Reviewed Dec 18, 2025The location is convenient to the entire Polokwane area and the malls. There is enough safe parking space. The cleaners do clean well from what I saw in other rooms when I checked out.
The bedding had small dust which seems to come from somewhere on the ceiling or window passages. The bed mattress seems old and too soft to relax comfortably. However, the bed frame is likeable. The fridge is too small for few drinks. Luckily the ladies assisted with one in the open area.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025Very clean, quiet, and comfortable place that I would highly recommend to anyone. A very friendly family welcomed me warmly. Lady D was always available whenever I needed anything. She made sure my room had everything I might need, including warming it up because she noticed it was very cold. I arrived very late, but she went the extra mile to make sure I had something to eat that evening. Her service was exceptional. I truly felt like I was entering a 4 to 5-star hotel, where they help you with your bags and settle you in your room.
