Lage am Strand war super. Frühstück ordentlich.

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dir Türen sind locker, das offene Bad war voller Blätter. In den Pool würde ich niemals hinein, das Wasser war trüb, die Liegen dort sehr abgenutzt.

La peor experiencia que he tenido con un albergue/hostal/hotel. Llego allí y para empezar las instalaciones no tienen nada que ver con las fotos (piscina verde y sucia, jardines secos y abandonados así como las instalaciones desgastadas y sin mantenimiento. En la pizarra que tienen allí tengo asignada la habitación número 2, pero me llevan a la 4. Obviamente cuando entro y comparo con las fotos de mi reserva, la habitación era otra: mosquitos, puertas desgastadas, ventanas sin cristales, entre otras cosas. Me dirijo a la recepción para comentarles eso y dicen que en mi habitación hay otras personas, intentan cambiar la pizarra para que no quede registrado su "error", pero le hago foto. Situación muy desagradable porque yo en mis vacaciones no tengo porqué cambiar de hotel la misma tarde, además, actitud chulesca y desafiante del chaval de recepción y de sus "amigos" que estaban por allí. La verdad que me extraña mucho la nota que tiene, no le daría ni un 1. Le pedí la cancelación gratuita y tras esperar un rato, me la aceptó y me pude ir de ese sitio que de verdad, no recomiendo para nada

The location was really good. You can walk out from the villa area straight onto a beach and swim with turtles.

The rooms were not right on the beach. The bathroom only had salty water, no fresh water. The rooms were never cleaned, not even swept even though you naturally walk in a lot of sand. The pool was very murky for the first 2 days we were there.

La ubicación es excelente, y el personal es muy agradable. La cama muy cómoda.

La habitación plagada de mosquitos, ya que las ventanas del baño no tienen mosquiteros, deberían de solucionar eso.

Pool was filthy and staff hardly spoke after you woke them up they charged me for the one night and told booking .com I didn’t show so booking.com charged also even after numerous emails didn’t get refund have no doubt property knew what they were doing

We chose this place based on the good reviews, but we were not that impressed. The beachfront location is very nice, but the room needs improvement. The bed sheets were not as clean as they should have been, the bathroom sink faucet wasn’t working (but the staff fixed it), and the toilet and shower were outside. This wouldn't be a problem if they were kept in better condition: the toilet is old and damaged, and the shower is full of leaves and other debris from the roof. The outdoor bathroom itself doesn’t have a roof and we believe ours was the only room like this (Room 01). The staff barely speak English, so it’s difficult to communicate if there is a problem. Breakfast is good and tasty, even though there isn’t much choice. It takes them a long time to prepare it – we waited half an hour for two pancakes and two coffees. They did not clean our room. Overall, everything went well (we stayed for two nights), but we wouldn't come to this resort again.

The rooms were large and comfortable and the location in front of the beach was great.

The support infrastructure (reception, pool, bar, restaurant, garden) are not at the same level as the rooms. Far from that.

Boden war nicht so sauber. wir hatten schwarze Füsse. Holzarbeiten waren sehr laut welche direkt bei der Reception und ca. 10 meter vom Pool getätigt wurden.

He puesto todo malo porque cuando llegamos el hotel estaba en reformas. Nos lo dijeron cuando nos presentamos allí. Nos reubicaron en otro hotel

Bel emplacement en bord de mer avec spot de snorkeling pour tortues et coraux directement devant l’hôtel. La piscine est bien. Le petit déjeuner inclus est bien aussi. Les employés du restaurant étaient agréables.

Nous avions la chambre familiale qui est en fait deux chambres côte à côte dans une villa. Les photos portent à confusion, elles ne sont pas communicantes. Les chambres sont grandes, la climatisation fonctionne bien et les lits confortables. Par contre, les planchers étaient très sales, clairement ils sont balayés, mais jamais lavés. Nous avions les pieds noirs en permanence! L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait que dans une des deux chambres.

la maisonnette était très sympa avec sa terrasse, en retrait , comme nous l'avions demandé. spacieuse. Seul bémol, les tapis de sol ....sales! Piscine très agréable, accès à la plage, parfait, la plage, parfaite. petit déjeuner, un peu léger ( une petite assiette de fruit pour 2, pas de jus de fruit, une seule tasse de café) personnel, agréable.

Everything...it was PERFECT 😄 great bungalow, great location, great staff on PARADISE island. I didn't want to leave! Oh and the most comfortable bed I've slept in on my holiday by far. 😄

I LOVED everything about Segar village. The bungalows were rustic but very comfortable and had a fridge kettle and hairdryer. The location was amazing, right on the most beautiful beach. It was fantastic value for value too. This property literally exceeded all expectations...I don't know why you'd pay more, as it was PERFECT. The staff were lovely, a basic but yummy breakfast served next door overlooking the sea. I cannot rate this place HIGH enough.

Pas de drap juste un dessus de lit, la chambre n’a pas été faite de tout notre séjour (3 nuits), l’extérieur pas très propre, peu d’eau chaude et fuite non résolue

Struttura semplice ma in ottima posizione rispetto a tutto( centro, porto etc..) direttamente su spiaggia con frequenti passaggi di tartarughe nella barriera antistante, qui abbiamo trovato tutto cio' che serve per trascorrere giornate di sole, snorkeling e relax! Colazione a "la carte" soddisfacente e tutti i ragazzi dello staff sempre gentili e disponibili.

...forse l'unica cosa che mi viene in mente, potrebbe essere migliorata la connessione internet, ma contestualizzando il tutto probabilmente va benissimo cosí.

Die Lage war perfekt! Wir haben direkt am ersten Tag beim Schnorcheln eine große Schildkröte gesehen. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, tolle Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Frühstück gab es direkt am Strand, die Kinder waren auch begeistert.

De ligging is heel gunstig, je loopt de zee in en kunt zo naar het koraalrif zwemmen om te snorkelen. Diverse restaurantjes en een supermarkt zijn dichtbij.

Het huisje kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken . Er werd tijdens het verblijf niet schoongemaakt.

A fabulous place in an ideal stop. Staff were all amazing and helpful a great set of lads. Food was lovely couldn't fault it. The pool was great. Private beach with sunbeds and cushions. Room was beautiful and cleaned daily fresh towels and beach towels. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault anything a perfect week.

L’heure d’ouverture du petit déjeuner qui est à 8h. Si c’était à 7h, ça serait bien pour les gens qui prennent le départ.

Z tohoto ubytování jsme byli upřímně dost zklamaní. Fotky neodpovídají moc reálitě (viz. Bazén) ten byl opravdu dost špinavý a neodpovídá fotografii na bookingu. Za 4 noci zde nám nebylo ani jednou uklizeno ,výměna ručníku nic. Samozřejmě ,když se zeptáte ručníky nové Vam dají. Na snídani nám 2x nedonesli zmíně ovoce v nabídce. A výběr slabý. Za tuto cenu by měli být lepší služby.

Les transats de la piscine ne sont pas vraiment praticables

Çalışanlar ve konum gayet iyidi. Kahvaltı lezzetliydi. Odadan direkt denize gidilmesi büyük artıydı. Odanın peyzajı ve çevresi keyifliydi.

Hijyen olarak yeterli seviyede değildi. Odada çok fazla sivri sinek vardı ve oda içinde internet çekmiyordu.

La ubicación es excelente, justo en la playa donde veíamos las tortugas nadar. Cabaña muy tranquila con aire acondicionado, te dejan hervidor y café por si te apetece. La zona de piscina muy chill, los desayunos son variados y muy buenos, las hamacas de playa están de lujo y los cockteles muy sabroso . Imprescindible contemplar el amanecer desde aquí.

El personal no fue muy flexible con el tema de las bicicletas, pero bueno, entiendo que es un servicio ajeno a ellos, ya que solo necesitábamos unas horas de más , y no un día completo.

La mosquitera no encajaba y estaba llena de agujeros. Definitivamente la tienen que cambiar ya que hay muchos mosquitos

Increíble. Calidad-precio inmejorable. La ducha al aire libre, una fantasía y una maravilla. Las cabañas super chulas y autenticas. Y el personal super atento, divertido, simpático, nada invasivos. Te ofrecen desayuno que está perfecto, y la ubicación delante de la playa en la que hemos visto tortugas todos los dias. Gili Air es maravilloso, pero es que este hotel lo hace todavía mejor.

Todo me gustó, volvería cien veces.

Por sobretodo la amabilidad en la atención, el desayuno y que esté a orilla de playa para hacer snorkeling y ver tortugas.

La limpieza en general, la malla mosquetero nos dio mucha impresión, era como una red llena de bichos. No estamos seguras si agarramos los chinches aquí o no. El baño es espectacular pero estaba con moho al estar al aire libre.

Logement sale, moustiquaires avec moisissures au dessus de la tête. Douche sans robinet, un filet d'eau qui sort de je ne sais où vous coule sur la tête après ouverture d'une vanne. Miroir tellement piqué que l'on ne se voit pas dedans.

Hébergement en bord de plage, climatisation fonctionnelle et piscine agréable. Possibilité de louer des vélo sur place et service de laundry

Viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Strand und trotz allem ruhig und weit genug weg vom Trubel der kleinen Strandpromenade. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wir haben Wäsche abgegeben, einen Preis pro Kilo genannt bekommen. Gehen um die Ecke und der „Nachbar“ bietet es für weniger als die Hälfte an. Das war etwas blöd. Aber dafür wurde uns die Wäsche direkt zum Bungalow gebracht.

Très bon emplacement non loin du port et face à la mer. Le personnel est très accueillant. Un gros bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est plus que léger, ensuite la moustiquaire du lit était sale, de même que les rideaux. La piscine avant aussi bon nombre de particules flottantes en surface et carrelage décolle.

Q está en primera línea de playa y a la vez es muy tranquilo.. me gustó el baño al exterior… y estaba todo muy limpio y el restaurante estaba genial

Hotel très agréable dans l ambiance locale avec un personnel très sympathique surtout Abdul Rahim et Moudhahidine. L hôtel est situé près de la plage et des restaurants. Les chambres sont très confortables avec un splendide cadre naturel !

Estuvimos en las Cabañas Standard y son preciosas. Rústicas, pero bonitas. Con ducha y baño exterior. Maravilloso darte una ducha mirando las palmeras y estrellas. Limpio. Personal amable, agradable, atento. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos guardaron el equipaje el día que nos íbamos hasta el momento de la partida. Ubicación excelente. La playita a la cual se accede desde el hotel es idea para snorkel. Se ven tortugas. Turtle point. Tiene una piscina pequeña pero bonita. Jardín bonito.

El hotel precioso, habitaciones muy bonitas con un jardín enorme y piscina. Situado en, para nosotros, la mejor playa donde puedes nadar con tortugas.

De locatie is prima en de medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en bereidwillig. Niets is te veel en alles kan geregeld worden.

De accomodatie kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken, er zijn wat tegels los in het zwembad en in de tuin ligt veel afval en het ontbijt is wat beperkt. Verder heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Todo. La cabaña es espaciosa, con todas las facilidades: secador, gel, champoo, cepillo de dientes, papel, toallas, secador de pelo, café, hervidor. Te dan una bebida de bienvenida. Esta literalmente frente al mar, tiene piscina bonita y encima al no tener nada el bungalow alrededor era muy silencioso y pudimos descansar mucho.
