The location was absolutely perfect- close to ferry, cafes restaurants and shopping

The pillows on the couch were stained from previous people staying which gave the place a little bit of a dirty vibe but overall was still clean and nice

Wow, what a great place to stay! All I wanted was somewhere I could see the water and this apartment delivered with views from every window. The apartment is spacious and had everything you need including a separate toilet. The bed is was super comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. Walls between apartments seemed soundproofed. The only noise we could hear music was from the bars on Saturday night. Oh did I mention there underfoot heating, what a luxury! Basement parking would’ve been a bit tight for our big 4x4 but luckily there weren’t many cars so manoeuvring around the columns didn’t take a 50 point turn! I would stay here again, the apartment was fabulous and the location couldn’t have been better.

Stayed here last month and no improvement. For this price we expect more including plunger coffee and herbal teas. We had a heater that was beaten up that looked like it had come from a set of Once were warriors rather than an upmarket hotel. We would have expected apartments to have been serviced for the price.

Location great across from playground. Clean room. Lovely staff.

Lift was a little hard to access through multiple swinging doors with toddler and bags from carpark. But this was a minor annoyance.

Easy checkin, secure onsite free parking. Spacious room although only two of us there, the room could easily accommodate 4, loved the outdoor deck and view. Great place.

It was very central, easy walk to the marina and sky tower. We had a beautiful view from our room. The bar on the 38th floor was a great experience.

Everything was just great

Perfect location and very clean with a very comfortable bed. Overlooked the pristine pool with a cute balcony. So handy to the town and restaurants - all within walking distance. Management were very friendly and helpful.

We had a fabulous veiw and our room was lovely & clean. It was nice and spacious as well. The bed was very comfortable.

Maybe a throw or blanket could of been provided for the couch. Apart from that we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

These apartments are truly amazing. We're in our 60s with many years of travelling and have never experienced such a high standard of accommodation and facilities. Under floor heating in the bathroom and a heated towel rail, wow, just wow. Beachfront location too, and plenty of restaurants nearly. Included free parking too. Washing machine and dishwasher in the apt. Cannot rate these apartments highly enough - 12 out of 10! Would definitely stay there again.

What a lovely property to stay in. We couldn't get into our regular place and loved it.

Let down by the small stuff. No plunger coffee, No green tea or hot chocolate. There were no tissues in the bathroom and we ran out of toilet paper. This was not a cheap place to stay and we expected better for the price.

The bedrooms do not have air conditioning, and our apartment (111) had only one split AC unit in the living room. During the night, the bedroom became very cold, and we had to leave the bedroom door open to get some warmth from the living area. Additionally, the bedroom window latches were missing, and the wind was coming through the gaps, creating noise. Because of this, we could not sleep well. Overall, the property is not a 4-star hotel as advertised in Booking,com and you don’t get expected service that you paid for it. We requested to leave early, but the manager did not agree to refund the night that we did not stay. As a result, I felt stuck I had paid in advance, did not receive the service as expected, and was refused a refund even though I left early. Overall, this was very disappointing management.

Good apartment in great location. Large and in general comfortable. Balcony would have been a big plus if the weather had been better, not the properties fault.

There were three areas that were less than satisfactory. No storage for clothes, no drawers or wardrobe, we managed OK living out of our suitcases but for more than a couple of days this would be a real pain. The bedroom was more than large enough to add a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom was disappointing, no vanity unit, only a sink and small side unit, nowhere to put soap, toothbrush, etc., etc. lastly, no safe. I kept my laptop in the car as I felt it was more secure there.

Very clean, comfortable and everything you needed for an extended stay. We enjoyed the beautiful coastal views from our apartment. There were restaurants & an Irish Pub next door. Also close to other nice eateries & the wharf from where cruises left.

Enormous balcony with a great view. Great location, great facilities, everything great really. Very nice big rooms, comfortable beds. Super friendly staff. Swimming pool.

Okay, maybe nitpicking, but the swimming pool area was somewhat dull, soulless. Still, really happy with the pool itself :D.

Shower door leaked so huge puddle of water on bathroom floor. Also, one bath towel per person but only one face towel between 3 of us!

Die Unterkunft ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abends und morgens ist es dort sehr laut.

It got pretty stuffy in the rooms at night but we used the fans and the (heat pump/wall AC) to circulate the cool air around, and worked well enough. The bedding was too hot for summertime heat.

Outdoor furniture very heavy and hard to move around. No dunno umbrella but possibly because owners aware it may be left up on windy days.

Excellent location and view. Very spacious with all of the required amenities.

A few maintenance issues, but nothing too major. Showers in both bathrooms leaked - one quite a lot. We asked for additional towels to mop up the wet floors.

Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. Perfectly located within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, the ferry &. epic playground! We were able to easily explore Kūaotunu, cathedral Cove, Hahei, Cooks Beach, lonely Bay - driving to some, walk or boat to others. Huge treat to see orca playing in the harbour right outside the door. Will be back!

Tricky access with stairs & the corridors were very hot but there was a lift option. Listing on Booking.com did not indicate that once we had used provided essentials e.g. toilet paper, rubbish bags & laundry liquid, we had to provide our own. Would have been good to know that. Also, shower leaked a lot into corner of bathroom.
