Yellow Flat One Azores

This accommodation is truly a hidden gem! The owner and her daughter are incredibly kind and helpful. Despite our arrival being more than an hour late, they waited for us at the accommodation until late at night, welcoming us with a smile. They even left us tea and coffee in the kitchen for several days. The accommodation is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rooms are cozy, and we felt completely at home. On top of that, the location is unbeatable! The town centre and nearby restaurants are literally just a 10-minute walk away. Another great advantage is the large parking area right behind the accommodation. If we ever return to the Azores, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much! :)

The AC was quiet and easy to set It was spacious, clean, mostly well stocked, quiet Early check in was approved with no additional cost and a cot provided. There was coffee in the kitchen (we restocked when we left)

We had 4 stipulations for a booking - at least 1 bedroom with a door, close to downtown, in a traditional style home (no brand new hotels), and a balcony to sit on at night, watching the city. This had everything according to the ad. However the balcony was just a very thin corridor maybe 4-5 feet long and 1 foot wide in the interior of the apartment complex, so sitting outside wasn't an option and no street view. That's our only complaint but it was a big reason we chose this property so a big deal for us.

Appartamento ampio, dotato di tutto quello che serve anche per cucinare, lavatrice a disposizione, parcheggio pubblico vicinissimo, bellissima zona verde vicina a casa, a piedi si raggiunge il centro della città, centro commerciale nella zona, Pilar disponibile x qualsiasi necessità, sistemazione perfetta.

Très grande propreté de l'hébergement (draps impeccables, serviettes de toilettes également et en nombre suffisant, literie très confortable) et de l'ensemble de l'immeuble dans lequel il se trouvait. Très bonne situation géographique à 10 minutes à pied du centre, d'un grand hypermarché, des parcs Borges, Sant'Ana, à 5 minutes de la voie rapide pour se rendre sur les sites, 8 minutes pour l'aéroport.

Dans la salle de bains des porte-serviettes de toilette et de draps de bains seraient bienvenus. Le parking public gratuit à proximité souvent saturé si l'on rentre avant 16h30-17h.

Everything was just perfect

One switcher in the kitchen was broken. Not a big deal. Freezer needed maintenance removing extra ice. Rest was just perfect.

Alguns pormenores de mobiliário e decorativos podem ser melhorados (mesinhas de cabeceira) e equipamento da casa de banho. A loiça da cozinha, pratos e copos, podem ser melhorados

Super Apartment, modern, sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet, man fühlt sich zu Hause, Gastgeberin nett, hilsbereit, antworter schnell, Schlüßelübergabe unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Isolation non optimale par rapport aux bruits de la circulation.

Krásný, prostorný byt zcela vybavený vším potřebným (i osušky na plážl), na 10 dní jako náš domov. Asi 300 metrů obchod a i centrum velmi blízko. Paní majitelka velmi nápomocná a stále se ujišťovala, zda je vše ok a nepotřebujeme něco.

Bohužel je byt na rohu dvou dost frekventovaných ulic a i přes zavřená okna velký hluk aut a pořvávajích lidí. Ale to je asi daň za blízkost centra.

O apartamento é mais amplo e bonito do que nas fotos. Novo e decorado, com espaço para as malas e a família de 4 pessoas. Há um quarto com cama de casal e uma sala com sofá-cama relativamente grande. Um banheiro de espaço confortável. A localização é num quarteirão residencial com estacionamento gratuito público no fim da rua (durante a nossa estadia, sempre encontramos vagas). Foi possível chegar a região tursítica após uns 15 minutos de caminhada (apesar da calçadas serem estreitas, foi agradável). As anfitriãs foram muito prestativas e agradáveis, de fácil comunicação. A cozinha tinha amenidades e era completa.

É preciso ter ateção para não escorregar no banheiro. Como a maioria dos banheiros europeus, eles não tem piso emborrachado, mas não chegou a ser um problema. É importante levar em conta que o caminho da hospedagem parta o estacionamento inclui uma ladeira íngrime e que a sala está dividida em dois patamares com um degrau (caso a pessoa tenha problemas de locomoção). Não foi fácil encontrar a hospegagem, o google não localizava corretamente e a anfitriã nos ajudou pelo telefone. Recomendaria disponibilizar mais de uma chave de acesso, visto que nosso grupo se dividiu em alguns dias. De forma geral, é uma excelente hospedagem, recomendo bastante.

Everything about the apartment was great- clean, comfortable, spacious, close to everything. Parking at the lot about a block to away is free, but there are no spaces until 4 or 5 in the afternoon during the week. Weekends are more open We had trouble with the key and Pilar was there within minutes to help (we were the problem not the key) She was responsive and helpful at all hours - truly above and beyond.

Well equipped appartment. Ideally placed for car parking, restaurants and sea front. Good communication with host, both before and during stay.

Pilar was a fantastic host who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and answer any questions that we had. Communication was excellent. The flat is large and very clean.

Big rooms, everything was clean. Host was very helpful, she even booked a taxi to the airport for us.

Lovely apartment not far from centre of town. Parking is close and very accessible.

We spent five nights in this apartment. It is spacious with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Having a clothes washer is a plus. There is free parking a short walking distance. The apartment is walking distance to the sights and restaurants. The host very helpful.

The flat was in an excellent location. Really comfortable and was very well equipped with washing machine and small dish washer. Pilar left us washing machine detergent coffee and snacks, washing machine pods, and even towels to use after swimming.
