a hard time standing up or showering because the ceiling is so low. The towels provided were damp and smelly, and two of the beddings had stains on them. The only plus is the location to the beach, but there are many better properties nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. The accomodation is a short foot walk to the beach and the subway line 2 as well as many busses are close as well. We were a group of friends so the 3 bed rooms and the big room in the middle were perfect for us to sit together in the evening and still have some privacy. The rooms are also quite big! There is even a small private courtyard to sit outside. The kitchen had everything that you might need.

The communication in English was sometimes a little complicated but it's was mangable. The replies were always quick. There was only one set of keys which makes it harder to have individual plans but for us it was okay.

The house is just two minutes away from the beach, with a lot of restaurants and stores around. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and it was great for the price.

The bathroom is quite small so it can be complicated to take a shower comfortably

confusing for hot water for shower, we went winter time so I assume it’s a boiler so if got a lot of family members you should take time in between for the water to heat up again
