The view

One bathroom only

Location was wonderful - easy to get into the CBD walking or driving. Close enough to get to Frankton easily by car. Amazing view. Great space. Wonderful to have a parking space.

There were some pans that had been left in draws unwashed - covered in a thick coating of oil, which discouraged me from cooking as planned. The cleanliness was otherwise very good.

Location was excellent. Timely communication re check in.

We thought there should be more "communal" kitchen pantry items. There didn't seem much point in having a coffee machine if no pods were provided or instructions re use. There were also only a limited number of tea bags and nothing apart from oil, salt/pepper. Only a slight criticism, but one that would have made our stay more enjoyable. We left behind some basic breakfast cereal and fridge items to hopefully help the next people who stayed.

great location

the mattress and the pillow are really soft , seems like it has been around for a while. Maybe the owner should invest into a new one as it is really very hard to sleep on it.

The view from the lounge and kitchen was utterly breathtaking, the apartment was charming and super comfortable and the host could not have been more helpful and kind.

Certainly the view. Carport was helpful as street parking is really steep. Close into to town you can walk. Very comfortable for our family. Would came back here the next time we visit.

Always like gas appliances but the cook top heated up quickly. The kettle dings a lot. Funny

It’s a little small for 4 adults/teens

Close to City Centre in a residential street with a short walk to many eating and recreational opportunities. Very clean with everything you needed, including a living space with exceptional views.

That the shower has no glass door

It is a lovely and stylish apartment with a nice window view in the living room. Full functional kitchen and laundry facilities. The only problem is the drain of the washbasin at the bathroom not going through quite good.

The property host Margarita is very kind and supportive for us when we met problems, such as we were not able to find the keylock code when checking-in and the entrance was blocked by other people’s car at one night when we came back. She could fix the issue with high efficiency.

The view is fantastic. The location was perfect for us.

We loved the view from the apartment. Apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. The city was within walking distance about 10mins.

Rooms are a little small.

Good clean kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Outstanding view and comfy to sit in the lounge and soak it in. A km walk to town which was fine for us.

The code to collect the keys was incorrect. We had to wait to get into the property.

Landscape and location

Amazing , amazing views would be hard to beat. Really good location - a ten minute walk into Queenstown and just off the walking track to go around the lake. The unit was a good size for the three of us and well equipped.

The communication - I sent a message asking if the water was still not drinkable in Queenstown and didn't get a response. There was no information letting us know that the road was closed due to roadworks which led to us taking a long time to find the property.

The views were amazing. The property was well set out and had most things we needed. Location and proximity to town was also perfect (shame about the roadworks!)

For a property charging this much, I do not expect multiple light bulbs to be not working (none in the bathroom), the shower soap holder to be broken or food cupboards to have a layer of flour in them.

The view is magnificient, majestic, simply beyond words. We stayed slightly away from the main town area so the apartment is very peaceful, calming & cosy. The kitchen has all the utensils required. Great place for family & friends. Thank you Kat for being a superb host.

There is only 1 toilet to be shared for the 2 rooms & the walls were pretty thin so opening of the room doors to the toilet, may wake you up at night.

The views of the lake and mountains were absolutely stunning. The unit was very cosy and perfectly appointed with everything you would need for your stay. It was extremely clean, and very well insulated with great heating for the cold weather we had in July. The car port and verandah were great also, although we didn’t use the verandah due to the cold weather. It was also a very short walk into the centre of town which was fabulous, allowing us to avoid driving in the late afternoon / early evening gridlock - a total traffic standstill - and having to worry about finding a park for dinner. The ski locker outside the front door was also very useful.

Although not a deal breaker, having one bathroom and toilet for the four of us was challenging, especially with 2 older teenage sons - 15 and 17 years old. The single beds in the second bedroom were a little small for our boys as well.

Key box for keys is excellent and great location and view.

Maybe a little expensive for where it is.

Fabulous apartment, great location, great views. Warm and comfortable with everything you need. No parking hassles. Was really pleased with everything
