La salle de bain mériterait vraiment d être rénovée de la moisissure partout et l agencement est à revoir Il faut une voiture car rien à proximité

Dans cet établissement rien est bien chambre il ya pas de Clim drap trouer préservatif sous le lit pas de serviette j’ai du changer de chambre je me suis plein à 21h30 il mon changer de chambre à 2h du matin horrible plus jamais

Location is good and parking safe for cars, breakfast is descent for price quality. Kitchen and breakfast staff was very polite and helpful.

For this price go to Cozy inn, ibiris or colombe hotel. Better service and value of money. Our room was cancelled the first night because we arrived late. The attitude was extremely unprofessional and gave the impression that they simply did not want to work or assist guests. They made 0 effort to make a birthday trip pleasant. The room we eventually received was also not properly clean or up to standard. after complaining , the manager make an effort by moving us to a beachfront room for the last 3 of 5 nights there. She also offed a breakfast refund for one day. Appreciate the manager’s later efforts, but the initial experience was unacceptable.

L'hotel est très bien situé, au calme, loin de l'agitation du centre-ville. On s'y sent bien.

Ils se sont permis d'annuler ma réservation à 18h sans le prévenir et ils ont donné ma chambre à un autre client sans m'envoyer une notification. À mon arrivée. À 19h30. J'ai été surpris de le constater et vu que la nuit était presque tombée, j'ai accepté de passer la nuit dans une chambre twin. Aussi ils ont encaissé une sur tarification par rapport au prix avec lequel j'ai réservé d'environ 20% sans motif.

Le manque de communication. La lenteur du personnel et leur laisser aller. La simplicité des buffets et l'absence fréquenté des serveurs au restaurant nous obligeant à chercher après eux pour obtenir des couverts ou des boissons.

The location of the hotel is very good. Also the amount of security level is a great feeling. Furthermore the hotel service and people are overall kind and correct. The towels and bathroom etc. get cleaned frequently which is nice. Because the state of the room was not the best. So these things saved the stay and made them overall pleasent. The bed is good, If you want a hotel where you can just shower and sleep the hotel is just fine. But for overall comfort this is not the stay. But my compliments to the staff and securtiy who helped me during the stay. Overall the stay was not the best one but it was pleasent and well 7/10.

Personally my stay was in room 202. The state of this room is not the best. The skirting boards are loose under the tv. And in other places of the room as wel. The state of the bathroom is not good. There is limescale everywhere in the shower and bathroom and the shower overall is leaking. It looks like this room was cleaned but did not received the maintenance which rooms need(ed). For the price per night this should not be the case. So there is an imbalance in price per night and quality in the rooms. However the people and staff totally compensate for these things they made the stay pleasent.

I've been in other Ibis around the world, so far this is the worst. The staff are great, and very helpful, however the hotel shouldn't be classicilfied as a 3 star hotel, and not even 1 star, nor be part of the ibis hotels network. In brief: - extremely old building. - old elevators. - Once you go to the upper floors where the rooms are (as in floor #5), the corridor carpets are very dirty. - The rooms: Dirty bed sheets, very bad mattress, bad pillows that shows they have been washed for years and they have already passed their extended life time, dirty washrooms with human hair all over. It's really a total disappointment, and i really had to stay till the morning because I have arrived late at night from the airport and me and my wife were extremely tired to move to another hotel that night. Stay away, you've been warned.
