The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. 😊 The location is convenient for exploring BGC, with shops, restaurants, and other places nearby. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the entire mySTAY Hotel BGC team for the excellent hospitality. It’s misleading to say BGC when there is no easy access to BGC from the hotel. It’s an old hotel different to the photos on site. The washroom was super tight. It’s such a small room. The hotel can be accessed through an alley with homeless people sleeping on the street. To get to BGC is a long walk or a car ride away.

I dunno i tried to book by walking and got complete things like slippers and dental kits. But once i book from affiliate apps when i get there they are asking for an extra charge which should be given by walking even when booked from the affiliate app. But overall still an awesome place.😊

Reviewed Jan 30, 2025Parking, They told me someone have had it reserved, we arrive at the hotel at 2:00 PM, no one parked at it, i checked it at 5pm still no one, check again at 11:00PM parking are still available then i woke up at 6:00 am and no one parked, so 2 available parking got wasted. pls check this policy thanks

I thought this was in more tourist area, but it's quite poor area. I suggest you look around in Google street view to see if you like the surroundings. Asian breakfast is not in our kind of taste

Very small room, very very small toilet /bathroom even one person can not take bath and move properly while bathing,breakfast no choice . No free coffee pouch in the room, no one time usable sleepers(they charge for the same).

Location isnt great. A/C to loud. Room is wet and smell bad. Bathroom is biggest problem. Floor is sticky, and after having shower floor is full of water (especialy around the toilet) beacuse the slope is poorly made.
