The room was great! Especially for the value. We only stayed here for 2 nights after our arrival in the Philippines, so we didn't need a lot more. The room was spacious enough and everything was clean.

The only thing we didn't like was that the walls were a bit thin. We had an early flight the second morning to go to Palawan and we heard talking throughout the night. But for the price you can't really complain!

Makati is a very busy city and it operates 24/7 so I don't think there will be a quiet room. However, for someone tired form a 10 hour layover it gives you a bed to rest your aching back before heading out again. It was close to a conference we had to attend to as well. So it provided us earlier check in, shower and freshen up before attending the event. With no sleep after a long flight this was a treat. Thanks to the amazing staff and the security guard who was so nice, helping us a lot. And also special shout out to Yen helping us to secure an Uber to the event, hence helping us make it in time.

I'll probably book a family room next time or two double beds instead of twin so more space for us. However, this was the best option at the time of booking.

Everything! Stayed at Hop Inn last year as well, which Is why I returned. Courteous staff (door, counter, room service), great location, safe, good bang for the buck, and basically across the street from an historic church founded in 1620 (the oldest in Makati)!

A small fridge in each room would be an added plus.

Location is great and close to many cafes and restaurants. We could also store our luggage for 2 days during a side trip. Good value for money

Avoid this hotel unless you are 100% certain your plans will never change. Their cancellation policy is ridiculous and feels more like daylight robbery than hospitality. I accepted that I should pay a one-night no-show penalty, but charging me for all 3 nights for 2 rooms and refunding only USD10++ is completely unreasonable and greedy. What makes it worse is the terrible customer service. I contacted their official email multiple times, and instead of helping, they just pushed everything to Booking.com and ignored responsibility. No proper explanation, no effort to resolve anything, just silence. This was honestly one of the worst hotel booking experiences I’ve ever had. Be careful before booking unless you are willing to risk losing your money.

I like that we really have a good staycation which is originally an overnight became 2 day staycation.

I guess there's no recreational games or rooftop pool which is obvious with the amount you just need to pay in that specific area. Overall there's no downside in our end. Just a bit curious 🤔.

I liked the easy check-in process, comfy bed, and very clean and compact room. Also the location is nice and very near the establishments I want to visit. The internet speed was also reliable. I was also surprised by the use of Viber/Whatsapp to communicate with the front desk. Very nice touch.

I wish there were room slippers to use and a bath mat that can be used when stepping out of the shower.

The location was great. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late flight and could store our luggage there for almost the whole day

Average quality … the location…the standard

No cleaning kits , fridge, nothing. The wall is so thin that you can hear everything. Kids running and screaming around… drink people yelling at night.

Cheap basic stay very near P Bourgos nightlife street.
