I was supposed to get the QR code to enter the facility of which I had not been informed prior to come. It created a situation when the security guy barely speaking English tried to explain us how to get it. It was not a real hotel but rather AirB&B - we could not see it from our reservation. Disturbing. The phone to access the management was not available. I tried to call them from my phone and from the room - the connection was not available. We had been left to ourself without any support .

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Located just right next to Tambun Lost World Themepark. Could enjoy the night view of the Themepark as well as fireworks during Christmas night. Unit was clean and well-equipped. Even has a water filter to refill our drinking water. Very fast reply anytime when asked. Easy instructions given for check-in.
Water pressure a bit low, so takes longer time for bath.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025hotel betul2 depan entrance tambun tuu so sangat memudahkan yaa🫶🏻 keluar jee pintu lift daa sampai daa bilik kita. yang penting bersih yaa. tak perlu beli mineral daa cuz daa ade mesin air kat rumah tuu. aircond semua ade kipas also yaa. iron, hairdryer also provided. for muslim kiblat dia daa buat sign. siyess sangat recommended untuk sapee2 yang nak stay sini kalau pegi tambun😍😍😍 balcony view dia lawaa yaa nampak tambun dari situ heheheh

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025As a woman, I did not feel safe during self check-in. - A man associated with the residence (he had a badge and was at the security desk), who was supposed to “assist with check-in”, followed me into the building and made me extremely uncomfortable with repeated, unwanted physical contact including inappropriate touching in deeply sensitive areas around my lower back. I did my best to keep my distance, but without success, especially as he followed me all the way to the apartment. - The key was not placed in the secure lockbox as advertised, but left in an open mailbox accessible to anyone in the building (a 20+ story building). I felt so unsafe and shaken that I had to leave and urgently booked another place at my own expense. When I informed the host, my concerns were dismissed, he told me that the man's presence was normal, and I felt he did not understand the seriousness of what had happened. I do not recommend this property, especially for female travelers.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2023- The owner was really friendly, provide clear instruction for check in. Even allow us for early check in as we arrived quite early from JB. I am so grateful for this :) - It was 5 minutes walking distance to TLWOT. So you can just park and unload your stuff and enjoy TLWOT. - Property was super clean. - What I really love is that the unit was almost complete with Coway, fully aircond unit, hair dryer, iron, sejadah and kiblat location for muslim, kitchen utensils etc. - Will looking forward to stay at this unit for our next trip!
