Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Poloha bola v kľudnej časti a veľmi blízko pri stanici Ueno, kde boli obchody aj reštauracie. V blízkosti aj park Ueno s múzeami. Personál milý. Dve normálne oddelené postele (boli dme s dcérou). V zásade čisto.
Izba miniatúrna pre 2osoby s batožinou, ale to sme čakali. Izba nola orientovaná do vnútrobloku, kde sa nachádzali aj vyústenia vzduchotechniky z iných priestorv /budov, čiže ak sme tú minizbu chceli trošku vyvetrať, tak večer sa to nedalo, kvôli pachom z vzt vo dvore. Okno bolo z matného, nepriehľadneho skla. Paplóny neboli oblečené, boli len položené na čistej plachte, ktorá sa ale v noci celá zmuchlala, takže sme sa zobudili prikryté holým paplónom.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Great location, easy access to Ueno Station and Ueno Park. Many convenience stores nearby. Good options for breakfast nearby. The air conditioning is great too, many options to customize. Good quality bed sheets and mattresses. Bathroom is compact but it has all you need.
The pillows were not very comfortable. The washing machine instructions in the lobby were a bit hard to understand because they were mostly in Japanese but once you figure it out it works great. The room window has no view and doesn’t open so you can’t check how the weather is outside. After a hot and humid day it can also get very warm inside the bathroom so we had to keep the bathroom door open to cool it down with the AC before using.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026工作人員非常親切，不管什麼時候經過櫃檯，人員總是滿滿微笑，日語不通也可以用一點英文溝通。 浴室水壓非常強，不管是放水泡澡或是淋浴都非常舒服！ 房間整理的很乾淨！ 走路2-3分鐘內有全家及7-11，以及3-4間居酒屋，機能非常好！ 房間不大 但24吋行李箱可對開！
使用蓮蓬頭時，掛的地方會一直轉動，無法固定沖一個地方，需要拿著蓮蓬頭才能使用，有點可惜。 房間沒有提供水，但是1樓有販賣機可投水，有點麻煩！ 之前看評論有人寫飯店距離上野站走路大約三五分鐘，但是那是JR上野站入谷出口，非主要出口，主要出口及京成上野站（skyliner）走路則須10分鐘！

掃除がゆきとどいておらず、風呂・洗面所の細かい汚れが気になる。 値段を踏まえれば多少は我慢できるのだが、トイレの汚物入れを洗面所で出た小さなゴミを捨てるのに使おうとしたところ、ビニールは新しくしてあるのに、入れ物自体が少し汚れているのに気づいて、流石にこれはいかがなものかと思った。

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The location was great. It is very close to Ueno Station and it has a convenience store around the corner (but really, which location doesn't..?) The rooms are what you pay for and are as expected from a business hotel: they are on the smaller side and the hallway to the rooms is narrow, but the price is lower because of it. The amenities were right next to the entrance at the reception. It was okay to leave your luggage downstairs after check-out.
It would have been nice to have an explanation about the lighting. In our room, the light button can be used multiple times: If you press once, the light is very white, if you press again, the light becomes warmer and if you press it for the third time, it's dimmed. If you're used to staying in business hotels, it might be good to know that there is no storage space underneath the bed(s).

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026La habitación aunque era cómoda y limpia, el baño también pequeñito pero cómodo. Además de que no se escuchaba nada al resto de habitaciones. El personal súper atento y amable, si tienes alguna duda puedes preguntarles lo que quieras y te intentarán ayudar con lo que sea.
Un poco pequeña la habitación pero no agobiante, solo que faltaba tal vez algo de anchura para abrir la maleta más cómodamente

Reviewed May 23, 2026The best "big city hotel" I've been to during my trip in Japan. The room had everything I needed, it was very clean and comfy. I also found the little rubber duck idea very cute and funny. Position is good. Many places where you can eat in the surroundings. The lady at the reception was very kind, helpful and patient during my check-in.
