حجزت شقة بغرفتي نوم ودورتين مياه وعند وصولي ابلغني الموظف انه لايوجد سوى غرفتين ودورة مياه واحدة وعندما ابلغته ان حجزي ليس كذلك اعطاني شقة رقم 503 وقال انها بالدور الخامس ولكن المصعد به عطل وعند ذهابي لرؤية العرفة تفاجئت ان الدور الخامس لايوجد به غرفة رقم 503 وانما تذهب من الدور الخامس بالدرج الى الغرفة والدرج مظلم والنور لايعمل وعند عودتي للموظف ابلغني انه يوجد غرفتين منفصله فاضطررت للاقامة فيها على ان يتم تغييرها في اليوم التالي حسب وعد الموظف ولكن لم يتم تغيير الغرف وبقينا في غرفتين منفصلة متنقلين بينهما مما جعل الاقامة غير مريحة
