Brand New Cosy and Convenient Retreat

This was a lovely place to stay. The property was modern, clean & close to town.

brand new house, nice and clean.

The property was clean and it was easy to check in. It was also nice that there are heaters in all of the rooms which helped a lot during the cold winter nights. 😀

安静，干净，舒适

The location. QUIET PLACE.

Nothing to complain.

It was clean new and very comfortable it was close to Taupo and so conveniently close to all amenities

Excellent place - thanks

Un sèche linge manque au logement malheureusement

The location is great, so close to get out into highway and also with supermarket so close.

It just needed a few little things like a hand towel with the basin in the toilet, a can opener, some bowls to put snacks in.

Location was perfect; out of the town a bit but still close enough to all tourist attractions. Very clean and tidy

Tv was difficult to navigate. Perhaps instructions need to be left

環境優美，屋況維持的很好

Quiet

The bed in the master room was very uncomfortable- in fact I ended up sleeping on the couch in the lounge! The outdoor area was very unkempt- cobwebs over the house and outdoor furniture- lawns need mowing. Definitely not conducive to sitting outside.

The house is extremely cleaning and tidy. And super cosy. Not far to the town centre. And it looks the same as the pictures. Fantastic

Property was immaculate and well equipped, fairly close to town

Had an accommodation mishap and was very grateful our booking was accepted an hour before we'd be arriving in town. Lovely communication from the owner, the house was spacious, airy and yet cosy. Couldn't have been more thrilled.

The accomodation is brand new and has all the comforts one would be looking for. The neighbourhood is very quiet, which means a great night sleep. It's just a short drive from Taupo town centre, and a few hundred metres away from the lakefront (and a Woolies!).

The outdoor area could use a clean, but not a major issue.

The instruction to the house were clear and easy. Great communication from the owner was brilliant. The house is immaculate condition cozy and comfy providing excellent comforts such as kitchen equipment to tv shower products beautiful comfy beds was outstanding. Definitely recommend and will be trying to book in again.

The location was ideal

The outside area was overgrown and no barbecue

Loved that the property is new, clean and tastefully decorated. Would stay here again.

Lovely house, nicely appointed and a great location. Host very easy to deal with and pet friendly.

Slightly bigger pots/pans for the kitchen. I like to cook when we are away and for a family of 5 some bigger pots and pans would be awesome.

Location

I was asked for time of arrival which I gave around 6pm. It would have been thoughtful to have the AC on as the house was cold on arrival. It had been a cold, wet and windy day. I noticed a stain on the carpet by the fridge which along with the old microwave let down the overall aesthetic of the kitchen down No sugar or milk basics of a BnB We took great offence to the sign above the stove stating…the cooking of foods such as curry or any other foods that leave strong residual odours are prohibited. 3 out of the 5 in the group complained that the Queen and Master beds were hard.

Location, few minutes drive to main centre.

Main master bedroom, provided heater and one side of electric blanket was not working. Pets hair on the beddings and living room sofa. Not that I have anything against pets. Otherwise it was comfy for the rest of the family.

Easy locate the door key. check in in a brezz! Super clean and tidy settings.

extremely clean and fresh new.

This property was immaculate and in a fantastic location. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and both the kitchen and bathroom amenities were excellent. With cosy lounge and dining furniture, I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it.

Great location. Beautiful home . Not ideal having to take dog off site to pee. Especially when we pay an extra fee to have him. Otherwise beautiful home.

Exhaust fans in bathroom don't let condensation out. Lots of dust in the house especially bathrooms.beds not very comfortable. No salt or pepper in the house .fridge was turned off when we arrived.

Lovely new house with everything wd needed.

No complaints

Very clean and fresh, great value for our family. Double Garage was great for locking away the car and trailer at night. Very close to eateries and Supermarket. Nice walking tracks very close by.

Animal friendly.

Nothing, it was great.

Nice place in a great location. Everything was brand new and well furnished. Very comfortable.

Nothing, it was good

Clean and tidy

Great 1 night stay, great communication from the host

Myself, grandma, sister and cousin loved everything about the house from the hallway to the rooms, lounge, bathrooms and kitchen. We all Slept like a baby throughout the night because of how cosy and comfortable the beds are.

We were offered a free upgrade to this brand new four bedroom house. Located in a very convenient spot (Woolworth is just around the corner), the house is super clean with all brand new facilities including a BBQ. Perfect for a large family or multiple friends groups. Pet friendly.

Location, brand new house, great ambiance, love to visit again
