Great
Mould in the bedroom stains on the floor fag butts all over the reception area,
I was sent across the road to an outside building. When I came back for breakfast I was again sent to an outside room to eat.
Nothing.
Everything and the staff were so accommodating and welcoming
Parking proximity
Breakfast was ok. And the hotel was clean.
When i got there , the room i got did not have the beds i booked. The lady in reception was not helpful. It was a terrible experience. Slaney suites are across the road in a not so nice building.
Great staff, food, pints
Nothing
We took our mam away for her 98th Birthday. From the moment we arrived to leaving we had nothing but love for the hotel. We didnt stay in the main hotel which we were happy with as we didnt have to walk far with mam. I will explain We stayed in a separate area not far from the main hotel. This area was nextdoor to enniscorty train station. We had two bedrooms and a bathroom which were so nice and comfortable.
The toilet was flush to the wall after the shower I found it very awkward to get in with mams rollator. I took mams raised toilet seat with me and found it ok to use. It was a little tight in the bathroom for her but without a special need like this it was perfect. This room was not an accessible room but was very doable for anyone who wanted to bring a raised toilet seat.
It was perfect for our stay. Two double rooms and reasonable price.
The location is not within the hotel itself its across the road and round the corner in a residential area beside the train station. Its perfectly fine though and very safe. Our boys even played football with some of the kids living in the apartments across the way.
Room was a bit cold .water Fountain going all nite out side window as bad as rain was . Room ok bed nice . But on way in to apartment very dirty. Never got any sleep 😴. But bar with the band was Fantastic management there in gray shirt very good to chat nice man
Bar at nite fantastic atmosphere
Excellent breakfast My daughter is coeliac and she was well catered for. Room we had was comfy We had dinner in bar. Food was OK.
pool is not on property. its a public swimming pool.across the road. it was fine
Live music in the evenings
Room size
The food was delicious, staff were lovely, breakfast area is really nice, beds were very comfortable
Could do with a bit of make over in the bar area
Breakfast was nice
Bedding was dirty pillowcases stained. Room had a strong smoke smell. The key cards never worked on the outside door. Parking was limited and didn’t feel secure. Did not like where the slainey suits were located behind residential housing and in the rain not ideal to walk for breakfast. No lift for top floor apartment so not helpful when have a disability. Explained some of this to staff and was ignored
Food good nice location good music in the bar late
Very noisy on the street below hotel
The breakfast was fab. 10/10. Nicely cooked and great variety.
The air conditioning wasn’t working. I opened the window but it was very noisy outside so hard to sleep.
The hotel staff were very good and made the stay enjoyable with their friendly and attentive service.
Helpful staff, food was really good!
Bedroom and bathroom were basic, bathroom needs to be updated with proper shower. A fridge in the room and some bottles of water would be good.....also as we were staying with our 7 year old, we wanted to leave a small light on which was impossible as the bathroom light was automatic and the light inside the door was on same switch as light in middle of room.
The staff in the hotel was lovely to deal with and friendly. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable
We arrived at booking time (with 3 children) carpark was up a steep hill away from hotel and we had to cart our luggage and 3 kids back and forth a busy road with a narrow footpath. On arrival we asked About the swimming pool times (this was at 3.30pm) and we were told it's open until 8pm. and we were told there is a leisure centre across the road separate building to the hotel. We went upstairs to our room thinking we had loads of time to use the pool across the road. We went for a walk around enniscorty with our children and came back to go swimming. As we went through the lobby we were told by a different lady at reception that the swimming pool was closing and 5.30.... it's was 5pm and then informed that We would have to pay separately for use of the pool and bring the receipt back and be reimbursed with a voucher to use in the restaurant & bar or in vouchers that can be used only in facilities in or around wexford which we couldn't use as we were leaving To go home the following morning. We had 3 children who were very upset, with nothing to do for the time of our stay as our main reason for booking the hotel and at the price of 210 euro for the night was the use of the swimming pool which is misleading on the booking.com site with photos of a pool etc. when the pool is not belonging to the hotel. We had travelled from kildare to enniscorty and ended up spending the entire evening sitting in our hotel room with 3 disappointed and upset children and as severely annoyed parents. My advice to the hotel itself is to state the pool situation as it's not part of the hotel and also their vouchers policy that you would be paying extra on top of your stay and claiming it back in the use of the bar or restaurant or vouchers as I stated overhead. What is shown on the booking.cpm booking for this hotel is misleading. Although the hotel in clean and staff friendly we will not be booking another stay and Tracey's hotel enniscorty again.
Very tasty
The suites were beside a residential apartment block. Some of those residents were loud at night and were drinking and a little odd on our return from dinner.
It's supposed to be 4 star suites across the road from hotel I'd say more like a 3 star the tiles in bathroom some were cracked dirt on window sill curtains dirty and also spider webs in lamps .it was very hot no air con had to keep windows open all night and the smell of sewage coming in windows was disgusting.key catd to main door wouldnt work several times and qe were left outside.Staff are pleasent we stayed in suite beside hotel very expensive for what it was 210 euros breakfast wasn't great but there is a good selection tbf.
As above Staff were pleasent
The Hotel was great value for money. The nightly entertainment was most enjoyable. The rooms were clean the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was lovely.
The bar was very dark and dated.
Lovely hotel . Food was good. Enniscorty is a lovely town
Nothing
Very pleasant staff and warm welcome by all.
The swimming pool was not on site. It was across the road.
Good Breakfast, friendly staff
Bar was a bit dark, for reading menus etc and eating
Very warm atmosphere staff exceptional cozy bar food tasty breakfast fabulous great verity
Lights were cut off due to a fire on the street.which returned back after a couple of hours .next morning there was no water to shower
Clean in good area
Due to electricty fault .no facilities for 3 hours .then no water to shower with or in wash basin in morning ..no apoligies from hotel..
The food in the bar was lovely. We unfortunately slept it out for our breakfast, our fault :(
Excellent
Everything staff were so helpful

The bar staff were lovely, the bar itself is fab, very cosy and great live music on a Saturday night
The hotel does not have a swimming pool, they send guests to the public pool across the road where you have to pay full price, you then get vouchers for the hotel to the value of the pool price that you can use in the hotel. Breakfast is standard. Rooms quite noisy as there is a nightclub attached to the hotel. The car park is an additional cost. The halls are grubby and the lift is slow.
Absolutely terribly tiny room for three single beds, hotel located on main Street, noise was terrible at night especially the nightclub. Not child friendly at all. My kids have Autism and they slept 7 hours in 2 nights!
Room size was shockingly small
Nice bar , food and breakfast
Town is scruffy. Dirty and rundown
We had a great stay, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great.
We stayed in the Slaney Suites and had a minor issue with parking but the most annoying thing was the swipe entry at the front door! We had to go to the Hotel twice to have the card reactivated. Although the hotel isn't far it was very inconvenient leaving one of us with the kids outside while the other adult ran to the hotel to sort the key. Staff were very good and assured us the problem was in the process of being sorted out. We have booked again for October and hope not to run into the same issue
Staff were very friendly and helpful
The location of the suites, as its a 5 minute walk, near the train station and in amongst residential apartments, there were kids out kicking ball who were friendly with my kids, but then there was also an intoxicated man shouting from his balcony. The interior was worn and tired in places, noisy. It had a small hallway with 3 doors, a twin single room on one side, a double on the other side and a toilet. I didnt like that the kids were in a separate room across the hall so I manually moved one of the single beds into the double room so we could all be together, it didn't feel like the safest place to stay. We tried the bar for dinner that night but it smelt like vomit and alcohol so we left and drove to the nearest mcdonalds. When we returned out key card wouldn't work to let us back in the building, the intercom to reception on the outside also didn't work. I phoned them directly and a staff member was over within 5 mins to let us in. The swimming pool is not part of the hotel but the local pool across the road, it was closed when we got there on saturday so had to wait till the next day to use it. But you have to pay the pool upfront and then get reimbursement by the hotel as a hotel credit which we had then checked out. The is no free parking, if you park at the pool across the road it is 5euro per day. It was all a bit strange to be honest.
Most of the staff were nice.
The room was too warm, the Air con wasn't working and if you opened the window the noise of traffic was extremely loud. We booked a family room still trying to figure out where they were planning on putting the 4th person. The single bed was smaller than a standard bed. They also put the family rooms above the bar and had loud live music from 10pm until after midnight keeping everyone awake. The toilet did not flush properly or got stuck on with a waste of water running constantly. The swimming pool access is not free, you pay for it yourself and get a voucher to spend in the hotel as rebate. Its also not part of the hotel you need to cross the road to another premises. Food in the bar was poor. Mostly frozen food reheated. Definitely dont get the wings. In the room the coffee and tea were out of date by several months. Definitely not a 4 star hotel by any standard
Friendly staff, food is excellent, clean and perfect location in the centre of town.
Bar manager was excellent, very helpful
Location and staff
Obsługa , sniadanie i wygodne materace
Ogólnie obdrapane szafki figury i grzyb na sylikonowymi przy oknach . Dość drogi hotel na taki stan pokoju
I liked where the hotel was located. Close to the town.
It’s needs updates
Close to amenities
The ambience
Well the view wasn't tickling my E M Foster vibes. However, on the Smith's side there was a light in the bathroom that never went out. Unlike me
At my stay in treacys hoteI didnt like much but the smell in reception was eh better that average.
I basically didn't like anything. They shower/bathroom was very claustrophobic, the shower water went EVERYWHERE(outside the curtain),they was VERY LOUD music playing from downstairs till all hours, my children didn't sleep till about 2 o'clock. The staff never asked about our stay and seemed to be quite untrained and also NO MANNERS. In my opinion, treacys hotel needs ALOT of work.
Hotel was in a great location very central to explore the town and surrounding areas. Staff were all very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was really good for a buffet breakfast- nice and fresh and a nice seating area. The bar was great and had live entertainment for the weekend when we were there for 3 nights and all the bands were very good. Overall would recommend and stay again. The room was a good size and had everything we needed.
No car park for the hotel itself but not a big deal - there is one right across the road in the leisure centre and you pay €5 (note it's €5 per night if you take the car out daily or €5 flat rate if the car is there for your whole visit). We had dinner on one evening in the bar but found it just ok.
The price and location
There were dead flies on the ceiling of the bathroom in our room. Also along the window in the bathroom alot off dead flies. It wasnt very clean we were travelling with two small children. They called the room a two bed suite but it not a suite it two bedrooms with a shared bathroom in other suites we have stayed we've had more space with a sitting area. The staff were a little defensive when they told us we were staying on 3rd floor I asked was there a lift and told "no but this was a last minute booking." The food in the bar wasnt good. We booked breakfast but still had to wait for a table. There wasnt enough food out at breakfast no one seemed to top up items like the juice or bread everything was very squashed in the area there wasnt alot of room for anything.
Lovely dinner in the bar and breakfast was lovely next morning. Staff very nice
Heat in the room was unbearable we never slept a wink.
Overall good experience, in restaurant though i did have to wait a while at the bar for a drink as the bar lady took it upon herself to serve locals first - i actually asked her if i was invisible
bar service
Location & professional friendly staff. Also very clean.

Staff were polite and friendly in the bar .restaurant and at breakfast.hotel room was clean . The food in the restaurant was good and a nice selection for breakfast . We had dinner in the Thai restaurant .it was delicious and the staff went out of their to way to get us a quite table as we had a toddler .
The noise from the night club . We were at the hotel for to nights .as a couple in our mid 60's .the noise from the live band was unbearable .as our room was directly above the venue .we complained and asked to be moved .we were next morning.we moved to another floor and the noise went on until 2.30 am ,the second night .So we didn't get any sleep . I would say if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay .this might not be the hotel for you .
The staff were amazing, very friendly and couldn't help us anymore. We started off in the suites but because of my disability it didnt suit and the receptionist on duty went above and beyond to get me a hotel room on a busy season. Shout out to her and the housekeeper for a quick turnaround and getting us sorted. It was a very relaxing stay and the food was delicious in the bar and the mocktails and cocktails too. Also the breakfast staff were lovely and very attentive too and the food again was gorgeous. Piping hot. The rooms were luxurious with lovely soft carpet and lovely bathrooms and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was immaculate throughout the hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I booked a football trip to Dublin to go and see Shamrock Rovers FC. When I searched near Shamrock Rovers FC this hotel came up. I went ahead and booked it but when I arrived in Dublin and went for a taxi I was told this was about 1hr 30 mins away from the football ground. I tried phoning them from the airport but got no answer.
The way they treated me when I asked for a refund due to falsely advertising the location to Shamrock Rovers FC.
Food was fairly good
Very dated decor Air conditioning didn’t work Windows were not soundproof enough Very loud music from bar audible til nearly one and we were up in 3rd floor Leisure centre not on site(across a street and public car park) No fridge or bottled water in rooms
Bedroom good size but very dated and in need of basic modernisation works. Drawers broken - headboard material worn and torn in parts, wall beside child bed dirty. Bathroom also in need of works - poor shower but very nice fluffy towels. The location of bedrooms was awful right above extractor fans which seemed to be on most of night and the heat - no air con except in hall ways and was told by staff that there is a fan in wardrobe. Never slept a wink. Bar staff and breakfast staff very friendly. Again floors in bar and breakfast area very very sticky underfoot which was off putting.
As above. This hotel is rated 4 star - most certainly not a 4 star and not as advertised
I had a fall on the street, the first responders in the hotel took me up to the doctor on call. waited for me, and back to the hotel . Thanks for all your help. Wonderful people.
Lovely friendly staff
Location
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. Upon arrival at 4 pm, my wife and I entered the hotel carrying multiple pieces of luggage and struggled to open the entrance door. Two reception staff members were standing behind the desk chatting with each other, yet neither made any effort to assist us. This was a poor first impression and fell well below the level of service expected in the hospitality industry. The overall attitude at reception throughout our stay was equally disappointing. Communication lacked professionalism, warmth, and basic courtesy. Even when we called regarding missing slippers in the room, there was no apology or genuine willingness to help—just an indifferent tone. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because air conditioning was listed as an amenity. However, on arrival, I was informed that our room did not have air conditioning and that only certain rooms did. This was particularly frustrating given the extremely hot weather and made our stay quite uncomfortable. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom sink and bathtub drained so slowly that water would quickly pool, forcing us to pause while washing our hands or showering. The shower head had clogged nozzles, resulting in poor water flow. Instead of a proper glass shower partition, there was an old shower curtain that repeatedly stuck to our bodies while showering, making the experience unpleasant and unhygienic. Overall, this was an expensive stay that failed to deliver even basic standards of comfort, maintenance, and customer service. I expected far better for the price paid and would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to both staff hospitality and room maintenance.
Great location friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast not cooked.properly
Evening meal
Good location
Staff were very unhelpful and rude,. It says on the site that there was an indoor pool but failed to mention that it was not in the hotel but in a leisure centre nearby. Had to pay for it separately and was refunded by the hotel in vouchers which could only be used in the hotel. There was a Thai restaurant in the hotel but when we asked about food we were not told about it ,,just directed to the bar . Staff stood around and didn’t take an order until asked. Several mistakes made with the orders and when the bill came we were overcharged for the deserts, charged a different price from the menu. When we said it to the duty manager he was very rude and threw the change on the counter.
