Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Дуже зручне розташування, близько до історичного центру і недалеко від аеропорта Номер чистий та досить просторий (номер 1) з просторим санвузлом. Хазяйка Лєна допомогла мені з таксі - викликала заздалегідь таксі на 5 ранку. Дуже їй за це вдячна

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026It’s well situated in downtown of ponta delgada and the self check in was very easy.
This was one of the worst places I have stayed in for the price paid. The beds were uncomfortable and they did not have a top sheet on them and instead had an old, itchy comforter that did not seem like it was washed. My partner and I did not sleep from how uncomfortable it was, and we’re people who regularly stay in mountain hiking huts, etc. It’s obvious the owners take advantage of the high hotel prices in ponta delgada and keep their costs low by having shared bathrooms for guests and not investing in the comfort of the rooms.

Lépe informovat PIN u vstupu, že za číslem potvrdit #. Hosté často žádali jen čísla bez potvrzení # (pod zvonečkem) a nemohli se dostat dovnitř, bouchání na dveře. Informace o přiděleném pokoji přichází pozdě, těsně časově před příjezdem. Hosté nemá jistotu přijetí. Potom byl celý pobyt už velmi dobrý.

I letti singoli, ma era specificato in fase di prenotazione. Camera 3 un po’ rumorosa, a causa delle pareti sottili e della presenza della cucina proprio lì davanti, quindi dipende anche dagli altri ospiti della struttura.

L'arredamento è datato, in più noi abbiamo dormito in una stanza che era più una camera da pranzo con tavolo e mobili e attrezzature accatastate dietro un separé ed in piu avevamo un acquario in camera abbastanza sporco.

Las estancias comunes no estaban recogidas y la cocina no pasó nadie en los cinco días a recogerla, la loza fregada se quedaba en el lozero por mucho tiempo. No había nadie que organizara y tuviera en cuenta el orden y la limpieza

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario y era muy amplia. El baño estaba muy limpio siempre y además era bastante nuevo. Tiene un aparcamiento justo delante y se encuentra cerca del centro.
En nuestra habitación teníamos una puerta que no podíamos abrir y no sabíamos a dónde daba, algo que no generaba mucha confianza.. Además, el mando de la tv no funcionaba

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026This room is very good value in an expensive town. The kitchen is actually very good with organized refrigerator and drawer space. The area is quiet and near 2 botanical gardens. The shared bathroom has a good shower and was only used by 2 rooms when we were there. Everything was clean. We had a nice small deck with a table overlooking sea and city in front of us.

Маленька кімната номер 8, двом людям там реально затісно, тимпаче якщо плануєте перебування більше 3 днів. Великий балкон, але він не функціональний, так як, наприклад, сушилки для білизни на ньому немає.

(It is even in walking distance to airport if you do not have luggage with you like we did not... took us around 35min walking)

L'attitude de mon Hôte fut déplorable au niveau de l'accueil et de l'empathie à trouver l'adresse alors que je n'avais pas de réseau, que Ponta Delgada fêtait pendant 4 ou 5 jours et que même la police n'a pu m'indiquer l'endroit précis !et que j'ai dû parquer à 1,5km de mon logis et que je ne comprenais pas son anglais! l'organisation du local commun était tt à fait correcte, mais dans les couloirs une quantité de linge SALE ou Propre trainait de plus plus des meubles ou autres mobilier était entassé et dénotait d'un manque total d'organisation! l'appât et la rentabilité était notoire !Je déconseille fortement ce genre d'Hôte. Par contre j'ai rencontré de belles personnes qui étaient dans le même cas que moi!

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Struttura appena fuori dal centro vicino ad un grande parcheggio comodo e gratuito, a 10 minuti a piedi da tutto. Camera e bagno spaziosi e attrezzati, con riscaldamento. Abbiamo fatto il self check-in, é stato molto semplice.
Il pavimento era stato pulito con troppa candeggina, lo rendeva patinoso.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Curățenie la 2 zile , am întâlnit o pe Lena , o doamnă super drăguță. Check in se poate face oricând. Îți poți lăsa bagajele în spații special amenajate chiar dacă faci check out ul. Bucătăria echipată , în baie se regăsesc toate cele necesare.
În cameră în care am stat aerul condiționat mobil avea o gură de aerisire care nu era bine acoperită astfel ca în prima noapte a fost destul de rece.

Fresh bedding and towels are provided Cozy, there was also provided a electric heater and portable AC unit - so you can decide the right temperature for you Close to the center :) Shopping centre just a few minutes away. There's a full kitchen that you can use!
During the night I heard the sound of wind whooshing🌬️ Makes it a little harder to fall asleep.
