It was a perfect distance from the water and the town, everything is within walking distance. The owners were incredible when it came to anything that we might need.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about!

Bathroom was small but did the job a toilet downstairs would be a plus.

The apartment was very clean & comfortable. We were upgraded to waterviews . Staff very welcoming & helpful. Apartments in great walking distance to shops & restaurants. Undercover parking.

There is an elevator, but still stairs from garage & then again once on top floor to apartment.

The office manager was so kind and helpful, explained everything and gave great dinner suggestions.

The bathroom sink area is super tiny - no room to put toiletries.

This was our last long stop of a three week holiday in New Zealand. This apartment was by far the best we had in the trip. It was spacious and comfortable. It was also close to cafes, town and the water. You couldn’t do better than this place.

Appartement très bien situé et parfaitement bien équipé . Très propre . Lave-linge et sèche linge avec 2 doses de lessive prévues , pareil pour le lave-vaisselle. Lits confortables dans les 2 chambres. Place de parking . Front de mer juste à côté pour une belle promenade .

Terrific position and plenty of room for our group. Comfortable and well appointed apartment with views of the water from the balcony.

A coffee machine would be a great addition.

The view was exceptional and the apartment was very spacious and relaxing. The location was excellent. Very close to many cafes/restaurants. It was nice to have a bath.

The lounge suite and cushions were a little tired and the lounge suite a little grubby. For the price I feel having a fresher lounge suite and cushions would make the place feel and look amazing. Again for the price I feel rubbish and recycling removal could be done by housekeeping. It was another trip back to return the recycling bin when you just want to get on your way.

Whitianga is a very charming place to visit and is close to many beaches in the area. The restaurants very close and varied, we like to walk rather than drive, which suited us

We requested a large/king bed which was not supplied. The local bar two doors away played very loud booming music. The sound prevented us from having the door open. Its was a warm evening. The locality was good but we couldn't see the sea at all . Such a shame . Regards A

These apartments are exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed and sitting area. They are both close to the beach and wthibmncwalking distance of the shops,ferry and cinema.

Trevlig personal, som var lätt att kommunicera med. Bra med två badrum då vi var 3 personer. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Heltäckningsmattan kändes ofräsch och skulle behöva bytas ut, den gav en unken lukt när man kom in i lägenheten.

Location was excellent, apartment was spacious and comfortable, kitchen facilities were really good and the laundry was a bonus.

WIFI was terrible and kept dropping out. Couldn't pair to the TV to watch what we wanted, however the sky box worked well. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable.

Great location close to centre. Really well equipped apartment. Very clean and a comfortable.

The steps. We were on the second floor but had to go up and then down more steps as the 2 sides of the building are now on same level. A minor inconvenience but thought it worth mentioning.

Le salon immense et cuisine bien équipé

L’ascenseur qui est tombé en panne alors qu’on était dedans. On nous a changé d’appartement mais le premier loue était mieux que ce qu’on a eu. Une chambre à l’étage avec un escalier impossible à monter avec une valise. Les lits de mauvaise qualité sur roulettes nous empêché de dormir quand on bougeait. Chambre minuscule.

Appartement très propre, calme, bien équipé, doté d un balcon avec vue partielle sur la mer. 2 emplacements de parking dont 1 couvert, idéal pour la moto. Lave vaisselle, lave linge et sèche linge dans l appartement avec 2 sachets de poudre lavante pour chacun.

The hosts were very helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect for shops, restaurants, tours. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities required. There was a lovely beach view from the balcony.

Can't say there was anything that wasn't liked about our stay.

The apartment had a large, comfortable living room/ kitchen pace with a nice view of the mountains in the distance. The bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs. Every thing was clean and well stocked. It was a 1/2 block to the beach and 5-10 minutes walk to restaurants and ferry dock. Communication and check-in with the reception desk was great.

Sehr schönes und großzügiges modernes Appartment mit überdachten Parkplatz; nicht weit vom Strand gelegen, Restaurants um die Ecke. Zum Zentrum ein 5 Min Walk und ebenfalls zur Marina.

Sehr großes Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und Küche. Vom Balkon gibt es einen seitlichen Meerblick. Das Haus liegt nur in zweiter Reihe. Wege in die Stadt und zum Strand kurz. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Apartment war im dritten Stock, haben uns über den Aufzug sehr gefreut. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und es gab gute Tipps für Restaurants etc.

Das Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer/Betten sind relativ klein. Einloggen im Wifi ist unnötig umständlich.

Great location. Easy walk to beach, shops, ferry, restaurants. Undercover parking on site. Views from room were amazing. They had a viewing deck with tables and chairs on roof that have spectacular vista.

The property was very nicely updated and the inside was also very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. 10/10

Sea view needs you to sit on the edge of the balcony in some apartments.

In a fantastic location close to everything

In my opinion the beds weren’t very good and also upstairs room was extremely hot and with one pedestal fan for Room that face is worse. It was extremely hot and didn’t cool down at all during the night.

We were offered an upgrade to a beach front unit when we booked but were given a back unit facing the neighbours fence.

Great location close to beach and a good restaurant. Easy access to rest of the coastline . Very well equipped and staff were very helpful.

We were on the right side of the complex to have a view of the sea from the balcony which we really valued. The location was great as were the facilities.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We will definitely book there again if we return to Whitianga.
