Reviewed Jun 21, 2026I was greated and farewelled by the hosts, very friendly and great arriving like that. The heat pump and lights were on, so I arrived in a warm light place, which is great when outside is freezing. I was allowed to park the car in the garage, a bit tight for a big work vehicle like mine, not their fault, I blame my company for that ;). It has everything (apart from a dishwasher) that one could wish for. Milk in the fridge and plenty stuff to use for cooking and eating as well. Lovely bathroom and bedroom upstairs (didn't need the downstair bedroom).
Only "complaint" is no dishwasher (I'm notorious lazy that way) but everything to wash dishes etc. was there.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Loved the Friendly Hosts( Nicola and Darryl really lovely) Apartment very Comfortable with everything one needs for a great stay by the Lake🙂 Well equiped Kitchen, with some nice extra touches like latte coffee mix. Nice to have the use of a washer had we needed it. Very nice view of the Lake from the Deck, and nice there was a bar B que if we wanted to use it. Handy to local shops. Can see why they are booked up all year round. My advice is to book early. We will definitely be back!🙂

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr bequem, alles da, was man braucht. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die riesige Terrasse mit einem großartigen Blick auf den See. Da fiel es uns fast schwer, unsere Unterkunft zu verlassen.😉 Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist prima für viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Ein großer Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind ganz in der Nähe, und mit dem Auto ist man in maximal 10 Minuten mitten im Ort.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Living area and main bedroom were spacious with a lovely view of the Lake. Easy walking distance for a swim and to local fish and chip shop and not too far from the supermarket.
Extremely hot on arrival and took a while to cool down. The beds were very soft and the downstairs bed in particular not suited to adults due to the mattress.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2024This is a true home away from home. We felt very at home here and loved watching the sunset from the balcony. The garage and stairs makes you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. The owners are very friendly and great hosts. I highly recommend it!!

Little Horris, the cat was also very cute and made us feel very welcome. The beds were very comfortable, the property was clean and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. Also, the water pressure in the shower was great.
There really was nothing negative about this property.
